Rich has been working on cars for 30 years. He doesn't mince words. He is upfront about his prices. He is a good and honest man. The interactions I have had with him have all been positive and I was able to pick my truck up from him at 9pm at night because, frankly, he was still busy at work! Wish I had that kind of work ethic. For the next two years that I am still in Ithaca, I plan on bringing in my wife's car, my truck, and recommending him to all of my friends.
