I would only recommend Dr. Clements himself. The last two times I went to this office, I had different doctors, and ended up with cartilage injuries. The first time was in May. During the adjustment, I felt a sharp pain in my breastbone which, over the next few days, grew so excruciating that I had to miss several days of work. For the next month, it hurt to move or even breathe. I avoided going to the chiropractor for several months, but last month my back was bothering me, so I stupidly went back to this office, but saw a different doctor. I explained what had happened on my previous visit, and she seemed to understand, and assured me it would not happen this time. Well, I felt a stabbing pain once agin as she adjusted me, but it was more in the middle of my chest this time. It wasn't as bad as the first time, but I was in pain for the next three weeks. I usually come here for a quick session for my herniated disk/scistica with Dr. Smith. They have a manual flexion table, massaging table, tens units, etc. It feels great having my spine aligned. I came I on a recommendation from a friend after being in a car accident 2 years ago that broke two ribs, and more recently after having a baby. I can't believe I haven't written a review until now. I've been a patient at Clements Chiropractic for over 5 years. I originally saw Dr. Clements after my back surgery when my friend highly recommended him. He relieved the pain in my lower back after only a few sessions. After seeing him, I recommended him to all my friends and family (many of whom started seeing him with the same great results I received). Recently I pinched a nerve in my neck and needed to be seen right away. They got me in the same day with Dr. Smith who I had never seen. He was just as awesome as Dr. Clements. Dr. Amanda has given me my life back! I had severe chronic back pain for 10+ years -- difficulty sleeping, limited range of motion, inability to exercise, intense sharp pain in my upper back that worsened when taking a deep breath. I saw multiple chiropractors and doctors suggesting cortisone shots and exploratory surgery. Seeing a chiropractor would help for about a week, but the pain would come right back, until I started seeing Dr. Amanda and the intense sharp pain was gone after the first adjustment. So glad I stumbled upon this spots. Everyone here has been super friendly and warm and helpful. I go to Amanda for my chiropractic adjustments and she's awesome. I've seen a handful of different practitioners, and she is by far my favorite. She has a great attitude, very down-to-earth, and has had lots of helpful information to help me adjust my life as well as my body! I've never had someone crack my back/neck as thoroughly as she does. All hands on, no machines. And they give you a heating pad for a bit before getting adjusted which is a nice touch. As far as massages go, Jilly is definitely my go-to. She also knows her stuff. I've had kinks in my neck on and off for many years and she gets to them in a way nobody else ever has. Time for an update! I've been going to see Dr. Clements for many years now. I'll admit that, at times, he is running a little behind, but he is worth the wait. Disappointed...... 8:00am - showed up for my appointment, was told it was at 8:30am. No biggie, maybe I wrote it down wrong. Left to get coffee down the street. 8:25am - returned and filled out paperwork 8:35am - receptionist said, "just wait on the couch, he'll grab you on his way in" 8:45am - I realize the doctor isn't even in the office yet 8:50am - tell the receptionist that I need to cancel my appointment, she asked if I want to reschedule, "ummm... NO!" I was really looking forward to my first acupuncture appointment, I've heard from several people that it could help me with my pain, but I'm not going to someone who practices drive-thru medicine and can't even show up to work on time!!! I've been seeing Dr. Clements for 2 mths now for some hip problems that I had been having. I just had my last appt. of many and it was such an overall great experience. I can see why he is so popular. First off the staff is top notch. They are all so cheerful and friendly. Definitely not the typical doctor's office staff. Because I was going so often I feel like I know them, I actually look forward to seeing them. The prices are decent from what I understand as well. Since my insurance only covers so many appts a year they advised me that they have package deals for people w/out insurance so they can get the treatment they need w/out breaking the bank. I don't remember the exact price but I remember thinking how manageable it would be if I needed to use it. Also they offer a massage package which is 3 hrs to use anyway you like for $110!!! I can't wait to buy those, hey, Dr.'s orders, right :-) I make my appts for either early morning (7:15) or afternoon (4:00) and I'm always in and out. Never there for more than a half hour. Dr. Clements is really great at what he does. He explains everything and makes you feel at ease. He warned me that it would take a lot of visits to help the problem but that I would eventually get there. My hip is feeling a lot better and I know it's all because of him. Although some of the treatments are not the most comfortable and can be a little painful it actually works. He also showed me stretches to do at home that would help and that I should do everyday. Plus everytime I go he does a full body adjustment. Kind of freaks me out but it feels so much better after. They have some really great stretching machines there as well that are a nice treat if he puts you on them. They've also used ultrasound on my hip and thigh thats supposed to help. Overall this is the place to go, it has everything you could wish for in a Dr.'s office. Great staff, lots of experience, reasonable prices, and I've never had to wait long!! read more

