I was recently injured and not able to give my home the love and care it needed and I was thrilled to find a service I could trust. I've never seen my glass or my laundry area that clean before and would definitely use them again. While the price tag was a bit high to me, I was made aware by people that utilize these kinds of services often that it was very reasonable. In addition Dominic told me it would be cheaper if it was a routine cleaning. If you're in the hunt for a reputable service I would recommend TAN for sure.

Their service is consistently excellent. They get every crumb, leaf & sticky spot out of every corner of every room in our home. While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. There have been times when they've needed to change the time frame on a particular day, but that was communicated to me as soon as the need to adjust was known. We are very satisfied with Progressive Cleaning.

When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Wow, I am not surprised , I also encountered very shady behaviors from their team during the work. If you do decide to give this company a try, please be careful.

The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. I'm adding 2 more stars to my review.
