Their website lists exterior-only wash for $13. When you pull up they start spraying the car and preparing it for the wash and then tell you the cheapest option is $21. By then it's too late to leave. It's a substandard car wash, no one dries the car and it came out with lots of dirt remaining on the surface of the vehicle. Never coming back. read more

The car in front of me didn't exit at the end of the car wash and the conveyer pulled my car into the rear of the car in front. I honked my horn repeatedly, but the car didn't move and the conveyor didn't stop. I ended up putting my car in drive and pushing the car in front of me out because the pickup truck behind me was about to hit me. Worst car wash ever! I've tolerated my car not getting clean here for years. Yesterday morning was the last straw. $20 for basic wash and my car is so dirty after wash. I show up at 8.00 am yesterday the guy showed up at 8.15 am no aplology. Tried to ask him a quick question nope he was stressed from being late and just wanted to get started. The vacuams are horrible. They do not pick up the garbage at the bay where the vacuams are set. All kinds of crap on the ground broken pencils plastic containers there are garbage buckets set up people too lazy to put in trash can. The staff should sweep and WASH the vacuam area at the end of the night. They do not open on time. My car does look clean after wash it really depends on who is working. I prefer to wash my own car this way I get the job done my squeaky clean. The staff really needs to pick up there garbage THAT IS A MUST! I hope they read my review and jump into action read more

Been here once. You come in and out within 5 min. tops (even faster if you have the membership). Everything is automated. You only interact with a human at the start to pay. A bit pricey ($16) for a single wash but I'm not sure if that's competitive for the rates within the area. Car comes out swanky clean and a seamless experience. Sales man tried to push the monthly membership but that's their job. Will definitely return. Recommend the booklet of a couple of washes if you are a regular customer (you will save $4). read more

I had the worst and humiliating experience at the Triphammer location. The attendant was screaming and yelling at me. He made me back out and told me to come back another day and try it again! He was horrible. I have a new car and it has an auto hold feature that would not disengage. He got pissed. I put it back in gear to see if I could clear it. Rude older employee. 12/14/22 at about 9:05 AM. I stopped at the stop-sign just before entering the car wash. A younger employee directs me to move forward and begins spraying the car as usual. At the same time, the older employee loses his mind on me. He was yelling at my car and pointing at the stop-sign as if I ignored it. The younger employee appeared to tell him that he was incorrect and then this crazy man just walks away into the facility rather than apologizing. Took my BRAND NEW car in for a wash and left with these huge scrapes. There is no way this happened before or after the wash as the car has 360 degree cameras and proximity sensors. They absolutely refused to take responsibility (despite having a "we take full responsibility of your vehicle" sign) and the manager has the audacity to say "there is 100% no way this happened here." Quick car wash. Soap is plain white and detracts from the experience. The rain-x never seems to stay on and isn't worth the extra few dollars. The wash doesn't really clean out around the tires or get sap off the car, but gives a good basic wash. Usually it beeps at the end and stops my car mid-dry and makes me nervous, but it gets cleared and i get out unscathed. They were very efficient on the nice day in winter when i expected a long line, but they had a man taking money and marking cars in line before we got to the wash part so there was no stopping or delays. read more

I have had their subscription to their car wash now for almost 6 months and has kept my car pretty clean at their northern site. The basic car wash does the job pretty well and ensures during the cold months that your car is clean of salt. However, I would recommend anyone to be careful when going through car washes because sometimes the water pressure can tear very loose parts off cars. I haven't had it personally but have seen it happen there. Overall, the place is a good car wash and is worth the money for the long term care of your car/truck. read more

I drove my Forester through the $10 car wash in March and was disappointed that, afterwards, I still had some road salt and dirt on the sides. While sitting inside, it looked like the car was being cleaned (lots of soapy water and brushes), but in fact, it was not a good job. Then I spent $5 for the vacuums....another disappointment. The suction was poor and a lot of the dirt was not picked up. Will have to do it again at home. :( read more

Suzanne at the Elmira Road location was rude, unprofessional and a little ridiculous. I informed an employee that my last time there the wash had chipped my paint and Suzanne went on to explain how she's worked there 7 years and it couldn't have happened there. I had Vaseline on the scratch. Maybe a teaspoon and she refused to let my car go through because I wouldn't let her wipe the Vaseline off with a paper towel so she could scratch it further. Won't be going there again. You shouldn't either. Never knew you're car could be TOO dirty for the wash. Even though she claimed the Vaseline would mess up her brushes. Terrible. 7 years ? Very bad experience at the triphammer location. Misunderstood the instructions and got blasted by 2 employees at the same time. Extremely rude, impatient, expensive ($16 for a single car wash) and my car left dirty. I went there once for a basic clean and the guy at the register was REALLY pushy about getting the monthly service. I said no 5 times or so and he just kept pushing it and, being an anxious person, who doesn't do well under pressure, I ended up giving in. As soon as he had my credit card he was rude to me. SUPER friendly when trying to sell me. Since then I've been three times and every time the employees are really rude. They wave at me to hurry up and then yell STOP and glare at me like I'm an idiot. The last time I was there, after one employee hosed off my car and windshield, I couldn't see because of all the water so I turned on my wipers so I could see where I was going and then I got yelled at to turn my wipers off. Quite aggressively I might add. The employee then yelled something else at me that I couldn't hear, I rolled down my window and said "What was that?" and he just looked the other direction and walked away. I know I'm an anxious person and all, but these people are rude and aggressive and I will not be going back. I'm nervous now to cancel my membership after reading these other reports! My car and I have been to this Squeaky Clean, as well as the one on Elmira Road in the City of Ithaca. The staff runs hot and cold at both locations. I realize that the owner is likely paying minimum wage, but sometimes the staff just isn't too excited about getting the cars clean. I often emerge from this semi-manual but mostly-automated joint with a mostly-clean but often not completely clean car. The area provided to self-clean auto interiors is nice, and this is the best (close to only) car was around. Still, I wish they did a better job on the car, and that the quality control was better. read more

