I pulled in earlier this morning (13AUG21) for a service, only to be greeted by a dick head employee. Apparently it was inconvenient for him to do his job, because he would rather work on his personal vehicle during company time. The car he was working on was maroon in color. I didn't pay attention to the make and model but it was a classic. It looked like he was buffing the exterior, and whatever he was using he forcefully threw into the trunk as I pulled up. He then proceeded to angrily rip the door open. That is not customer service but rather customer disservice. He is a representative of Xpress Auto Care and cost the company money with his unprofessional behavior. I will NEVER return to this place for any service on my vehicle.

From the moment I arrived, Paul welcomed me with a warm smile and treated me with respect. What impressed me even more was how he kept the lines of communication open throughout the repair process, ensuring that I understood what was being done and why. I recommend Paul 100%.
