NECK/BACK PAIN!!! I called early in the morning with a extremely recent neck/back injury and asked if there were any openings for the day. I was told the day was booked, but there might be an opening later in the afternoon and I would receive a callback to confirm. I received the callback and got in at 4:30pm. When I entered the front, I was greeted by the owner, Dr.Reiff, who was very kind and immediately listened to my concerns surrounding my injury and pain. He then did a gentle physical assessment of my injury and showed me what was happening in my neck/back using his computer anatomy model. I enjoyed understanding his physiological knowledge of the human anatomy as it relates to my injury area. I received a few minor, yet specific, back/neck adjustments. They were amazingly easy and provided instant relief with a lot more movement. We finished the session with a percussion gun massage, then I was shown some exercises to do to help with my healing. I received them via email shortly afterwards. The second day after my visit, I was and still am relatively pain free! I am almost back to 100% on my neck/back movements as well. I am tempted to use the word "healed". haha. Well, I'll just say that I am MUCH better after seeing Dr. Reiff! I woke up and couldn't turn my head. I had severe pain from my neck to upper back. I called around and Dr. Reiff was able to squeeze me into his schedule the same day. Dr. Reiff was very professional and knowledgeable. He began his assessment when I walked in the door and pointed out the way I was holding my head that I hadn't even realized. I let him know that I was uncomfortable at this time with a neck adjustment and he was totally fine with it and assured me he could help me regardless. The appointment was a full 45 minutes long and he took a thorough history and physical exam. We did a variety of stretches, PT work and work with a massage gun that really pinpointed my areas of pain. I swear by the time I left my range of motion and pain was 80% improved, I couldn't believe it. And it stayed that way the next day with continued improvement. He gave me homework too! I've been seeing chiropractors for a few years now after injuring my back playing football. I've had 3 chiros and the first two were solid and got the job done but Dr. Nick is head and shoulders above them; I still lead an active life style and his approach to his craft is in depth, informative, and effective. He also doesn't pressure you into coming in for weekly adjustments, it's all based around you and how you're feeling, which is nice because previous chiropractors made it seem like if you miss a session or don't go in every week, your back will just give out. I imagine that I'll probably be seeing him 2 times a month but he's made it very clear that if there's any discomfort or funny feeling in my back that he is available to work with me to avoid flare ups or worse. I've been coming to Dr Reiff for more than a year now and it's always a pleasure. I walk away with instant relief. This time I came in for my right leg it's so painful that you couldn't touch it without me grimacing. He added a warm compress, worked the muscles and did a few acupuncture to it. Now I feel much better and can flex my leg and walk with less pain. He's always very knowledgeable, down to earth and holds no punches back. If you're dumb for doing something, he'll tell you your dumb (verbatim and not in those words), but that's bc he cares about your health. Dr. Nick Reiff is not only the best chiropractor I've seen, but one of the best healthcare practitioners I've seen, period. I came to see Dr. Reiff after an acute shoulder injury was not improving despite reassurance from my orthopedic doctor that nothing appeared to be wrong and that I could go back to lifting weights. Secondarily, I also had an injury to my hip adductor for which I sought Dr. Reiff's counsel. I've been working with Dr. Reiff for the past several weeks and he has provided extraordinary care. He is incredibly wise and well-researched when it comes to pain management and recovery from all sorts of sports-related injuries. He operates from an evidence-based philosophy and doesn't buy in to gimmicks or hyped-up treatment modalities that have no experimental backing. His conservative approach to treatment is a breath of fresh air in a sea of healthcare practitioners who jump to riskier and more dangerous "solutions" that aren't even sure to work. Dr. Reiff also harbors a unique psychological perspective on the treatment of pain that most doctors don't take the time to address. I always enjoy hearing his thoughts on pain and find that we are able to converse on the subject in ways that I could never imagine doing with my orthopedic doctor. Dr. Reiff purposely schedules only 1 patient at a time so he gives you his full and undivided attention each session. When I'm at his clinic, I'm usually the only one there. Dr. Reiff goes the extra mile in responding to your questions via email and in giving you home exercise programs and resources that he's created and/or found himself. I have seen many healthcare providers in my lifetime up and down the aisle: MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs, DCs, LAcs. Dr. Reiff stands out as one of the best. It is a shame that allopathic physicians are still considered by many to be the "gold standard" when it comes to treatment of any kind of pain condition. I have found that these people often can't even help me, and it is not uncommon for me to hear stories from many others who have had poor experiences with conventional doctors. With their reliance on surgeries and medications, they can even make things worse for the pain sufferer sometimes. Hands down the BEST Chiropractor I have encountered! After suffering from a shoulder dislocation, I had major pain and discomfort and knew I had to seek for help. I tried dozens of other chiropractors but they all kept prolonging my process just to have me come in every week and fatten their pockets. I tried NRT but nothing seemed to bring my shoulder back. I was even suggested to go out and get surgery. Finally was referred to Dr. Nick and after just 5 sessions which included(physical therapy, acupuncture, and adjusting) I was out playing basketball and weightlifting as I once did. