I know it seems too good to be true.....and as a cynic myself, believe me, I understand your skepticism. HOWEVER, this place is sure to exceed all your expectations- even if you don't think you have any. Dr.Clements is the best chiropractor in the world. I'm not kidding. I'm completely convinced of this. There's no one else like him. Not even in a city like New York, which is sad. Been coming here more often and on a regular basis and am very happy with service and care here. After the insurance and billing resolution, everything has been spot on. It is a bit of travel for me considering where I live, but Clements is worth traveling for. Their operations are very efficient so I'm always seen in time, and the admin staff and doctors/therapists I see have helped me with my back and neck issues. read more

Clements' Chiropractic is alright. Now, Dr.Amanda who I go see is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. My husband goes to see her as well and we've recommended quite a lot of people to try going here and request her as their chiropractor. As for the front desk staff (a couple in particular whom wear glasses) I feel they could be more professional, polite and kind. They did misspell our last name multiple times so we've had a hard time booking with them over the phone, I've received a couple of unfriendly comments from them and this saddens me considering I love going here. Overall, I'd say come here to get chiropractic treatment, but don't expect the most genuine or professional type of communication from the front desk staff. read more

I can't seem to get anyone to call or email me back. I'm not a new patient, but I have new insurance. The office has to verify my new coverage but apparently there is only one employee who is authorized to do that. She was out of the office for a few weeks and although she is now back, no one has responded to my emails or phone calls asking for the status of my request. I'm a new patient. Dr. Ryan Smith is amazing. I give him 5 stars and highly recommend him. Also, I had one massage with Christine so far and it was great. On another note, I called in to confirm an appointment and was asked to hold. Didn't mind at all. I had emails to check. Twelve minutes later I'm still on hold. I called back on another line and receptionist was available to assist. Poor call management. Lesson learned. if I'm on hold more than 2-3 minutes call back because I've probably been forgotten. :) read more

Not only was I injured very badly here, they were very rude about it. They popped a blood vessel in my right leg and the pain was excruciating! I had to go to the emergency because I developed a big purple ball at the calve area due to the fact that he popped my vessel from my upper groin area. When I came back to them to tell them and show them all the medical record all they did was acknowledge that I was injured due to their chiropractic and shoved me out the door! Horrible place! Now my leg is damaged ! Wish I can give them a quarter of a star if they even deserve that. read more