Life Savers!! I had had a bad car accident back in October 2012. Right after the accident I went to the emergency room where they just gave me some Tylenol and sent me on my way without giving me any x-rays or anything. After several months and being to several doctors appointments and being told my pain was due to muscle spasms & just getting muscle relaxers I decided it was time to try a chiropractor. I have been to a local chiropractor before but I didn't really feel like she was doing a good job so I looked for an awesome place on yelp and I found it! I devided to give this place a try because the first appointment was only 25$ and included my x-ray if I needed one and I was pretty sure I needed one. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful and had me fill out some paperwork. I was then moved into my room and that was when I met Dr. Smith. I told him about my car accident and he was shocked that I never received an x-ray after my accident. We took them and when he came back to the room and showed me my X-ray it turned out that I had really severe whiplash! I have been coming here since about February or March for my treatment plan and I must say I really do look forward to coming in getting my adjustments and i always walk out feeling like a million bucks. Dr. Smith even helped me with finding a lawyer to help me with my case, which I had no idea how to choose a lawyer. If you need a chiropractor I definitely recommend this place! Oh I even got a massage here and it was wonderful :) I have brought two friends here who have never experience being adjusted and they both felt amazing after. I've never been so excited to write a review! Let alone write one about a chiropractor! I must be getting old...or...LOVE the chiropractor?? Anyway, I've never actually been to a chiropractor before so didn't really know what to experience or have any comparison, but felt the need to check out the back because, well, you don't F around with your spine when it hurts for more than 2 months. The staff was so incredibly friendly, the office really clean, conveniently located with a small parking lot (and maybe I'm biased because it's literally down the street from me), and Dr. Weber was really knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what I had. I ended up with a swollen lower disk, which she said was what like 80% of her patients come to their office for, but with that fact she treated me like I was the first patient to come into her office with that type of pain and was thorough in answering any questions and explaining how to relieve the pain. Here's the kicker, for $25 DOLLARS (their new patient/first visit special) I received the following: consultation, heat treatment, back adjustment, and some muscle machine electrode thing that is supposed to reduce inflammation. If that's not like a bargain sale for your back, I don't know what is (I almost went to a doctor in Irvine for probably similar treatment where they charged $50). Furthermore I took a gander at their massage therapy sessions and they seemed pretty reasonable, $40 something for an hour and $30 something for half an hour. If you've never gotten your back adjusted before...DO IT. I'm still a bit shaken up by the horrific sounds of my ribs/spine cracking like a mother, but so worth it! read more

I used to go to Clements Chiropractic and loved it there. Obviously with the name Clements Chiropractic, you want to see the head guy, Dr. Clements but he's almost always booked and you're usually seeing his other staff. That used to be Dr. Weber (now at LifeChoice Chiropractic) who did an AMAZING job as well. But she's since left and I was stuck with seeing Dr. Martha. I started to revisit the office after a car accident to be treated. I was going a couple of times a week which made it difficult because of my schedule but I obliged and did the doctor's orders. Dr. Martha not only was incapable of doing correct adjustments (blaming it on my flexibility and often only exacerbating the condition I was being treated for), but she also dropped the ball immensely when it came to billing. I completed treatment about a month ago and was told they would submit paperwork by the end of the following week. I just got an email from the people processing my insurance claims. They haven't received any paperwork and will be closing my case in 15 days. So I called the Clements Chiro and asked them what the status was-- was told they won't have anything for me until the end of next week and that they were "busy from the holidays". Oh, ok, so I'm going to be slapped with a few hundreds/thousands of dollars because of "the holidays"? Great. I can't wait. Do yourself a favor, if you go, don't go with an insurance claim. Just go because they have a good deal on regular care. More importantly, if you can't get Dr. Clements to do an adjustment-- WALK. read more

