He then left town and charged me $150 before telling me I had to wait for someone else to leave my PC on the front porch for pick up the next day. I told him I wanted it that night and I did get it so I took the pc home and after testing it I realized nothing was fixed and all he really did was clear my storage and reinstall windows, which I wouldn't have minded if the issue was resolved but it was not. I spent $150 to have my time wasted and all my storage cleared. He did say I could bring it back the following Monday for the bios but that's the only reason I went in the first place! I did show the vibration issue to the technician when I dropped off the phone, and he mentioned that he thought it could be related to the camera. I also followed up specifically to ask if the vibration issue had been taken care of. When I picked up the phone, unfortunately, the vibration issue was still not repaired. Both technicians made it sound like repairing or replacing the vibration motor may be a more involved repair. If that's the case, maybe the phone needs to be replaced, or the necessary part needs to be ordered. I'm happy to bring it back in. Just to clarify, the screen was never cracked on this phone. The phone was dropped, and it appears the impact dislodged or damaged multiple internal components. I'd just like to make sure all of the issues caused by the drop are addressed.

I have worked with John a few times over the past several years and he has always been very…read moreinformative and helpful. We have had a lot of Quirky Issues with our Bizfon system over the years. Unfortunately, Bizfon tech support has not typically been much help, even with their remote access, it never seems like they can ever put a finger on exactly what is going on. I had an issue recently with a battery backup (lightning in the area), The system seemed OK, but there were a few tell-tale signs that it was more damaged than we thought. Two months later the system crashed on a Saturday. NO one at home at Bizfon!!! John got me a pair of replacement boxes, tested, setup and back to me quickly. He was able to deduce that the phone system was most likely damaged through the power supply of a couple of our service dept. phones that were acting up prior to the crash. Turned out that they are in fact the only two phones we didn't have on a UPS or surge protector. I'll make sure that these get protected now and John is a great guy for figuring things out. He knows his "STUFF". Like many businesses we still rely heavily on our landline system even as we all carry cell phones and it's good to know that you can work with someone like John to get it right.

They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue.
