So, I'll join the other ravers about this practice, 'cuz Dr. Clements is great. I went to him with a stiff neck after kayaking. He guessed and then confirmed that I had an old whiplash injury, previously undetected from past chiros. (I actually remember when I got the injury.) He had a special 3-day protocol that was painful but did the trick. You have to be brave and do the PT, but it was so worth it. Dr. Clements obviously knows his stuff and thinks about these things like puzzles. This is a good trait for those specialists you need to help you beyond the usual stuff - chiros, contractors, architects, child experts, etc . Be brave and go get help. But get it from someone who thinks things through. read more

I have been suffering from lower back pain (with pain down my front thigh and occasional numbness) for years--years! I have never bought into this kind of treatment, so never thought of "looking up" a local chiropractor. But, after seeing a general doctor, and getting no real response, I opened up to the idea. I read the yelp reviews for Dr. Clements and my interest was peaked -- so I went. He is confident in what he does, and teaches you how to care yourself for your own back -- Xrays were also taken on the first visit, which I thought was great--and the office staff is also amazing. I didn't see the other chiropractor in the office, but I'm sure Dr. Clements wouldn't share his clients with another Dr. who is not equally as good. I'm so glad I went--This Dr. doesn't want to "keep you" addicted or dependent on office visits--he wants to get you in the best shape in the quickest time, and constantly pushse caring for your own back. I had pain in my right shoulder and nothing seemed to fix it. I was a major skeptic when it comes to seeing a chiropractor. I was also incredibly nervous. My idea of the whole field in general was- I'm going to come in, pay a fortune to not feel better, and come out paralyzed. That was not the case at all. I was completely wrong. This place has really nice staff in the front and are very helpful with paying, schedules, insurance etc. They are open on weekends and later appointments which helps with work schedules. I didn't know which doctor to see and didn't really care at the time. When I first came, I thought here we go...deep breaths. It was scary and it didn't feel like I was dancing in clouds the first time. I have to say that the main reason I come back is because of DR JEREMY ROBERTS. He is patient with my weird fears, takes his time explaining, and really puts me at ease even with the popping sounds. He didn't rush me and answered all my questions. I even feel better after each visit and I have been back several times. The cracking sound can be a little scary but he knows how make it less terrifying. I have been coming to Clements Chiropractic for about 25 years. Over that time, I have been treated by 5-6 different chiropractors, 2 acupuncturists and a massage therapist - all provided exceptional service and instruction. Too bad it's not possible to give them more than 5 stars! Like with other healthcare providers, I've found it's important to give complete information, even the littlest details, about your ailments and ask lots of questions - and you'll get the care and advice you need. I have an ongoing work-related issue with my neck and understand that there are no quick fixes. Sometimes I leave feeling sore and sometimes I don't - it depends upon how long or how much I have been out of alignment. You need to be patient and give yourself time to get better. Also, I once had an issue with a medical claim, and I later was told that their documentation was thorough and top-notch. They have really come through for me and my husband. Yes, there are times of day that I have to wait to be seen - but it's nothing compared to a dermatologist!! I first saw Dr. Weber at Clements Chiropractic when I was visiting a friend in Long Beach. I had been having tremendous hip pain and my friend had heard good things about Dr. Weber through a work colleague. I had never been to a chiropractor before and I was a little apprehensive, but desperate, so I made an appointment. Dr. Weber was attentive and put me at ease. She spent the necessary time with me to pin point the problem and administer treatment - she did not put me through treatments that weren't necessary and by the next day, my hip felt better. Since visiting Dr. Weber I now firsthand understand the benefits of chiropractic services and continue to visit Dr. Weber for treatment whenever I am in town - it's amazing what she can do. read more

I was rear ended on the fwy while I was headed to the airport just before hopping on a 6hr. plane ride. All of that left my neck, shoulders, & back so tight I could barely stand it. I came to Yelp found Clements Chiropractic which had wonderful rating & they saw me the same day as s new patient due to my injury. The staff is super friendly & there are not enough words of praise for Dr. Corey Clements. The whole experience was as painless & he actually fixed me up better then before the accident I believe. About 7 years ago I bought a living social coupon for a massage at Clement's Chiropractor and got the best massage ever by Kristyna (who is still there). She was so great I kept going back to her and then when I was in a car accident I figured I would check out Dr. C with his great Yelp reviews. Well lucky I did because Dr. C is the best. He is so thorough with every examination, he always gave me great information and never was rushed with helping me through the treatment or with any questions I had. His staff is very organized, professional and welcoming it makes the appointments seamless from walking in to leaving with another appt if needed. Dr. C is a very honest doctor with high integrity and cares about his patients he is someone you can trust to get you better with the right amount of treatments. The office manager Christine helped me with my car accident case - she IS the nicest, most accommodating person that makes dealing with all the logistics of the car accidents, insurance, payments, etc. painless. (thank you!) I also went back another time years later for another car accident I was in dr. C and staff was exactly the same they continue to have amazing service. This review is long overdue and I contemplated writing about Kristyna because she is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had, better than any Burke Williams, any spa, any massage place ever. I didn't wanna expose the hidden secret of Dr. C's office (besides himself) but I GUESS I will share with anyone reading that yes Kristyna is the BEST (Dr. C don't ever let her go)!!!! Dr. Smith is awesome! I'm so glad I found this place, after a year of back issues which were previously misdiagnosed as a muscle issue. He knew right away that it was a disc (as I had thought before Kaiser tried to convince me otherwise), and showed me some stretches to do if the disc started to bother me again. I feel great when I leave there, and I will definitely continue going there every 3 or 4 weeks. If you have even a slight issue you should give him a try! read more

