Just recently a pair of fins got stuck somewhere between Oregon and the east coast for 2 weeks with no info from USPS. Recently popped in to purchase a wetsuit and was greeted as soon as I came into the store with knowledgeable staff. We barnies came in to rent some boards and wetsuits on Saturday afternoon. Weren't sure what to expect as it was a nice day and figured a lot of gear had probably been rented out already. Turns out the people at Cleanline were super nice and helpful and we were in, out, and on our way with the boards strapped to the top of the subi in no time! We were a little late getting back but were still greeted with smiles. I also appreciated the clean bathroom. Prices of rentals were lower than surf shops in Cannon beach. I ordered a wetsuit from Hansen's online and they canceled my order 2 weeks later without any apology. I then ordered from Cleanline the same wetsuit, they processed and shipped it timely with a personized note and another goody. Bought a wetsuit online. I normally would not recommend doing this, it's better if you can try it on first at a local shop. But the friendly person I spoke with had good knowledge regarding sizing, the wetsuit fit. Tip: before calling, know your height, weight, chest and waist measurements. Their pricing is good. The one I bought (e bomb 4/3 chest zip) was the same price as my closest store (rip curl outlet, santa cruz, ca), but ~$22 cheaper factoring in $0 tax and free shipping. I know thats not a big deal to some, but I live over a 100 miles inland so it was good for me, and I'm still supporting a small, independent business, which is my preference. read more

I live in San Diego California and I keep find myself buying from these guys online. I'm not sure how I stumbled upon them, but I'm very happy that I did. The pricing is good and the shipping is free if you spend a small amount of money. There is no sales tax in Oregon. I bought a wet suit that didn't fit like my typical Rip Curl and the return process was simple. I'm a die hard Amazon shopper and I find that Cleanline is a superior experience. I have not said that about any online store. How can you compete with Amazon? Well let me tell you. I was searching the web for so long trying to find a 4/3 chest zip in my size (ms). Seemed like everywhere was completely sold out because of the great waves we've been having here in Southern California. Even most of my local shops were sold out of 4/3's. Josh at CLEANLINE was a wealth of information on my quest to learn kite boarding. He was able to hook me up with a great trainer kite and was able to explain all the reasons I should start with a trainer kite and not just jump into the big boy kite. We had so much fun with the kite the next day we went back to CLEANLINE to get a all terrain land board to ride down the beach. All the people at CLEANLINE were super helpful and friendly and the store inventory for surfing and kiting supplies was amazing.