When a business has two stars I should have heeded the warnings! Took my brand car with under 200 miles on it through the Triphammer location. What a waste of time and money. Car came out dirtier than it went in. After getting home I noticed something all over the front of it,tar? grease?someone else's road grime? No, this is not going to be as good as any hand wash. But if you value your vehicle in the dead of winter and want to get the destructive salt off, especially from the undercarriage, without freezing your hands off and getting soaked, it's a good deal. I bought the monthly, and visited at least 8-10 times a month. That makes it about $4-$5 a wash. Totally worth it to get the salt off. I'll be back to hand washing now that it's warming up. But, don't spend for the extras. Those liquid spray-on "waxes" don't add anything. read more

I wash my car here, or at the Elmira road location every time I drive in that direction. The subscription service is how I've kept rust off my car for five years now. So that's what I go there for, and that's what I get. So it's OK in my book. My only complaint is that sometimes, if a much bigger car goes through before my little coupe, then the machines frequently don't reset for smaller cars and I don't get much of a scrub. I don't mind though, usually, since the underside is always rinsed down and there's always another wash tomorrow. read more

What a horrible car wash. Every time I go through I get the dirt from the previous car all over my car. Everytime! Today I decided to say something. We have the monthly subscription for 3 of our cars that's 105$ a month and we have had it since they started the program. Originally when it was lower cost. So when my car came out of the car wash today I realized I forgot to get the wheel shine and the wax. I got out looked at my car and it was filthy. I drove around and got back in line and this rude guy came up to my car I politely asked if I could go thru again to get the wheel shine and wax plus I felt it did not come clean the first time. I have to PAY 8$ for the wax and wheel shine plus I ALWAYS leave a tip! So not only are we paying monthly we pay tips each time on 3 cars. We take each car a maximum of once a week even bough we could go more. So the guy said "Nope, only once a day that your allowed to go through." I said, "Seriously!?!" He said "yup!" Then I asked the mustached manager. Same answer! I said even for regular life long customers and for a car that did not come clean?!" He said " nope can't do it!" So there you go that's my review. We are going to cancel our memberships now and just go to the car wash downtown where you wash them yourself. And I'm ok with that. Not a bad deal for the monthly plan. Don't have to worry when it might rain as of you can just come back the next day. The only problem I have is the drive through wash is extremely harsh on the clear coat. I have found numerous scratches when I self wash and the scratches glisten when the sun hits it right. I have been to others that do even better but are so gentle. First is there is a spinning roll the goes over the top of your vehicle and it just smacks the crap out of the car, second is the sides, third is a series of micro fiber pieces that goes over your car and can scratch the clear coat with a nice signature circular pattern if there is a piece of debris stuck in them. I do not recommend of you are worried it might scratch your vehicle, because it will. read more

I have the "all you can use" monthly car wash. Even though it is for a Rainex Complete, often when I go through they don't bother to pre-scrub it and the car comes out the other end dirty. When I go back around and tell them it needs to be done properly, they won't let me go back through. When they are really busy, they just don't care about the quality of the job they do. Granted, working in a car wash in cold weather has to be the pits, but they need to pull up their socks and teach their staff a few basics of customer service. read more

I emailed the given address for canceling: squeakyunlimited@gmail.com, and within ONE HOUR I received confirmation: "As you requested, your unlimited car wash membership has been cancelled. You are still entitled to wash your vehicle once per day as often as you like until September 22, 2018 and you will not be billed for any further renewals. This is the worst car wash I have ever used. This car wash damaged my vehicle when the track malfunctioned and my vehicle ran into the side of the equipment. I stopped in the car wash and was honking my horn to get assistance. The car behind me then hit the back of my vehicle. I finally got out of my vehicle and looked for the kids working. No where to be found. I hit the emergency shut off button to stop the car wash. I called and left messages for the manager to call. He finally called 4 days later and left a message, "Nothing we can do it was your fault." He determined this without even speaking to me. Do not use this car wash.