I saw Dr. Roberts and he is awesome. I went to urgent care where they prescribed me muscle relaxers and Tylenol with codeine, which is cool who doesn't love a muscle relaxer, but did nothing to fix my problem. My back had been in constant pain where I couldn't move like a normal human for over a week. I came here and Dr Roberts was able to determine I had a displaced rib just by asking me to look left, right, up, and down. He told me what he was going to do, how it was going to affect me, how many appointments I would need (it only took 2), and what to do to reduce the chances of it happening again. I felt immensely better after the first appointment and was in mint condition after the 2nd one. Next I'm trying out their massage situation. Happy as a clam at high tide. read more

Horrible experience! Drove miles away, at least expected to be treated with dignity and respect by Dr. Clemens office. It is so unprofessional. My mother and I were highly recommended to Dr. Clemens. We each have first patient appointments, 8:30 am and 9:30 am. We drove from Corona, as I will drive anywhere in Southern CA for a good doctor. We got stuck in traffic off 7th Street, I called Dr. Clemens office and told the receptionist that we were going to be there 5 mins late. We walked in there office exactly at 8:38 am., with our completed first time patient paperwork on hand for both of us (8:30 am and 9:30 am appointments. The receptionist said perfect you guys are prepared, provided our identifications and insurance cards and signed two forms right away. After seating down for a long time and as soon as the receptionist was from from answering many calls, I approached the front desk and asked if parking on the side of the building was ok. She replied: yes, it is ours.... By 9:25 am: I being told that Dr. Clemens MAY NOT be able to see me and that I could be seen by another doctor. But I was given an appointment to see him, I said. Well, he is over booked...I said that I did not mind waiting...because I drove from far to my appointment with Dr. Clemens. We will see I was told....I took it as they will work something for me to see Dr. Clemens. I went back to my seat. At 9:45 am - I have been optimistically waiting..I asked again if Dr. Clemens was going to see me. Receptionist now tells me NO...and a blonde lady interrupts and says to me he is not going to see you...not apologetic at all or professional. So upset, I asked if he was going to see my (76 year old) mom who I drove miles away to see Dr. Clemens too. I was told that he will see her. Feeling bad for my mom, I waited...and waited.... They never offer an apology and when I asked for the office manager, the blonde lady told me that there is no office manager there. And that Dr. Clemens makes his own decisions, she rudely replied. Then I asked if Dr. Clemens decided that he did not want to see me? She said, YES firmly. Very disappointed that Dr. Clemens took over two hours to decide not to a new patient (me). At 10:15 am finally, my mom gets called in (note that she had an scheduled 9:30 am appointment and we have been there since 8:38 am). She gets vitals, a heating pad, and a brief pre prep by the Dr assistant. Dr. Clemens rushes - no greeting, barely speaks to my mother... (I was there during the consultation) performed a brief adjustment and gave her few suggestions and walked her up to the scan room. Then, I practically begged Dr. Clemens to see me for quick 5 minute adjustment, since that's how long he took with my mother. He tells me - No, I cannot, I have to go pick up my kids. I said I was highly recommended to you...he rushes away..... I will never go back to this practice. They are so unprofessionally. I left wondering, if Dr. Clemens even knew that I had an appointment with him and that I was only few minutes late...Does he even know that his staff is so unprofessional.....and rude... read more

I have been a patient of Chiropractic for many years. I have been to good and bad clinics, been treated by good and bad doctors. Clements Chiropractic is a great office, it is very efficient and easy to find . I was treated by a Dr. Smith, he was extremely knowledgeable of my condition and even enlightened me to new facts and ways to treat the problem. Having been adjusted 1000s of times I know a good adjustment when I get it and Dr. Smith gave me a great adjustment. Usually I can last about a week after a good adjustment, I am now going on 2 weeks and still completely out of pain. Great office, great staff, great doctors. read more