Dr. Clements is an excellent Chiropractor and is extremely knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to ask questions as he is more than happy to answer. Dr. Wu is an AMAZING acupuncturist. Absolutely amazing. I say this because I have been suffering from anxiety for several years now and within the the past year it has gotten to the point where I thought there wouldn't be any help for me, as cognitive behavioral talk therapy did not help (although it has been tremendous help in other areas). After following Dr. Wu's suggested treatment schedule and prescription for Chinese herbs, the combination provided relief! For those who suffered from anxiety, know what I mean when you finally find that relief from the everyday worry and stress. Anxiety is quite debilitating. I've also tried two of their masseuses, Jilly and Stephanie. Jilly is great at what she does, but I will have to say that when I choose to have a massage I would like to enjoy the tranquil environment and just rest and relax, however, this is not the case with Jilly, she is, and I hate to say it, negative. She is constantly talking and if you don't answer her question, she responds with,'so what do you think?' And I know she has a solid following and maybe some people wouldn't mind listening about the office gossip, but I do not care to hear about it. But she is extremely good at what she does so most of the time I just let her know that I am not going to talk and go from there. I've only experienced Stephanie's hands once. For me, I thought It was good, but not as good Jilly. But I will say that I think Stephanie is for people who love it rough. She has so much strength in her hands and I can see she is really good for people who like that type of work done to their body. I'm so glad I found Jen through this office, I'll follow her if she ever leaves too! Jen has a firm touch but can adjust as necessary. Dr Clements and his staff are extremely knowledgeable chiropractors, they can always figure out the problem and begin to properly heal you once they diagnosis it. I have had a few bad car accidents and my back was constantly giving me problems, hardly able to walk, stand up straight in constant pain 100%. After just the first adjustment I had felt the nerves beginning to heal. I now am a regular 1-2x a month just for preventative maintenance. Listen this establishment is a fine oiled machine, you come in as soon as they open and it's already filled with patients, the beauty of it is, they actually provide help and reassurance. I really recommend these guys, especially Dr Smith (the only chiro I have seen), just know your first visit will likely having you cooling your heels for quite a while no matter how prepared you are when you go in. After that - awesome experience. Initially, I was not very happy - I took the time to fill out all the paperwork in advance and be on time, yet I was kept waiting about 40 minutes before I was actually seen. I saw "regulars" coming in and being seen right away (a good sign), but kept sitting there, getting hotter and hotter under the collar. If I wrote my review after that first visit, it would have been 2 stars - 5 for the Dr visit (I see Dr Smith) and a deduction of 3 for the wait. However, now I am one of the "regulars" and I must say, I felt better from the treatment very quickly (I kinked my neck reaaalllllyy bad and have ribs that keep popping out of place causing muscle spasms in my back). And, as a regular, I hardly wait more than 5 minutes when I go in for my appointment! For that, 5 stars, less the one for their poor intake process. And their prices are GREAT - they have special pricing packages for cash paying regulars who are single and for families, too. read more

It pains me to write this as it means I am leaving my regular chiropractor and am jumping on board here at Clements. After my regular guy moved locations and it became a lesser overall experience as a result, I started looking at options. Being that my entire office goes to Clements and had nothing but positive experiences, it is no surprise that I ended up giving them a try. I was a little put off that this place feels a bit like a factory. They have several DC's on staff and masseuses too. Don't let this deter you. They are a well oiled machine. I went with Dr. Smith, who is new to the practice, but seems to be a prodigy. He got more adjustment out of me than my regular doctor, and will continue to be my guy. He seemed to use really good techniques that incorporated my own body weight into the adjustment and made them more effective. I'm always a little hesitant to get my neck adjusted, but he got it perfect- better than ever before. The office is clean and comfortable and the roller beds are in a room that is smartly partitioned with cubicle dividers that provide ample privacy. I hear good things about their massage therapists, so that is on schedule. read more

Dr. Weber has always been a source of relief for me, and I have been recommending her to friends of mine with aches and pains for years (why I have yet to write a review is beyond me). Her knowledge base is off the charts, which is great for me because I tend to work out pretty hard, and can find ways to tweak my back that surprise myself. She's great at providing strength-building exercises for trouble areas. More important than her technical savvy and outstanding physical skill (I swear she's got some kind of Mr Miyagi thing going), her "bedside manner" is outstanding. My immediate impression of her was "trustworthy" and that initial assessment is reinforced every time I need adjusting. Because I do recommend her quite a bit to friends and family, it is with all honesty that I can say that I recommend anyone requiring a chiro will benefit from an appointment with Dr Weber. read more

This is one of the most efficiently ran doctor's office I have ever been to! I am always punctual and expect others to be as well but that is not always the case, especially at a doctor's office. At Clements Chiropractic, if my appointment is at 4:30, I am seen at 4:30. That is so awesome! My chiropractor is Dr. Webber, who I love!! She does great adjustments, is very knowledgeable, and explains things to you as she goes. When I mentioned something about yoga, she recommended some poses for me to do to help with my lower back pains. We even talk about shoes and eyebrow waxing during my visits. LOVE HER! Dr. Clements is also really cool. He took care of me today because Dr. Webber was out sick.
