White chalky residue was splashed onto areas under the front hood and other areas (not cleaned up). Engined was cleaned and detailed prior to my appointment by myself, yet I was charged for it when obviously not needed? Overall: *Exterior was cleaned. *Interior detail was exemplary. *Engine detail was not needed and the engine compartment had residue from polishing compound splashes. *Windows cleaned. *Trunk not vacuumed/detailed. *Wheels not cleaned on the backside. *Tire shine applied. *Water would not bead on the exterior (a desired and expected effect when waxed). I was told that I did not ask/pay to have the paint "sealed" & that pollen on the car can causes that?!? Cost: $900+ Very disappointed.

Good tires and brakes are everything for Ithaca's hills. AAA put the spare tire on. Wilcox patched the tire, put the spare back under the vehicle and put on the Bridgestone Blizzaks Snow tires. They were able to get the tires the next day and get them on the rims and balanced. Total cost was just under $1k, but these are the best tires on the market. Wilcox even gave a 1/2 off tire repair. They put the seasonal tires in the back of the car nicely wrapped in a plastic tire bag and said to come back in Spring to put them back on. Wish they had onsite tire storage, but found a small 5x5 storage locker at Bolt Storage for $20 a month in Newsfield, NY (20 minutes south of Ithaca and 1/2 the price).

I later called again and explained that I took it elsewhere where they told me that the valve stem had been damaged. He asked "why did you take it somewhere else?" then "have a good day sir" and hung up on me. This issue required me to walk one mile to my home late at night in February, another mile up hill the following day, cost for tow, and the cost for an extra repair. Bruce's Pit Stop told me that topping fluids is not included in an oil change, which is unheard of. Terrible shop.

I said yes, thinking the cost would be worth the time it would take me to go buy the bulb and figure out how to install it. The oil change with the bulb replacement was $160. If that wasn't bad enough when I got home I realized the light on the back wasn't even installed properly. I went back to the shop to get it fixed, something that took 30 seconds. This was insane to me. A task that they initially billed .3 hours for to take 30 seconds to redo told me I was being exorbitantly overcharged. I was able to get a refund on the bulb but I feel as though they thought I wasn't smart and didn't understand I was being scammed. Do not go to Patterson's! I will not be returning and nor should you !!
