I'm sorry but I don't understand all the 5 star reviews and I'm sorry in advance that this is my worst Yelp review I have ever written. Dr. G? But the G stands for Goof. I had a 3pm appt. I was a previous patient but because of the time that went by I had to fill out a bunch of new paperwork (not a problem). After the 20 minutes it took to fill out the paperwork to then wait in line again to hand to the reception, I sat back and waited another 20 minutes by the reception because seats were limited and no one told me to go anywhere else. After minute 20, the receptionist came up to me and told me to go wait on the other side of the room so the chiropractors can see that I'm waiting for them.... The whole setup with 2 different sides is just dumb and confusing. 40 minutes in, someone finally came up to me (it was Dr. G) and he said are you ready to get adjusted... I said I'm here for a consultation I've been here 40 minutes... I wasn't sure why I was on the side to get an adjustment because I needed X-rays first. How could you adjust me when you haven't seen my X-rays first? Someone could have easily done that while I was waiting! He then said one moment and came back in 5 minutes and then just had me sit down to get adjusted because the X-ray technician was not available. At this point I was just letting it be. He finished the adjustment and said to schedule my next appointment and was getting rid of me quickly. I said I'm sorry to remind you again but I am here for a CONSULTATION and what I really came for was X-RAYS. After visibly being very annoyed and scoffing with me, he reluctantly brought me to the X-ray room and did them himself. Honestly, he seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I'm honestly scared for the amount of radiation I got from his 6 X-rays where he really was moving around very inexperienced. My "consultation" was absolutely ridiculous and I won't be back. I was going in for a new patient appointment which included X-rays and I had to fight him on giving them to me. I of course made sure to get his name because he hadn't said it this whole time. I then went to check out and the receptionist to pay said she had to see if my they take my insurance... I'm sorry what were you doing for the last hour after I checked in? They have free snacks and drinks in the lobby and I saw a family of 4 eat their dinner's worth and it was just gross to watch. I can tell from when I walked in this is a rotating machine of patients, they will not care about you it's like a sweatshop. I first went here almost 2 years ago. I signed up as a new patient at the time, and they accepted my insurance. My experience back then was fine. But I called today (Friday 4/24 at 3pm), and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I asked if I could make an appointment and gave her my name. She said, "you haven't been here in a while, you'd need to make a new patient appt... and I'm not sure we take your insurance anymore anyway." I asked why I would need to do a new patient appointment (which includes X-rays and is more expensive), and she responded, "uh you haven't been here since 2024." I then asked if that was a policy because I don't remember being told that, and she said, "uh no but it's been 2 years and I don't even know if we take your insurance anymore." So I said okay, can you check if you still take my insurance and I'll make an appointment for a later time. Her response: "the person that checks insurance isn't here but I can take a note." The attitude throughout the entire call was rude and unprofessional. I would understand if this was clearly explained as a policy, but that wasn't the case. I just wanted to come in for an adjustment, but after this interaction, I won't be back. read more

He was extremely attentive, thorough, and genuinely took the time to listen and understand what was bothering me rather than making the appointment feel rushed or routine. Apex Chiropractic... not a great experience. Visited this location for lumbar back pain. Arrived early but waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. Once I met the chiropractor he scoffed at the prior patient he had and explained that he was exhausting... great way to start the beginning of my treatment. As I began explaining the pain I was having the chiro was anything but engaged, looking around, looking out the window, like he was put out that I was even there. Several times he was yawning while I was describing whats going on with my back. At no time did he introduce himself nor was he wearing a name tag so I can't provide his name. After my explanation, he seemed perplex by my situation... and I even began offering suggestions to start things of; x-ray, massage, etc. At no time did he check my legs for uneven length, at no time was there an evaluation of my hip height even after I expressed concern of pain in my right hip. He attempted to adjustment me a few times but concluded that there was nothing he could do for me at this time. That part I actually don't have an issue with it at all, my lower back was tight and needed more icing before an adjustment. I was disappointed in the treatment and lack of professionalism. There are a variety of services provided here, but I primarily go for a massage and adjustment when needed. During my first visit I had a consultation with the Chiropratic doctor. X-rays were taken and I had an adjustment followed by a massage. I struggle with neck and shoulder pain and was hoping to find a masseuse who wasn't going to be timid about working out my knots. A family member reccomended Susan and she has helped alleviate so much of my pain. Her services alone deserve 5 stars. I was a bit confused how the chiropratic serviced worked. Basically, you can come a bit early before your massage or after your massage and check in with the chiropractor. Let him know what your issues are and he'll provide an adjustment. I come in about twice a month and the staff overall is friendly. There are snacks and drinks provided, which is a nice touch. The parking, especially on a Saturday morning, can get pretty chaotic. I came in for acupuncture & I got cupping too. My symptoms were