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I ended up in Dr. Reiff's office because of a cheap massage/chiro package through Amazon Local...I was mostly in it for the massage. Turns out to have been a great purchase - Dr. Reiff's ability to look at the big picture, and combine multiple specializations (Chiropractic, Sports Medicine and Accupuncture) was exactly what I needed to re-hab a problem hip - mostly an overuse injury from 3 years of kickboxing. He took the time to determine the major causes of my pain and we began to address them with at home exercies that helped dramatically. He explained his daignosis and how all the exercise would address the whole problem. I booked 10 appointments leading up to a scheduled fight. In those 10 sessions he used a combination of manual therapy and joint manipulation, cold laser therapy, accupuncture, massage, and various chiropractic techniques. All of that combined with some nutrition information so I could recover from workouts more quickly and I felt great. The whole time he made me very comfortable, was patient with all my questions, and my insistance that I couldn't stop kickboxing while trying to fix my overuse injury - caused by kickboxing. He helped me find ways to keep working out while minimizing the damage and recovering quickly. My insurance (Kaiser) didn't cover treatements, so I paid cash for 10 sessions (with a slight discount for the bulk purchase). We were finished in 10 treatments but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him for the same issue, or any other issues - sports related or otherwise. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Reiff, or the treatment I received there. And the office staff and massage therapists are fantastic too! read more

Dr. Reiff was able to pinpoint the reason of my condition (BTW - he's done it much better, than my orthopedic doctor) and how to treat it. My treatment greatly improved my condition. He continued to fine-tune my exercise routine, as I progressed. I found Dr. Reiff on Yelp and decided to visit him based on the great reviews he has, so it's only fair that I write a review of my own for him based on my own experience. I first visited Dr. Nick about 3 Years ago for a chronic knee pain I was experiencing for a few years whenever I ran or played sports. I am not sure how I injured myself, but Dr. Reiff quickly identified the problem and treated my knee after a couple of sessions and gave a few simple exercises and within a few short weeks the pain I was feeling for years vanished. Prior to visiting Dr. Reiff I visited a couple of other places and even spent $300 on a pair of customized shoe insoles which didn't help. Dr. Reiff's simple exercise regimen was just what I needed. Dr. Reiff is knowledgeable and takes pride in mastering his craft, a true professional. He's friendly, easy to talk to and caring. I have had issues with my elbow for a few years after fatiguing it a few years back by pounding tree stakes into some california clay soil. I had tried everything and it never healed to par. Then I exacerbated it by digging out several tree roots. It got to the point I could no longer play golf. So I searched for an Orthopedic Doctor in my PPO that had respectable reviews only to learn that the first opening was in a month. I booked the appointment. Next, I went to the internet searching for help. I happened to stumble upon Dr. Nick Reiff at the 360 Clinic. I checked out his reviews and they were off the charts. So I made an appointment. In summary, I like his approach to treatment. Basically prevent surgery and avoid prescription drugs. He diagnosed me with Golfers Elbow (tendonitis) and treated me with various in office procedures and provided several recommendations for over the counter anti inflammatories and an exercise and icing routine. I followed his protocol and continued to make continued progress. It has been 3 months but I am playing golf again and my elbow is nearly healed and better than it has been in over 3 years. BTW, I cancelled the Orthopedic appointment and more than likely avoided the cortisone shot, expensive MRI, and potential surgery recommendation. I was recommended by my trainer at the gym after having some minor upper back issues. Dr Reiff was accommodating to my hectic schedule and fit me in with short notice. I have seen several chiropractors throughout my life, and have most recently been seeing one for adjustments near my office about 20 miles away from where I live in Long Beach. But when pain struck and I was put on disability leave from work at 28 weeks pregnant, I couldn't drive an hour to visit that location. I also wasn't super keen on starting over with someone new to be quite honest -- but I'm SO GLAD I went and saw Nick Reiff. During my first appointment, he spent a full hour with me, giving more of a physical than I think I even get from my doctor. He wanted to make sure there weren't any underlying issues before he started treating me. Treating me didn't just involve 5-10 minutes of adjustments and pushing me out the