Last year I went to Clements to get an adjustment, and afterwards the pain was still there :-/ So I never returned. Recently I clumsily fell down some steps, and kinked my neck. I needed it massaged. I returned yesterday to utilize the massage therapy. I set an online appointment and they were quick to call back to confirm. I was set-up with Alyssa for an hour, and have to say she was professional, courteous and damn good with her hands. She got to all the nooks and crannies! All the knots were untied and muscles loosened. lol. I felt amazing after leaving. I'm definitely going back to purchase a 3 hour package (a savings of $30). Because I think the main issue with my back is the tension and strain, something a good weekly massage can take care of. read more

My chiropractor was great. Unfortunately, this rating is all about their customer service. Specifically, about one of the folks who work behind the "front desk" - Carlos . He is rude, unprofessional, and he has an attitude that should prevent him from ever dealing with the public. No one should have to pay for unpleasantness. This guy really messed up my back. I'm only leaving one star only because I have to. I have been looking for an attorney. History, I've seen probably 8 chiropractor doctors over the last 57 years. I went in because someone in my neighborhood said there was a doctor in that area that was good. What a mistake, not only was I bed bound for 5 days after being wrongly adjusted by this doctor but I had neck pain I didn't have before and now I'm have worst problems than I had prior to my 1 visit to this guy. I knew that I had a bad adjustment as soon as he started because I have had good adjustments and bad adjustments. I lost 2 weeks worth or work for the damage he did. read more

I've just had my 3rd massage with Chanell. I was very reluctant to have a massage done, because it hurts especially the deep tissue ones. However, I had no choice with my back pain from the very tie muscle etc. It was very hurt the first two times but because I had already known and prepared for it, so was manageable without taking any pain killers. Today the 3rd time, it was not hurting much but was enjoyable at the end. Because Chanell worked so hard to break almost all the nocks the last two times. She is very professional besides friendly and trying her best to help. She went through my body to find and break all nocks which some of them I didn't even know of. The tie muscles usually take a couple of days to eventually loosing up. So please don't judge or expect the pain goes away right away...Thanks you very much Chanell! I went for my first chiropractor visit with Dr. Clements this past week. The front staff is friendly. There is a shoulder massage machine that you can try out while waiting. But most importantly, Dr. Clements offers a wealth of medical education and appears to genuinely care about what services are best for the patient. He's not trying to push chiropractic care or any specific modality to treat someone' chief complaint. I will recommend him to anyone needing a chiropractor. read more

I love this place and have been going for over a year now. I had shoulder issues last year and Dr. Weber was fantastic. I don't need adjustments very often, but when I do she does a great job. My regular visits here are for massages with my Jillie :) She is the best!! If you like the deep tissue method and really want to have your kinks worked out, she is the one. If you prefer a lighter massage, you may not enjoy her. She really takes the time to work out every knot from head to toe, and if you go to her at least once a month, it's fantastic because she really gets to know your body and problem areas. I've been coming here for years. Dr. C fixes my back in no time. He's very nice and actually listens to you. He really knows my background and even remembers what school I went to. On weekends it gets busy so make sure you have an appointment and come on time. If you can't make it they always can reschedule you to accommodate you. I hurt my back and was in search for a Chiropractor. I looked on yelp and searched and found one with a ton of Fantastic reviews. Hence, another Fantastic Review. I called and made an appointment. Filled out the paper work and waiting to see the Dr. Dr. Clements came in and we were discussing and checking my back injury, afterwards we went forward with the next steps. I received the self controlled heating pad and laid there until my back was ready for my cracking. Received my adjustments as needed and was told the recovery steps, and exercises. Got the ETM, and scheduled my next appointment. I returned for my follow ups and yes. They fixed me! Positive! The Clements Chiropractic fixed me :O) I also tried out their massages as well. They are conveniently located. I see Dr. Clements or Dr. Weber, who is there that day. Both are great. Anyway, Jilly also does my massage. She is not for the faint of heart, but you will not have any knots when she is done. This massage is for people who really want to be free of tightness. Dr. Weber set my $%*# straight! I suffered for years with neck problems from an old injury. Everyone kept telling me to see a chiropractor, but I was always skeptical. I finally went to see Dr. Weber after having a headache for a solid week. She and Dr. Clements double-teamed me with their "headache treatment" (which would sound barbaric if I described it here, but it was AWESOME and my headache instantly disappeared). Dr. Weber then put me on a regimen of visits that have me feeling much better. And now I only need to go for a visit once in awhile (usually after I have slept in a ball too many nights in a row). To all those people who roll their eyes or look all skeptical when you mention seeing a chiropractor, I say "hush now"...don't knock something 'til you've tried it. If you're suffering from neck pain, headaches, or other aches & pains, chances are your friendly neighborhood chiropractor can help. I'd definitely recommend Clements for all your chiropractic needs! And it is waaaaaayyyy cheaper than you think it is. You can buy a package of 6 visits for like 75 bucks (in case your insurance doesn't cover it). Kimberly Campbell I was very well please with the care that she had giving me. she explained every detail at what we were going to do with my injuries. I love Dr. Clements & Dr. Weber. I originally came in for an adjustment with one of my girlfriends who goes their for her chronic neck issues. Anyway, I didn't think there was anything really wrong with me except that my back was really tight. turns out I had all sorts of issues with my back and the first month we worked pretty hard to straighten it out. I was also seeing their massage therapist *more later* to combat my back issues. I still go for adjustments b/c I run a little high stress but before that I never realized i was living in pain until I was out of it. My massage therapist there is awesome! Her name is Jilly. She is this little lady with great hands. She's not for the faint-hearted and can't deal with pain. She will work through your muscles but it's painful. She could do it slower/softer but the little bit of pain is worth the fast relief. I just came back from her and she fixed a tight tendon on my neck. She is a rockstar! Oh they will take you as a walk-in but they are pretty good on appointments. read more

