They were so awesome. My brother passed away and left behind a couple decks. I took them in and they held some items for me to get the decks some hard wear. They helped with the trucks and grip tape. There were 3 employees that ended up working on the decks with me. It was a touching experience. I posted pics here. I purchased two different jackets and returned one. The delivery to Northern California was swift. Their customer service, via email, was super responsive. Cleanline Surf Shop has top notch customer service. I've never been to the brick and motor, but have ordered various things online through them over the years. I bought my partner a new board and shipping wasn't cheap. When the board arrived it had a deep gash from a sharp object that had punctured through both boxes and through the bottom of the board. The customer service folks were on it. Within a week they had provided me options, had the carrier come pick up the damaged board, and sent out a replacement with no additional charges. Even though the damage wasn't their fault, they made no excuses, made it right, and fast. If you buy something through them, know that the customer service team has your back. read more

I ordered a surfboard on April 25, 2021 I was supposed to receive it in 18-20 weeks but I did not receive it, as I did not hear from Cleanline I wrote an email and they responded October 5 I was able to get in touch with Firewire and it looks like your board is scheduled to land at the end of this month. in October I did not receive news and in December I write to you to find out what happened, change the surfboard or cancel the order December 22 I heard back from Firewire that your board is finally arriving when they get back from holiday. They will be closed Dec 24 - Jan 3, but should be able to get this out the first week of Jan. After the first week of January I write to you again January 10 Your order will be shipping out tomorrow by end of day. We will send tracking information once it is shipped out. It is January 12 and I have not received any tracking information, I called the store and they told me again that I have to wait for possibly 2 weeks to receive the table. read more

I picked up a 6'8 Gary Hanel Egg from Cleanline last summer, it was a great experience and the egg has been my guaranteed good time board since. Today I went in for a new wetsuit for the first time in years, I got a what's up from Josh first thing, made my way over to the wetsuit corner to find Joe helping out a fella with a sweet pattagucci suit. When it was my turn Joe fired off a bunch of questions to get me pointed in the right direction, before I was led to a fitting room the previous cusomter emerged ready for a fit check, did I get dropped? Absolutley not! Josh rolls in like the set you've been waiting for and takes over with my fitting while Joe effortlessly transitioned back to the previous dude. As I'm about to shut the door of my fitting room Joe hollers out "hey Mason I think you'd really dig this one" and hands me an oniel super freak he was pretty stoked on. My dude went out of his way to come back with a personal recomendation after handing me off to someone else, that's beyond awesome. They emailed my a couple days later apologizing for the delay and said they could find the suit in inventory, so they marked down a 2020 model of the same suit.
