They do great on washing and ironing. Their dry cleaning comes up short more often than not. their pressing misses the crease, misses a spot (or two), or miss a whole lapel. They are cheap!! I am considering doing laundering there and dry cleaning elsewhere. read more

I brought 9 items to be cleaned the other day. I chose this place based on Yelp reviews, because reviews of other places in this area are god awful. They really do have great prices, better than I have ever heard of. When I dropped off my items, I was told my items would be ready by 4pm the next day. I arrived around 5pm to be told that one of my items still wasn't ready and that another one of my items they could not clean because of the beading. It's a little frustrating to be told they can't do an item which the tag states 'dry clean only'. But I guess I would have been more frustrated if they'd ruined my shirt. I had already paid, so they offered me a credit for that item. So I called back the next day to see if my final item was ready and again, it wasn't ready. I was leaving for vacation at noon that day, so I reminded them (yes I did mention it the first time I went to pick up) and I guess that put some fire under their asses and I finally retrieved my items minutes before I had to leave. I will likely return to this cleaner because 1-I have a credit and 2-like I said, all other dry cleaners in this area have terrible yelp reviews. So we will see if I have a better experience then. read more

I have use this cleaners and they are ok if you pick up your clothes on time. I did leave some sweaters there for several months and half of the order was missing when I went to pick it up. They looked for them but to no avail. LOST: 3 good sweaters and a pair of pants. ): They just shrugged their shoulders and said I was out of luck. (not their wording). read more

Took my comforter here twice. The first time was cheap and it came back looking new. I liked it so much that I recommended it to a friend of mine. However, the second time I took this comforter in, I wasn't able to come back and get it for a while. I ended up leaving it there for a little over 2 weeks. When I came back to collect it, there was a rip in the bag that the comforter was in and the guy at the counter offered to put it in a new bag but I didn't think it was a big deal so I declined. When I got the comforter home and put it on my bed. I discovered that there were bed bugs all over it. I had left the comforter in the bag all day until I put it on my bed. Had to throw the entire comforter away. Really disappointing that I have to leave this review on here but just wanted to warn others. Never coming back here again. read more

Never again. I would give zero stars if I could. Yes, this place is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I chose to take two dresses here for cleaning after seeing this cleaner's accommodating business hours and reading the (mostly) glowing reviews on here. However, when I picked up my items, both dresses had pretty much been destroyed. The cleaner had used so much steam that the stabilizer on one dress had detached from the fabric, resulting in bubbles in the fabric that could not totally be removed via ironing. A stitch on the front fabric panel of the dress was also torn, and I had to get a seamstress to repair it. The second dress had rosettes and petals along the neckline, and upon pickup I saw that every single rose had fallen off the dress either totally or partially. I was told that the dress had been washed in a lingerie bag and all the pieces had been captured, but not every flower was returned to me. My seamstress thankfully salvaged the dress the best she could by reattaching fewer flowers and making a new neckline, but the dress will never look like it did the day I dropped it off at Cleaner Concepts. Now, I could understand if one dress had been damaged, and maybe I could chalk that up as a problem with the dress itself. However, knowing that *both* dresses were damaged is enough for me to know that it wasn't just a problem the items of clothing themselves. If you have an item that can handle rough treatment and being blasted with heat, then by all means, use this dry cleaner. Otherwise, avoid it like the plague. read more

I would avoid this place, they definitely damage clothes. They consistently damaged shirts over the approximate year that I brought my clothes there (I lost at least 3-4 shirts). The damage was done in the same spot on the sleeve (It looks as if Catherine below had a similar experience with sleeve damage). It took me a while realize what was going on because I have never had an experience such as this with a dry cleaner before and for a second I assumed that perhaps it was just my clothing going through it's natural life cycle until one of my new articles of clothings were damaged. Instead of accepting accountability, they insisted that it was "the way I was wearing my shirts" that was causing the damage. Yet, in over 7 years of bringing clothes to various dry cleaners before using their services and now over 4 years after using their services, I have yet to lose another article of clothing due how I was wearing it. I also took the damaged garmets to another cleaner who confirmed my suspicions that the articles were damaged by the clearner (they actually laughed when I told them the explanation that Cleaner Concepts provided). Simple logic will tell you that there was an issue with their services. Customer service is not their strong suit, I see some of the other reviews confirm this same reality. No reimbursement or replacements were provided as a result of the damage that was done. However, I do agree that their pricing is extremely competitive. read more
