White chalky residue was splashed onto areas under the front hood and other areas (not cleaned up). Engined was cleaned and detailed prior to my appointment by myself, yet I was charged for it when obviously not needed? Overall: *Exterior was cleaned. *Interior detail was exemplary. *Engine detail was not needed and the engine compartment had residue from polishing compound splashes. *Windows cleaned. *Trunk not vacuumed/detailed. *Wheels not cleaned on the backside. *Tire shine applied. *Water would not bead on the exterior (a desired and expected effect when waxed).