door. It felt more like a really helpful physical therapy appointment, complete with exercises I could do at home to help move along my progress. My second appointment was equally helpful with some new exercises and ways to address getting my body out of pain. He isn't pushy about setting up follow-up appointments, I am -- I want to come back and get this resolved! He has one appointment at a time to give each patient his full attention. The office looks like a cool loft, and he has tons of equipment and various options to help patients address their issues. My husband also goes to Dr. Nick now, and he gets a totally different treatment plan, so I know he doesn't do one size fits all plans. I think he would be especially great with athletes, but he treats me as a pregnant person with equal respect. Whether you think you need a quick adjustment or if you are addressing something a bit larger scale, don't hesitate to set up an appointment with Nick. My first session with Dr. Reiff was a life saver. I was about to leave for a 6 day hiking trip and developed a crippling kink in my neck that I couldn't fix with meds or massages. Nick stayed late one day to accommodate my difficult schedule. Whatever he did worked because at the end of my 12 hour flight after our session, my neck was fixed! He was extremely professional and attentive. I was impressed with the teaching tools he used to help me understand how my brain was processing the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Nick Reiff is by far the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I had a severely herniated L5/S1 disc that had caused me great pain for a period of 3 years. When I walked through the doors of 360 Clinic, Nick took the time to review my x-rays and MRIs. Putting his computer on a large screen, he reviewed my injury in great detail and made sure I fully understood what I was looking at. He came up with a specialized program to strengthen my core and decrease the pressure on my sciatic nerve with a series of exercises and stretches. Dr. Reiff provided care for my partner and I after a car accident June 2018. We were treated until the ending of Oct 2018. Everything was great until our treatment was over. After our treatment was over, he ceased all communication with us and with our attorney. He has not responded to anyone for months and it is unclear why. He stated he's going to send over the medical records once and never followed through. His office is often closed which makes it more difficult to communicate with him. My attorney and I have tried so many times to get a hold of him through emails, texts, phone calls, certified mail and nothing. We have not been able to get our records since Oct and thus have not been able to settle our lawsuit. This is beyond ridiculous behavior and definitely not professional at all. It's been over 3 months and not a word from Dr. Reiff. Would not recommend anyone to go here if you are working with an attorney on a lawsuit. Our case should've been settled along time ago. This situation has only caused ongoing stress in an already difficult situation. read more

Dr. Reiff is an excellent chiropractor! I woke up one one morning with a terrible stiffness in my neck and back that made it difficult to hold a normal posture and had my head uncomfortably cocked to the side trying to deal with the pain. I first scheduled and appointment with my general practitioner, but was sent home with a recommendation for pain medications and a hot bath. No suprise, the pain continued and I was desperate to find another solution. Dr. Reiff was recommended by a family member and I'm so glad I went to see him. He applied several techniques to alleviate the pain and tension and took his time to explain each technique. He helped relax the muscles with a special tool, walked me through physical therapy, and gave me advice on how to prevent the problem from returning. He even took the time to show me a diagram of the muscles that were tense, and gave me a better understanding of how the muscles become tense and uncomfortable. By the time he was done I had my full range of motion back and my neck and back felt much better! He even provided me with an electronic muscle stimulating device to take home to help keep the muscles in my back and neck loose and comfortable. After moving to Long Beach from Western New York earlier last year, finding a new chiropractor was one thing I was very concerned about. I loved my chiro back home and I feared I would never find anyone I liked as much and that would offer me that same relief. My first appointment with Dr Reiff was far better than I had expected, he spent an incredible amount of time with me (well over an hour), going over the pain I was currently experiencing but also analyzing my entire body for things I was unaware of, that could use some work. Besides adjusting me and administering acupuncture, Dr Reiff also gave me exercises and movements I could do at home to help with my pain and discomforts, since I couldn't afford to come as regularly as he would like. He was also very available through email to answer questions and offer advice on the things he currently had me working on. I couldn't believe how quickly he responded considering that I wasn't paying for any sort of email support or services. Just my initial appointment. Dr. Reiff's service and care is far above and beyond what I have ever experienced with a chiropractor or really, any doctor of any kind. It is very clear that Dr Reiff is incredibly passionate about his work and cares deeply for his patients, something that is a rare occurrence with doctors these days, but one I am deeply grateful for.