I've never had my back adjusted but had been feeling back pain so I thought I'd try a chiropractor. Plus I had gone into an urgent care about a stomach ache and during my visit, the doctor mentioned that I had bad posture and should go to a chiropractor. I didn't know what to expect when I came here but it was a nice surprise. You sign in, you are taken to a room and a warm pad is put on your back, in 5 mins the doctor comes in, asks you what is bothering you. Adjusts your back, neck, hip and you hear the all the cracks and instantly you feel better. Afterward they place you on a mechanical massaging table. All of this for $25 dollars with your student I.D., that's a steal. I've also tried the deep tissue massage with David, even though he talks a lot, he is really good at what he does. If you like a lot of pressure like I do, he is your man! They had a package of 6 half hour massages for $110 dollars or 3 one hours massages for $110. Go here for high quality but affordable chiropractic care and massages. read more

I've been to quite a few chiropractors in my day, but Dr. Weber is awesome and the office is VERY nice! She is the first chiropractor who actually listened to my concerns, offered advice and explained everything down to the last detail! I've been having neck, shoulder/back pains and headaches for the past few weeks. After taking x-rays, she explained what is going on. Told me to do some stretches during the day and set me up on a regimen of visits! What's even more awesome is you can purchase 3, 1-hour massage sessions for $110~~that's less than $40 a session. I haven't tried them yet, but I'm sure to review when I'm done. I'm a little sore today, but I know thats because the adjustments are working! I'm so excited!! read more

Arrived at my appointment time and the front office staff welcomed me and had be fill out some documents. I was then taken to a room where a heating pad was applied. The Doctor arrived and we discussed my ailments and he felt my back and shoulders and determined that I was out of alignment. He stated that Dr. Clements had gone home ill and that he was going to be seeing me today. He began the adjustment, but it did not feel as good as the last adjustment I had had (at a different place many years ago) and I noticed that he had to do a couple of them several times and could not get some parts to adjust. His adjustments seemed more "jerky" than others I had had in the past and it felt like he was not getting enough leverage to perform the adjustment effectively. The session ended with a 10 minute session on a heated massage table. Based on all the 5 star reviews on Yelp I decided to make another appointment and called ahead to make sure that Dr. Clements was there. This time it was a totally different experience. You can tell that the doctor really knows what he is doing. He was able to adjust and "crack" my neck, back, shoulder and hips on the first try. Because I have very stiff muscles and am not very flexible, I could tell that he really had to use a lot of strength and leverage, but I guess that is what you get with experience. I would and have recommended him to anyone, but I would make sure that if you are going for your first visit or are a bigger, less flexible guy, make sure you see Dr. Clements. read more

My first chiropractor appointment ever--in my life-- was with Dr. Clements and Dr. Amanda, and I could not be happier with my experience. Dr. Amanda is such a sympathetic, friendly, and still very keen and intelligent with her assessment of my health history, current pains, and concerns. There were important conditions and explanations I did not want to write out but I felt comfortable confiding in her and I'm so glad that I did so Dr. Clements can accurately assess my condition. Her optimism and eagerness to understand the nature of my health condition was reassuring and I couldn't be in better care. I have been going here for many years and it is by far the best Chiropractic office that I have been to! I was in a car accident years ago and after going through many other treatments and medications, chiropractic care is what worked for me. I have been to five other chiropractors and none of them have been as skilled as Dr. Clements. The office is very nice inside and everyone that works there is extremely friendly and professional. They also have a massage area upstairs, which is another added bonus. So far I have only had a massage with one of the massage therapists there. She is fabulous. Although I no longer live in Long Beach, I still drive in from Diamond Bar because I would not trust my chiropractic care to anyone else. If you have considered going to a chiropractor, I would strongly recommend this place. I have been going to chiropractic care for 25 years at various locations and I love this office. The doctors are great, the office staff is friendly, efficient, and organized. Massage therapy is VERY reasonably priced as well. I have insurance, but if you don't their prices are very reasonable and they will work with you for payment. Dr. Clement told me on the first visit, the goal is to fix the issue so that you don't have to come 3 days a week for the rest of your life. I've been to offices that act as if adjustments are a monthly requirement, but the drs. here realize if you aren't seeing results, they aren' t doing their job. HIGHLY recommend. read more

I have been here a couple times and I love coming. I had 8 ribs out and a pinched nerve in my neck and Dr. Clements made me all better. Every time I go I feel instantly better when I am adjusted. I am beyond pleased with my experience at Clements Chiropractic. I was in an auto accident about 2 months ago and started experiencing some severe pain in my upper and lower back with most of the pain/pressure in my hip area. I was nervous to go to a chiropractor. I called to schedule a consult appt with the office and the lady that helped me on the phone was happy and pleasant and definitely made me feel welcome, like they wanted my business. She answered all the questions that I had and made me feel at ease. I filled out the forms ahead of time and came to my appt early to ask additional questions. I was greeted by the ladies and immediately knew I had made the right choice. I was brought back to the room and evaluated by one of the doctors and was given treatment on the spot.