Dr. Palsner and Dr.Hein are the best and truly do help you with your pain and give you great advice and exercises/dynamic stretch ideas to do at home to prevent them from occurring again. Dr Clements is Amazing! He's literally a miracle worker. I've been to a ton of chiropractors in my life, this is like a totally different thing. He actually fixes you! He's friendly, charming, professional and skilled at his profession. I send everyone I know and love over to Dr Clements when they are in pain. I've also gone to Jilly for deep tissue massage. She's so skilled and able to fix the muscles that you didn't even know were causing you the pain. She does talk a lot, so be prepared. Dear Dr. Weber, You're pretty awesome. In truth, I came into the clinic apprehensive. Before going to a chiropractor I heard everything from, "they are wonderful" to "don't go they could paralyze your for life!" Imagine upon hearing the second statement how apprehensive I was to go to a chiropractor! You managed to keep it casual, which left me fairly relaxed and (mostly!) willing to let you crack whatever it was that you felt needed cracking. I didn't let on that I was scared. It seemed ridiculous at that point to express apprehension: just do it, see how it goes, and hope for the best! Neck and back cracking done, I felt like someone had removed a weight from my neck and chest. Plus, I wasn't paralyzed! That was a HUGE bonus! Now, I still come in a couple times a week. You said my neck would regain its natural curve; I look forward to this eventuality. Further, I actually look forward to coming into the clinic, chatting a bit, getting adjusted, the big massage table thingy that moves me in new and exciting ways... hehe. Amazing!!!! I was in two car accidents with in a four month span and these chiropractors are amazing! I feel better then I ever have. I feel like humpty dumpty but where all the kings horses and all the kings men couldnt put me together Corey Clements made me whole again. These are top notch second too none professionals. Words cannot convey how grateful and happy I am to have these guys in my life! I've been to many Chiropractors and have many good experiences but this place has done what they never could. Love this place for many reasons! 1. Staff is GREAT! always smiling, cheerful, and inquiring about you. Dr. Clements always remembers what stories you've shared and asks questions. so he's personable. 2. prices are ridiculously reasonable for all services (massage, chiro, accu). so reasonable i go once a week (and have for about 3yrs!) 3. the work is quality! i get adjusted (from Dr. Clements--the man has healing hands!!! he sets me straight, lol!), massages from all of the therapists (I got to diff ones for diff reasons--but looooove Chanelle and Christine's hands for relaxation and strength and David's neck massages--get's all the kinks out, Jilly if you are injured and need sports therapy asap, Steffanie is awesome, and the other 2 are good as well--you really can't go wrong!), and acupuncture--Wendy Wu?? is AWESOME!! 4. flexible hours (open on sat for those that can't come during the week) 5. most of the time, reasonably fast--your appt is when you made it for (not waiting forever) and you're out in about 30-45 min. I volunteered for an event and ended up, after 9 hours of being crouched on the hard floor cutting out stencils and hanging wall paper, sore all over, especially my back. After a few days the soreness went away. I went on with things like moving things from my friends house, organizing the garage, and a few days later I woke up and my mid to lower back felt like it had been replaced with concrete and put in a vice. I contemplated going for a massage ( good thing I didn't! ) but the pain got worse and I couldn't bend over at all. I knew I had a real problem then and turned to Yelp to find a chiropractor. I had never been to a chiropractor myself and I was nervous, especially of the neck adjustment!! I went to my appt the women at the desk were all very nice. I filled out a form and was brought right back. The office is very clean and warm and is full of state of the art equipment. When Dr. Clements arrived he was very warm and laid back. He explained what was going on with my back, how he was going to help me fix it and everything to expect during the process. After my adjustment I felt soooo much better. I saw him three days in a row and everyday my back got better and better. That was two weeks ago and I still have two of my once a week visits left before my back is healed. That's when I'll get my excersize plan from Dr. Clements to be sure this never happens again. Oh yeah!! And the whole thing cost me a most reasonable $100. Amazing! $25 for the first visit, then I bought 4 more visits for a package special of $75. I also forgot to mention that after every adjustment you get put on a machine of some sort, all that feel amazing. And you never wait more than five minutes or so from your appt time. I have seen Dr. Weber off and on for several years. Initially I was referred to her to treat incredibly painful whiplash (a wakeboarding incident). She was exceptional, taking time to patiently explain my treatment plan in high level terms. As a PhD trained scientist I greatly appreciated her ability to describe in detail the scientific rationale behind this treatment. I have subsequently seen Dr. Weber for recurring back pain (middle and upper) and back numbness/tingling associated with misaligned ribs. I wrote a review when I was still in LB, but I have no idea how to access that acct because I wanted to supersize my gratitude to Dr. Clements. Oh my god I miss you and you are on the pro list of the pros and cons of moving back (Sorry, I'm not, but eh) I was a mess. My spine looked like a hot wheels racetrack and I had no idea that someone could make it straight. Not even a touch straighter, a whole lotta betta. It hurt to walk, it hurt to hurt. And Dr. Clements just gets it. He knows what he is doing. The exercises he had me do may have hurt just a little more since I have a pain issue, but that went away, and got much easier. It was actually pleasant to walk around and not have that 'OH MY GOD I'VE WALKED TOO FAR HOW AM I GOING TO GET HOME OW OW OW' feeling. I could walk fast again with no pain. He never was deceitful about what he could help with and what areas he couldn't, and I was very glad someone was not trying to profit from my pain. Well he should get paid, but not "You'll need 6 months and 5 times a week." kind of BS. And even was not on the upsell for a massage appt I thought I wanted. He was right, I would have hurt for days afterwards. I finally let him near my neck and I was really really worried about that, because both chiros in the past caused massive muscle spasms. He didn't and I so wish I could have stayed and had him pull my head out of my neck more! I also think that those heating pads are from the heavens and most likely allowed him to safely adjust my neck. And his staff is very nice. =P And to summarize this essay, Dr. Clements knows what he is doing, very very much so, and is incredibly affordable..and trust me on those heating pads...awesome. read more

I'm new to the area so I searched on Yelp for a chiropractor near me. Clements Chiropractic had great reviews so I called. I was not in need of urgent care, so I booked an appointment for the following Saturday. The wait was short, and I was originally interviewed by the chiropractic intern (I can't remember his name right now, but he was awesome!) He took the time to not only really listen to me, but also to put everything into laymen's terms so I knew precisely what was going to happen and how it would affect me. We did a quick xray with Dr Clements, and immediately after I was seen by Dr Weber. She's amazing! Again, helpful, friendly, and fantastic at adjustments. I went in expecting a routine exam and a little improvement, and came out feeling sooo much better. Much more than I had hoped for. I will be back! read more

I went to Dr Clements a couple of times for a workers comp case. He listens, is very thorough and is very knowledgeable. Although it looks like I have to have surgery, Dr Clements did a wonderful job. I wish I could say the same for Dr Smith but I can't I felt he exacerbated the pain or made it worse. I used to think that chiropractic care was voodoo science. I mean, how can getting your neck and back cracked help with pain? I could not have been more wrong. For years I suffered from neck pain and stiff neck. I attributed it to aging or sleeping weird. But I finally gave in to making an appointment and am so glad I did! I soon discovered I had beginning stages of arthritis in my neck due to untreated whiplash from an auto accident 15 years ago. Had Siatic pain on my right side. This office was in network, and wanted to try something other than drugs. First week no real change, however in the middle of second week, stopped because pain became worst. Prior to this, x-ray showed three vertabrae out of alignment. A couple of months later, an MRI showed five vertabrae displaced, one 7 mm. Did this make things worst, who can say; however I don't recommend this type procedure for Siatic. I will tell you to use an Inversion Table, in combination with yoga type stretches. After 5, 8 minute sessions in one week, a noticeable difference in pain relief. One more week and complete relief and back to normal. read more
