My company cars always need to look nice out in public. We really get our monies worth from the monthly membership. I've washed cars 2 times a day on occasion. Staff look like they were trained by QuickTrip, always running, smiling, read to serve. Watch tall David at the pay area and you'll see what I mean. Car wash is pretty thorough but misses a lot on back of my Ford Flex. Vacume are plenty powerful even when full. I like thus place, but the entrances and exits are wonky until you learn to enter and exit off Ponderosa Blvd behind Starsucks. read more

Clean Freak - Lots of spraying water - Car Wash Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

Car was barely cleaned and the customer service after was abysmal. The manager has to the IQ of a stool sample and should be fired. Do not bring your car there. I was told to re-wash my car myself and then they would let me run it through again. Also told me they would not refund my money. DO NOT GO THERE! There are many other better options around. read more

I had a great experience here. I felt bad for cheating on ocean blue but I'm a fan of clean freak in my home town. I'm happy to show them a little love too! My drive thru was efficient and had time for the vacuum. Wasn't busy, got right in and out. Now I'm freaky clean ! read more

warning @!!!! 1. this company provides zero customer service to help with billing issues 2. they will respond to this by saying how happy they are to help i should just email support. 3. nobody will respond. they did not respond to the credit card company or beter business bureau and attendents at the carwash couldn't help. 4. they overcharged me by $10. trying to take care of this minor error i spent multiple hours. 5. things just got worse. i will have to close my credit card that i've had for 20 years, as they keep trying to bill for the next month even though i said ":cancel my acct" in the many emails i sent. now everyday i get multiple notices from my credit card that a charge was declined because i deleted that virtual credit card. only way to stop that was to delete the underlying card. my best advice is use a diff carwash just in case you might havbe a billing issue. seperately i recently saw a post of a woman that got her antenna ripped out putting a hile in her car. they did not respond to hetr either. so....you may be better off using a car wash that actually responds to customers. read more

Got sandwiched in between two cars in the car wash! Idk if the machine malfunctioned or if the car infront of me stopped but I was touched on both ends. There was very little space for error due to cars being close together. I filled out a paper with my info and the manager said he would get back to me within 24/48hrs to tell me what went wrong. He never did and I was never told what happened. This was taken place in January and at that time I only had my car for a few months. I was disappointed but very understanding that it wasn't the workers fault to my knowledge. My guess is they brushed it off because I'm a young women and don't hold a membership with them. Definitely not going here again, especially after reading all the reviews about all the damage this car wash has caused to people cars without taking accountability. Yikes! read more

Don't waste your money here!!! They don't spray the front with a cleaning solution like nearly EVERY other car wash in town does. The machine pulls you through the tunnel so fast the brushes and soap hardly make any contact leaving the vehicle just as dirty as it was when I came in. When I asked about going through again they said I could but in order to get the bugs off I'd have to scrub them myself... uh no thank you, in that case I'll simply wash it at home myself. Save yourself the headache and go east about a mile or so that place is awesome and they even offer towels to dry your vehicle. read more

I entered the car wash with NO pre-existing damage to my car (I have included a picture taken the week before I went to the car wash for proof) and left with severe damage, as seen below in the pictures. The General Manager, Matthew Martinez, called me to say that my car entered the car wash with "significant damage" and their car wash was not involved with causing what happened. I went to a local body shop and the owner there took a look at my car and said "let me guess, Clean Freak?" Apparently, he gets at LEAST one car a week with damage from Clean Freak. He straight out told me "They should be paying for this, but they won't. They refuse to take any kind of responsibility." I talked in person today with Matthew Martinez and left crying. I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel as if I had brought in a car that was completely totaled. read more

No my review can't be checked on because the man who clearly saw no dent in the video REFUSED to turn in my claim he stated it would NOT be going any further than him and would not supply me with any more information or anyone else to contact regarding the matter. Will never and would never go to this car wash EVER again. And I happily spread the word about the damage that happen to my BRAND NEW CAR with this car wash and how I was treated by the manager. read more

Clean Freak - The damage - Car Wash Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

This is a good car wash the only thing is the vacuum is free so it's always crowded................

Matthew Martinez, you really do know how to take care of your customers. General manager Matthew was outright rude and disrespectful after his Clean freak location did this to my friend's car. Perfectly good car, got the bumper ripped right off. He had the AUDACITY to tell my friend she needs to take more responsibility for her car's damage and that the damage was already there. We went in and physically watched the machine on video rip the bumper off, yet he refuses to help or take any responsibility for a repair bill over $1,000. Never good when a loyal customer leaves your office crying. Good job Matthew! We'll see you in court. read more

Nice fully automatic car wash for Flag, finally. They had great opening promotions, so I'm currently enjoying my unlimited washes for only $5 for the first 2 months. After that, I think the prices are a little high so I'll only use this place as an occasional treat. read more

Went in bc I had a coupon and everyone was so nice and in a great mood. The service was nice a quick as well.