blepharospasm (eyelid twitching), anxiety/depression, & neck/shoulder/back pain. & For my eyes, the acupuncturist said it would take 2-3 sessions so I made another appointment for this upcoming week. My acupuncturist was Andy who is very sweet. I had needles placed on the top & sides of my head as well as my face but it didn't hurt & she repeatedly checked on me. I also had needles placed on my feet & legs & she would say "which is more tense, A or B?) & place a needle where there was more pain. My hypothesis is that she wanted to limit the amount of needles placed bc it is nerve stimulation, so she wanted to target the pressure points that were the most tense. She turned off the lights & I rested for 30 mins & felt so relaxed after. I asked if you needed an appointment for cupping & she said yes but she was able to do it after my acupuncture. She said she prefers the fire cupping but they only do the plastic suction in the office. I liked it though, it relieved back and shoulder tension. The place is really comfortable; when I walked in there was a peaceful Great Dane walking about & one of the other clients said, "Dr. Dane has several Danes." I thought that was funny... I wonder what would be the case if his name was Dr. Terrier. I even saw the dog lay down next to one of the staff that was receiving a quick alignment from someone else. Went in as a first time patient for severe neck pain and ended up being attended by a kid who calls himself dr. G. Spent about 10 min massaging my neck only to tell me that my muscle was too tight and recommended to ice to which he then proceeded to insist on another appt in a few days to see how I'm doing. No X-rays, no treatment, total waste of time and money. 10/02/2024, I started going to a chiropractor, this location, for the very first time in 2021, from there came here approximately 10 more visits over the past 3 years up to 2024 for adjustments, traction, and a total of three massages. I would say that the first six visits between 2021 to 2022 really helped me get rid of some right back mild shoulder pain that started with me around December 2014 and even with a monthly back massage over five years that didn't take away the pain. So, thankfully that pain eventually went away after several initial visits to this chiropractor. Although, several of the staff members who initially I met with are no longer here, it's also seemed like the last four visits were sub-standard or just not as good as the previous visits. This past week when I came in they told me that their prices increased and also that my insurance would no longer cover any of my visits; so I basically just decided right there to not come back to this chiropractor. I'm a bit disappointed over it, but just seems that these days every business has been steadily increasing their rates, or prices over the past 3 years with no end in sight on price increases. I guess the bottom line is that the consumer or customer has the freedom to choose whether they want to continue paying for the services at higher prices or decline to pay. If people continue to go along with paying this means that they are willing to continue paying ever higher prices without voicing their concerns or opinions. Whenever prices continue to increase at any business , I basically do expect better service, a better product, or something else of increased value or quality to justify the price hikes. I can understand the reasoning behind higher prices due to higher labor costs and materials, or overhead costs increases; although the customers are the ones having to foot the bills, so it's really the customers who ultimately decide is it worth it anymore to continue soliciting the business, or simply decide to discontinue with the service or product, find alternatives, substitutes, or seek out a cheaper option. So I decided to simply seek out a cheaper option at this time, sadly. read more

As embarrassing as it is to say at my age, I threw out my back. I was in so much pain a friend suggested to check out Apex. To be honest, I was quite hesitant because the last 2 chiropractors I saw were not able to fully adjust me but I was desperate to have even the smallest relief so off I went! They were able to fit me in even though I called late in the day. I saw Dr.Eddie Lee. He asked a lot of questions and listened to me carefully. I felt like he genuinely cared. He suggested I come back in a couple of days to get a massage and adjustment again. I booked my following appointment and this is where things get even better. I met Melody who did my massage. She is not only personable but she helps you brainstorm WHY or HOW you may have got injured. She gave me so many great suggestions and explained things that I didn't even consider before. She talked through what areas she would work on and why to make sure I was comfortable. Had a water ready for me when I came out of my massage. I threw out my back last year while camping. It was my first time ever doing it and I was in so much pain. A week went by and my husband tells me I should go see a chiropractor. I was so scared - as I have seen videos on social media of the cracking sound that I didn't think I could do it. I did my research on yelp and found Apex. Walking in limping and nervous everyone greeted me so warmly and did everything in their power to calm my nerves. They did some x-rays and told me what they were going to do. A couple weeks later my back was all better from my camping incident. All the chiropractors and the staff are all amazing! Even to this day, I still get a bit nervous of the cracking sounds but they know to make me feel comfortable and not to worry. I just need to remember to stay consistent because I stopped going due to life being busy. Then BAM! I tweaked my back again this year. Back I went! Due to me carrying my stress in my back, I do have back pain. Now, I am enjoying my massages every time I go. I have tried acupuncture with cupping - which was quite nice! Last appointment, Dane recommended to be stretched with my last 15 minutes before picking up my daughter. I had no clue what I was doing and the moves seemed so simple, but I was sore the next day.
