Was in there for almost 45mins and not one personnel member spoke to me. Far as I know I was the only one shopping. Maybe I was overlooked by e other older white families that were just browsing. Also check your receipt, cashier convinced me to upgrade 3pack socks to a 6pack since the price was only $6 different. I ended up getting charge for both and only keeping the 6pack. Repeatedly the cashier asked if I wanted a bag like 4x and I had to tell him 4x yes. It was obvious I needed a bag anyway. We always stop in when we visit Seaside and the customer service has always been great. We came by yesterday while waiting to check-in to our hotel room and the store was clean and organized. It usually always is when we visit. The staff was so helpful and friendly. There wasn't a lot of options for shoes in my size that I liked but found lots of mens items that my husband liked. We were able to get 15% on our purchase using the mobile app so we came back again this morning to purchase more things. read more

Not too bad of a Nike Factory Store. Pretty traditional as you'll have the open top boxes of shoes in the back with a small discount, and of course the excess shoes in the walkways. Store was pretty clean and tidy with a nice selection of shoes/clothes. As with most Nike Factory stores, it didn't seem like there were that many major deals. I was able to pick up some shoes 50% off retail, but it wasn't that much of a deal compared to online reseller prices. The clothes were maybe 20-25% off Nike's online store. I had higher expectations for this store when going in with my daughter. They have a very small selection of children's shoes. A lot of the shoes are $100 or more and I also wasn't expecting that. I did find a pair of nice Nikes in the clearance section for myself, which was also 30% off, so they were only $17! Total steel. I feel like I got lucky, however. I was hoping to get my husband a second pair of go flyease shoes, as I paid a FORTUNE for some 2nd hand because the Nike site was out of his size. He NEEDS them as he struggles putting on his shoes due to a hip injury. I also was hit by a car, and wanted to try some. I figured it was not likely the outlet store would have those, but hey, it can't hurt to try, right? We went in and looked around and didn't see any. But we asked, and a young man named Chuck. He was young, late teens, early 20's...I doubted he would even know what we were talking about. But the second my husband showed him his...he said, as a matter of fact, we do have those. On the back wall. Wow, he went and got them and asked me my size in womens and found a size 6 mens for me to try. Both fit perfectly. Wow, great discount pricing and the best service ever. So not crazy cheap but the shoes I got I am super stoked about and if I found them in any store would have bought them. It is Sunday 9/4/22 at 5:10 and we were not let in to this store because they were "at capacity " and had "more people in the store than they could serve before they could close at 6:00." I watched them turn away about 30 people in the brief time we were there. Only because they wanted to go home. If I was the owner of this store I would be furious. As the loss of money she turned away was incredible. And the store was supposed to be open for another 50 minutes. Instead of helping the long line by working at the cash register to build capacity, your extremely brain-dead employee was standing at the door telling people they could not come in the store. The people working on the evening of Sunday 9/4/22, of a very busy, three-day weekend, for Labor Day, should be fired for real. HORRIBLE customer service. For something that literally no sense at all. Like does she even understand where her paycheck comes from? Maybe a class on retail business should be a requirement, because clearly she thinks unicorns from the magical money making universe fly down and shit her paychecks out with their rainbow poop. Booooo. I love outlets and outlet malls but there wasn't a single sale that impressed me. If you have ever even been to like a TjMaxx or Marshalls you'll be able to find clothes at half the price at this location. The clothes, shoes, were all still in a price range that is comparable to stores. Like imagine you went to a regular Nike store when they were having like a 20% off sale but there wasn't anything worth buying at clearance prices that was under $35 plus dollars. What can you say about a Nike outlet store? We shop there because the prices are suppose to be cheaper than buying your Nike gear at the actually Nike Shop or buying Nike gear at a department store etc... Well the prices really aren't that much better and the fact that you are shopping in the outlet store means that you are actually buying the factory seconds. The rejects that didn't make the cut to be sold in the other retailers or the big Nike Shop. They are just a little off in some way but that's the big secret that they don't want you to know. As a matter of fact, if you are a fan of shopping at outlet malls because you think that you are saving a lot of money, you should know that you are buying less than perfect items that they won't put on the shelves anywhere else and this is true of all outlet stores. $80 is the discounted price for a pair of yoga pants? That's completely ridiculous! If they are $80 in the outlet store then how much are they at the Nike Shop? The reason we stopped in was because our daughter needed some new shoes and when it comes to shoes, even though they are one off, they do have a pretty good clearance section. Don't waste your time looking on the regular racks because you'll just end up paying the regular price for some factory reject shoes but if you need some cheap kicks, go straight to the back wall where they keep the clearance shoes. What you see is what you get so if you find the perfect pair, they might not have your size but you can usually find something you like that fits and at a decent price. You might have to do some digging but it's worth it for the right deal. My advice is to stay away from all of the other items especially clothing. Rarely can you complain when going to a nike store. This one was small but still had plenty of nice stuff and good deals. Got a pair of Nike elite shorts normally $30 for $5.50!! There were a few items that I may have been able to find at a more reasonable price or comparable price elsewhere, but those items were few and far between one another. Come on Nike, if you're having people drive all the way to the beach, the least you can do is make the sales and clearance better than what I could do at home. I always tend to get good deals at this location. Two t-shirts for $25? Some discontinued t-shirts for less than $10. I seem to walk out of the store with at least two pairs of nike shoes for a size 10.
