I cannot thank The absolutely better cleaning crew! They were extremely nice and professional and helped me put stuff aside. They left the home spotless on a rainy day and cleaned regardless of the circumstances. I am so grateful for them and will never forget them working around the issue. Their prices were reasonable and they were flexible. For this many reasons I'm giving them 5 out of 5!

Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? Probably won't pursue anything further here.

I would highly recommend them if you're in the market!

Moving right along....Had occasion to use Cleaning Mavericks to do a moveout cleaning on my rental property, to prepare for an incoming tenant. I called shortly after they opened for the day, and got a VM requesting a message be left, and the call would be returned within an hour. Since I was pressing to get this done at the last minute, I was clock watching, and called a little after an hour had passed, leaving another message. Yes, impatient I know...but I was kind of in a bind. I received a call back from one of the office personnel (later found that she was one of the owners), to give my info & schedule. She told me that they had a cleaning in Dallas, but could fit me in immediately afterwards, for 2 man hours of cleaning. Fast forward to their visit....great service! Kurt (the other owner), and one of his staff came in & got right to work, after identifying what I wanted done. I only wanted a light cleaning done, since the house was pretty empty, but wished afterwards that I'd gone with the 4 hour service, because I underestimated the amount of cleaning needed. Will be calling Kurt back to do another moveout clean after these tenants leave, and will recommend them via Yelp & word of mouth to anyone who'll listen. The work's great, the prices are dirt cheap compared to other cleaning services, and the team doing the work is genuinely friendly....what's not to like.

After pricing the markets for a day or two and realizing that I'm seriously about to pay out the ass for a cleaning, I happened upon a coupon from Living Social. $64 for 4 man hours of cleaning (less than half of what others were going for). Time to shine! I had the good fortune of having the two owners come to service me. They were on time, super friendly, efficient, and most importantly, they cleaned underneath my bathroom vanity that had become the bain of my existence. Finally, I can walk in there without wanting to throw up. THANK YOU GUYS! WIll definitely use you again when my "pets" get outta control.

I found Finest Cleaning Service online and first they had an impressive website that clearly lists out exactly the services (with price) available. Then I was able to book an appointment on their website directly. Almost immediately, someone reached out to confirm the appointment time. I had to leave some instructions about our appointment and they were able to coordinate it all with me with professionalism, courtesy, respect and so so on time. The level of communication offered was just out of the world first class! I was also very impressed with the service received. My home was very well taken care of and the clean comprehensive. they didn't cut corners when doing the move in clean. They noticed a few dings around the house and were kind enough to take pictures and send them to me so i was aware that they existed (and that the cleaning crew didn't cause it). I wasn't charged until AFTER the cleaning crew had completed the service and left. The owner is super considerate and after I had moved in, even texted me to check in on me and make sure that I was moved in alright. Once I get more of these boxes out of the way, I will definitely have them back to do a clean again. Great people, great service. If you need a cleaning crew you can trust to take care of your home/ office/ whatever space you need cleaned--look no further, give the Finest Cleaning Services crew a call--or easier yet, get on their website and schedule your clean. Best advice I received when I was younger--you don't have to do everything. Sometimes, it's more cost effective and efficient to outsource the things you don't have time or don't want to do. This is definitely a good partner to outsource to.

I used Finest Cleaning Service for the move-out cleaning on my home that I was selling. I'd…read morealready left the state by the time they came, so I had to coordinate remotely and have my realtor be the 'enforcer' to make sure everything was done well, but I did get pictures. I guess I will start with the negatives. They are not a bargain brand by any stretch of the imagination. ( I didn't choose them based on price, and frankly they were the highest bid that I got. However, I chose them because they could do steam cleaning service as well as the regular cleaning, no one else could do that, plus they are licensed, bonded, insured which was required for my realtor to leave a combo lock for the cleaners to use. ) The main other negative was that they forgot to clean the oven on the first pass, my realtor noticed and the team came back the next morning to catch that miss. On the neutrals side - it turns out that if you have cats that barf under your bed for several years, you can't "just" have a steam cleaning; they have to do some kind of neutralization treatment first to avoid stinking up your house when they steam clean. Which costs a couple hundred extra dollars. Eek. Honestly, I have no idea whether cat barf really requires this, or only cat pee would, or whether it's all fiction - but in the situation I was in, I didn't really have much choice or time to research this myself.. I had to just authorize the extra charges. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is actually the right thing to do, but I recommend that you do your own research first if you're in a similar situation with bulimic cats and a bed too big to get under on your own. Now, onto the good things. They are EXCELLENT with respect to communication. Caio is extremely responsive, clear, and detail oriented. Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy, they have a well-built portal you can book through. They are flexible as far as payment methods, there is a surcharge for credit card, but being able to accept them is a big plus as I didn't want to leave a check when I was no longer in the state. Aside from the minor hiccups described above, they did a great job cleaning the house. When the job was done it was spic and span based on the pics and my realtor's checkup. They are very professional and reliable. So all in all, I do absolutely recommend them if you're someone who wants a hassle-free experience and is willing to pay bit extra to get it.
