I got the bumper pulled away from the tire enough to limp it into Flagstaff the night before the trip. The first two places I brought it to wouldn't even consider fixing a 25 year old truck, even though these first gen Tacomas are worth quite a bit. Eric and his team not only agreed to fix it for a fair price, they had it finished for me by the time I got off the river two weeks later! It looks even better than it did before I hit the deer.

Christopher and Cassie did an amazing job on the mobile detail at my house! It is tough to do a mobile detail off of a dirt road, but they did an amazing job! I can't believe all the TLC and attention they put into my vehicle! They worked for about five hours, and when I let them know that there were some streaks on the windshield and back window when the sun hits, they came out the next day and spent about another hour on the windows! Talk about satisfaction guaranteed! Very responsive, and attentive with all of my questions! Well worth the price charged, and I will definitely use them again! In fact, I'm going to go on a quarterly plan with them to keep my baby clean! I definitely recommend Woods Custom Detail! Have Christopher and Cassie come out and give your vehicle some TLC!

Extremely Unprofessional…read more Very disappointing and disrespectful experience, especially considering this is the owner. We had been communicating about the RV, and he knew I was driving two hours to purchase it with cash in hand. As I was pulling up, he told me he had sold it to someone else. When I confronted him about how disrespectful and unprofessional this was, he became aggressive, rude, and dismissive. There was no accountability and absolutely no consideration for my time or the commitment we had discussed. For the owner of a business to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. His word meant nothing, his communication was extremely poor, and I would never do business with someone who conducts business this way.

My fault for not paying more attention, but the girl definitely overfilled our small tank. As we drove down the road we heard popping noises and decided to pull over after smelling some propane. We gave Nolan a call, he reassured us everything was okay & it was likely trying to relieve itself after being overfilled. Although he was up near the Grand Canyon & no longer has a shop in Williams, Nolan still showed up and checked everything out for us for our peace of mind (especially for our fur babies).
