I had the very bad luck of having them rip the collar of a brand new shirt and messing up the sleeve of my nicest suit on the same order. I understand things happen but they were defensive about it, but offered to fix them. They returned them with no evidence of even making an effort to repair the damage but the garments were now all wrinkled as well. They are completely unwearable. This was handled very poorly, I'm switching cleaners.

I was lucky enough to know about the Washing Well already, so I hauled my clothes across town to check it out. I was definitely pleased with my experience. In addition to being newer and cleaner than the laundromats from my college days, the prices are also very reasonable. I do appreciate that they always have an attendant on duty to help, since I couldn't figure out the machines on my own at first. The space is a little small, but the days I went were pretty warm so I hung out in the outdoor garden area while my laundry finished up. Overall, I would totally go back if I were in need of a laundromat again!

The washers and dryers were adequately working. They have washer and dryer sizes to accommodate all laundry loads. I washed 4 loads including 2 covers and a large comforter for approximately $25. Unfortunately, the staff was not very attentive or professional on Sunday, May 17th. I had a few questions and he was outside on his cell having a conversation with someone on speaker phone. I asked a question and he rudely told me to "wait a minute". Finally, he showed me how to pay for a card to use in the equipment. There were also a few minor leaks from the shafts going across the ceiling. They were leaking into small containers catching the water dripping. That looked as if it needed to be repaired immediately. All in in all, I would give it a 7 out of 10. The music was great! The oldies station plays while you wait. They also have refreshments for purchase. I would return. Hopefully, the minor inconveniences will be addressed/repaired prior to my return.

I was originally told I'd get my sweater back the same day, but instead I ended up making nine separate trips to the store between 10/25/25 and 11/12/25 just trying to get updates. The employees were unhelpful and gave me a different excuse every single time. The most unbelievable one: I was told my sweater wasn't ready because they were "waiting on a part that was on the UPS plane that recently crashed in Louisville." Not only was that impossible--they had already had my sweater for over a week at that point--but using a tragic accident as an excuse was incredibly disrespectful and completely unacceptable. No one at the store ever answered the phone despite multiple calls, and I was never able to speak with a manager. The very last time I went in--when they finally handed me my ruined sweater--the employee told me there was "no way" for them to even know whether they could issue a refund. Another lie. That's when I asked for the owner's information and emailed him directly (Josh Pinkey), but he never responded either. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--go literally anywhere else for dry cleaning.