I was so excited when this place first opened up several years ago, but sadly every wash I get here is just one disappointment after another. Their automatic car wash does not wash your car at all! Unless you get out of your car and use the brushes and buckets of soap they have to clean off the bugs and mud off your wheels, this car wash does not do that! If you're washing the car yourself, you might as well go to a self serve car wash for a lot less! Their vacuums are not very powerful either and their employees are not very helpful. I am definitely done with Clean Freak! read more

I signed up for the monthly membership as soon as they came to town. Lately it doesn't matter what time of day you're going to have a 20 min wait. Often times for nothing. Today three cars sat at the gates and none opened for 5 mins, the attendant gets tied up with one person and now the line is backed up to Culver's. The convenience is gone read more

Rude staff. I use automated car washes often, on most of my vehicles. I have never had an issue asking that the car/truck run through a second time as the first wasn't satisfactory. Well, this is the first time I was given attitude and witnessed the staff talking s#*t about myself for doing so. Unbelievable! read more

Great experience, but it took down a piece of the our truck and now we gotta get another piece of that

Come on.. you guys need to fix your hours and stop playing people... yelp says you close at 6:30pm, Google says 7:30pm, and the unhelpful attendant at the office very uncomfortably telling me I just missed it by a minute because they close at 7pm.. All Bad - my daughter was sad and says she hates the man working at the car wash - he should have just let me go in with my fast pass or offer a discount/free car wash. DO NOT GO HERE! The employees broke my bike rack trying to take it off without asking me first. I was unable to stop them either as they were not listening to me. Management needs to have signage well before the line that employees will go at your car with power tools without even asking you. I have been to numerous other car washes before and have never had this experience with the bike rack (it is small and close to car) has never been broken before until humans did before even going in. Car came out dirty, chipped and scratched. DO NOT GO HERE read more

I had several scuffs and one scratch on my new vehicle that unfortunately came from the car wash. They were not there before the wash and were there after the wash! As much as I admire the customer service at CleanFreak I do not want my vehicle scratched or scuffed (by the car wash). One conversation later they buffed the scuffs and scratches out and there is NOW no evidence of any paint damage or scratches or scuffs. My vehicle again looks brand new... Thank you Clean Freak Car Was for your excellent customer service and for taking care of me and my vehicle. Five stars to Clean Freak Car Wash. read more

Employee service here is exceptional. The facility is nice and new. That being said... The parking lot flow seems very poorly thought out compared to other Clean Freaks. On a busy day you may have to come or go via the dirt road to Starbucks... And if you utilize the pre scrub station and there is a line for the car wash, good luck squeaking your way back into line. read more

This place is garbage. The wash is ok, the vacuums are unusable. What makes it bad is the price, at least double what you'd typically find anywhere else for a subpar wash. Not to mention their poor reputation for damaging cars and refusing responsibility. Hopefully things will get better with the new one coming to town. read more

I was completely disappointed after getting the $15 wash. There are still dead bugs on my windshield and front bumper/grill. I'll be going elsewhere in the future Nd would not recommend this place. Clean freak has a reasonably priced unlimited wash monthly pass, which I have used for a while, and really like. It's an automatic car wash, has fun colored lights which makes driving through the car wash fun for my son. They also have a self bug washing station w brushes to pre was bug guts and bird poop off the front of my car. I will also usually pre-wash my license plate area on the back of the car because the automatic brushes in the car wash typically miss a few spots. There are vacuums available for self use on the interior of the car, and I wish they were just a bit more powerful, but for what it's with it's a good deal. Usually they have the first month discounted around holidays if that is when you choose to sign up. read more

Great employees, vacuums, and tunnel experience. You can go through as many times as it takes to get your car clean and there is also a station you can pull up to to scrub yourself if you have a lot of gunk. Everything is always really clean and it is easy to get help as the associates always hussle to you if needed. Thank you guys! Also the monthly membership PAYS FOR ITSELF. Very worth it! read more

The "welcome" to the car wash by the young man taking my money was great, BUT the actual product I paid for was terrible. The $12 plan to have the extra tire treatment, etc didn't even seem like water touched the wheels. The drying at the end wasn't adequate so water spots were left upon air drying. I'll be finding a different car wash. read more

NO STARS!!!!! went into this place with my 04 yukon just to get it a bit spiffy she's not 100% cosmetically perfect but i know for a fact a 2ft long dent in my driver fender doesn't magically appear and when i tried having a civil conversation with the guy who said he was the manager he blew me off, told me and i quote "shit happens and you're shit outta luck"furthermore i should have read the reviews and checked more into this place as they take no responsibility for the damages caused due to their faulty equipment and as for the basic reply from the service reps or whatever dont even bother its literally the same reply to everyone lacking any sort of real interaction or care for your customers if people's vehicles keep getting damaged and your employees refuse to do there jobs properly and professionally there is obviously an issue with your so called process and procedures never coming back here again and will gladly shut down anyone who asks me about this horrible establishment and experience read more

Car wash damage to car. I used the Clean Freak car wash on Rte 66 yesterday (1/3/2020). After going through the car wash looked over my car and there are numerous and deep scratches from the front to the rear bumper. Filled out incident report and just received a call from Manager,55 Steve M that they wouldn't pay for the damage. I went to several body repair shops and they said oh you must have gone through clean freak car wash, we get lots of business from them. Just a warning to the damage and the lack of responsibility of the management there." My car is only 1 year old. Very upsetting. read more

Ran thru for the $12 car wash in our Jeep Wrangler that was covered in dust. Came thru the other side with streaks of washing. We ran thru again since it basically thru water on us. Came out and still have dust streaks. My toddler grandchild could do better. They need to adjust their rollers to adapt to all vehicles. If I could give them zero stars I would! Caution to those who may read this, Clean Freak car wash will damage the crap out of your car and then try to get out of it saying that it was already there. My car is well-maintained I bought it with barely any scratches on it. Now 50% of my hood is scratched and ruined, and they claim they can see it already there in the video when you can clearly see that it's just a glistening not a huge white mark like I have posted.
