Cliff explained everything, showed us the product we was going to use, and it was clearly as good as or better than the competitors. His pricing was much better than the "big box" stores. The gutters on one of my rental properties has been needing repair work for some time. Between a contractor that ran his truck into one of the downspouts and the constant clogging of the open air gutters that have accumulated so much debris that long branches of plant growth had taken form in many parts of the roofline gutters. I was in a bit of a bind in trying to secure good quality work in short order, knowing that there would be upcoming rain, pests that take advantage of clogged drainage, and someone that was well versed and expedient in the trade. That said, I came across "Brothers Gutters" based on the one review on Yelp. Which is a shame given all that I mentioned above. When I gave a call, they answered right away and visited the property to assess what was needed and give me a quote for materials and labor. It is a rental property, and unlike many landlords, if you view and treat your properties as though they were your own personal home, you will find golden tenants to live within them.
