This was a difficult job because the house had not been deep cleaned in many years. They were very complete, even tops of bookshelf's where nobody would see, steamed wall panels, etc. It's hard to find people who feel like they treat your place the way they would their own, but that's what I felt with Modesta and her team. For a small upcharge YBH will supply all cleaning supplies, which I take advantage of. You can of course supply your own cleaning products and they waive the charge. Regardless of how much time your cleaner(s) spend in the home, you still get charged the flat rate. With hours during the week and on Saturdays makes this the ideal cleaning service for me. The only work needing to be done was 1 bathroom, the kitchen (cabinets, floor, counters, fridge, and stove), 1 room to be vacuumed, and the walls to be wiped down. The house had no furniture in it to be cleaned and they were told NOT to clean the hardwood floors nor to do the windows which they ended up doing against my instructions and that cost me an extra $120! Ridiculous! The kitchen cabinets near the stove still had grease on them. Streaks were left on the stainless steel fridge. There were stains left on the walls from the cleaner they used. I ended up having to take the rest of the day off from work so I could spend 5 hours cleaning after they left. Maybe these ladies do a better job with weekly house cleanings but for deep move in or move out cleanings, I do NOT recommend them! It was a waste of $500 especially because of having to do the work myself after they didn't do the job in the first place!