This review is long overdue. Dr. Clements is the best chiropractor ever. If you have any spinal ailments, visit him now... Dr. C has magical healing hands. I'm not even kidding! His adjustments are always healing and I commend his ability to always make me feel at ease (because adjustments can be scary!) and I leave the office with a soothing smile on my face. I've been going to Dr. C since 2006ish and I will continue to go back to him forever (as long as he has a practice). I moved 100+ miles away but I still return monthly for my adjustments because he's that GOOD. The staff is wonderful... they're always welcoming and friendly. The massage therapists are also awesome. Have been looking for a chiropractor for a long time, I stumbled upon Clements chiropractor while looking on yelp. Ive had lower back pain for a long time and decided to give them a call. I did not think I would get a same day appointment, but I did. I saw Dr. Palzer and let me tell you after the first visit my back felt so much better. He explained a lot and also gave me stretches to do at home. I recommend Dr. Palzer 100%. There prices are very reasonable, and they do take some insurance. read more

I have been coming here for will over 3years and I love the entire staff. Everyone has been so nice and friendly, super informative, and sometimes if I forget to pay they bill/call me. My chiropractor is Dr.Smith. he is extremely friendly and takes the time to ask what hurts. I came to him after a head on collusion where my right side was all messed up. He was honest in that it will never be completely 100% and I'll need lifelong maintenance. I go about ever 3 months but it really should be every 2. By the time I go, my headaches are every day and my entire back is stiff. I've never had an issue with making appointments, the Dr is always on time. I appreciate that. For massages I used to see Julie? I think that is her name. She is awesome and extremely friendly. She will work the heck outta whatever knot you have. She listens and adjusts accordingly. Clements Chiropractic has fixed my back and are a pleasure to go to. Dr. Clements is dedicated to customer service and employs great people. Dr. Weber, Monique, Dana, Christy & Christine are wonderful! Jilly is awesome. Her deep-tissue massages are above the typical "feel good for 2 hrs then back to where you were" massages on the market today. Jilly understands muscles and how they are all connected. She'll often work out pain in one part of my body by working on a totally different part of my body. As well, Jilly is special in that she knows how to massage the muscles, ligaments & tendons WITHOUT putting any pressure on the bone. I guess I'm not the only one who appreciates Jilly. Dr Celements diagnosed and fixed my neck. Dr Gallagher turned me off to chiropractic care years ago. I have had neck pain and limited motion for years, my MD insisted I try it again. While getting a massage one day at Hundavi Spa the massage therapist told me about Dr. Clements office. I had never been to a Chiropractor before and now I'm a believer! After my first adjustment with Dr Roberts, I could literally feel my spine move back into place. My SI joint no longer hurts when I lie flat on the ground and my neck muscles are able to relax. The human body is a physical, mechanical structure and parts can go out of place with repetitive use. I went once a week for 4 weeks and now I go once or twice a month as needed. I also get massages twice a month there. The ladies at the front desk are nice and efficient. I see all these recent negative comments and I feel as if people don't realize it takes time and patient when you are coming in as a new patient. I work in the medical profession and have to say because of COVID everything has slowed down the process. Please understand that if you are seeing a new doctor have some patience. There's a lot of thing going on behind the scene and it's very complicated. Look , you have chose this particular doctor because he has been highly recommended. If he or she is that great of a doctor than they are with waiting for. If not go to someone else. Everyone deserves a second chance , no one is perfect.... no even you. Ive been seeing Dr. Clement for at least a 10years and yes he is busy but he is incredible at what he does. I would rather wait for him instead of going to some crappy doctor.
