He proceeds to tell me (over the phone) that he can not help me because of the neighborhood I live in (Oakaland) it was my understanding that the company serviced all areas. If they do not they should not advertise as such. Additionally, that was a very classist thing to say. I have worked with many contractors and none have complained nor turned down a job. I do not recommend this company and would suggest not supporting someone with this type of mentality. Updating this review to include the response given by the owner. You did say worked in the area before and didn't want to do so again because of your equipment etc. and that was it. I did offer over the phone for you to park in my driveway and you did not accept that. (After) I posted my review is when you called me back and also offered to bring a smaller car. We scheduled a roofing estimate for 10AM and waited at home all morning, but nobody showed up. Then they said the estimator would arrive around 11AM. Nobody had arrived by then either, so we called again. This time they said someone had already came by but nobody was at home. The excuse was so ridiculous. We were home the entire time, and our front door camera did not capture anyone coming to the house at all. Customer support said they would confirm with the estimator, but they didn't call us back and stopped answering our calls. What made this even more frustrating was that it seemed intentional, because they initially had my husband's phone number, and after he called many times with no answer, I tried calling from my own number and they immediately picked up. Once they had my number on file, they stopped answering my calls too. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional experience. Poor communication, dishonest excuses, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend.
