I was never told ANY details ~ (like you have to cancel if you don't want a recurring charge) ~ I attempted to call multiple phone #s and I tried every sequence on your voice response system - it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone to get a credit or to CANCEL !!!! Very shady operators !! You can call, but you cannot talk to anyone!!!!
