I have their monthly plan on our vehicles. It's a nice facility and does a good job cleaning. Free vacuums and a truck bed cleanout as well. Only issue is they did a terrible job with the drainage. Everything stays wet so you throw dirty water all over your vehicle when you leave. I assume a big part of it is the construction next to them, guess we will see. read more

This is a very professionally run organization. Recently, I had a concern and addressed it with the manager, Steven. He went out of his way to search for solutions that weren't readily available. He promised a call back to me within 48 hours - and within 12 hours he called me with good news. Another time a part from the front of my car went missing (a small plug for a hole). I saw it after I had left. Returning, the worker searched until he found this very small item. He was all smiles and happy to help. I participated in a promotion to get free car washes for a month. They failed to inform me that it would charge my card at the beginning of the next month. After being on the phone with them they even pointed out sometimes the email that they send (informing that they will charge my card) gets sent to spam. They refused to refund me the charge. After finding the email in spam it said I would be charged $24 but I was charged $26... that doesn't add up? Then.. I went to cancel my membership to avoid future (non refundable) charges and AFTER I submitted my request it informed me that all cancelations must be done 7 days in advance to the 1st of the month. Either way they set you up for failure and don't refund you for their lack of communication. read more

Free vacuum. Yes,you read that right. Cosmic light show with the wash, which made me laugh out loud. The washing uses brushes, which some reviews said were hard on their cars. My car did fine with it. If you want a touchless wash there is one on the corner of Cedar and West. But it doesn't have a FREE vacuum. read more

I use Clean Freak for my personal and company vehicles. With the monthly subscription, I definitely get my moneys worth! The bug washing station has been very helpful at loosening up the caked on bugs and such before entering the tunnel. It's quick and easy, so you can either just drive right through the wash if you're in a hurry, or stop and detail the inside too. My favorite part has to be the air gun at the vacuum area that allows you to blow dust out of the "hard to reach" areas. read more

I just went through this carwash the other day. Used my card for a $5.00 wash and for 3 items out of the vending machine. When I saw my bank statement, the $5.00 charge was there, as well as the 3 $1.00 charges, however there was also another $7.00 charge for I don't know what, and then an extra $1.00 charge. The charges were all charged on 3 different days. Wtf? So I got charged an extra $8.00 which is not worth my time to try to get back, I just will not use this carwash ever again. read more

Not as good as when they first open! I had my brother take his truck to get it washed on 1-7-20 and when we where going through the wash the truck was forced off to the right and the the car behind us hit us. We where then told after they stopped the their machine to pull out and pull over to the left side where the "Site General Manager" Stephen Montano told us that he would have to review the video and get back to us in 24 hours. The next day we got a call back with him telling us some Cock & Bull story saying that the problem was not their equipment but that there was a problem with the front end alignment of the truck. We then asked to see the video we where told that was not going to happen and also told him that there was nothing wrong with the front end alignment as the truck not only has almost new Michelin Defender Tires but also new Struts & Shocks and if perfect order. I then turned it over to our Insurance Company AAA and shortly after was contacted by the owner of the car that hit us as "Clean Freak" told him that we where responsible and he would have to go after us. Let me tell you this we have like a dozen vehicles that I used to bring to "Clean Freak" and after how this was handled will never go there again and would warn anybody else thinking of going their that it would be in their best interest to not, also after paying for there best wash the truck was still not clean when we left! read more

I have had an unlimited pass for over a year now and have had nothing but good experiences here. I recently needed a new windshield which meant my unlimited sticker was gone. One of the employees was very helpful and got me a new one in a few minutes. The was always does a pretty good job plus free vacuums. My only complaint is the air to get water and dust off the car doesn't work about once or twice a month when I go. I go to the locations in Phoenix and this one is the best in my opinion. read more

This place is trying to scam people. They just opened a new center in Flagstaff, and are offering a promotion pass - $5 for unlimited car washes through the end of October 2017. This seemed like a great deal, so I purchased it from their sales person. I handed the sales guy my credit card, he swiped it, handed the card back to me, and entered my email address. I saw paperwork, gave no signature, and interacted with no electronic system. The next day I received an email that I had been enrolled in auto-billing, and would be charged $16/month starting November 1. For individuals who don't monitor their email closely, or didn't enter an email address at all, they would have no idea. No mention was ever made of auto-billing, auto-renew, monthly charges, or anything comparable during my initial visit. I also received no paperwork or receipt during the purchase where it was mentioned. When I went back to complain, the (different) gentleman apologized, but refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or mistakes on their part. I am writing this review to warn others, and maybe encourage these folks to change their sign-up process. I will also be sending this to the state Attorney General, I suspect there are a great many people being charged without realizing it. My issue is resolved, they do make it easy to cancel the auto-renew. But signing people up for auto-renew without any paperwork, signature, or even telling them is a deceptive business practice. read more

Great price for basic monthly plan, allow an option to ad a vehicle for $10 more. Boyfriend is adamant about keeping vehicles clean, he clean each almost once per day. We definitely get our monies worth. Love the free vacuums and the employee who helped me was extremely friendly which is always a plus. However, after running my car through the basic $7 wash I got home and noticed that it wasn't really clean. Still some bugs on the front which I know are tough so the thing that was worse was that on the back and sides there was still dust. A basic wash should not leave my car still dusty. read more

Great that Flagstaff now has a state of the art carwash. They have a very enticing promotion with 50% off your first month including up to twice a day washing for one car. This will come in very handy during Monsoon season. The price is competitive with similar carwash facilities in Phoenix. Many vacuums and cleaning rags are available for final detailing. Very frustrated with this company. Went to the car wash being told with one charge you get to wash your vehicle multiple times all month. What they do not explain is that once they have your credit card they continue to charge $16 each month. There was no agreement signed and no verbal explanation that once you used this car wash you were committed to a longer term "agreement". They say yo can cancel the monthly "agreement" from their website. Guess What? The option to cancel is temporarily not working. This is a scam. read more

The best automatic car wash in Flagstaff in terms of convenience, amenities, and effectiveness. Friendly manager and helpful employees. No touchless carwash gets every speck of dirt off, but this one does better than any other I've used in Flagstaff or Phoenix. This used to be my favorite car wash, but not anymore. One of the workers there made my husband, who is Native, pull out of the car wash after we had paid for it and prewash it. He was very rude to my husband. We explained that we already paid for it but he said it would be fine and to go through the wash when we were done. When we tried to go through the wash, another worker stopped us and said we had to back up and pay again. I'm not pleased whatsoever! We had to waste our money TWICE! This was NOT professional nor did it give any semblance of customer service. What the hell is wrong with these racist workers to treat my husband differently when I'm with him?! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Place looks all fancy and what not but the services provided are garbage. I have been twice. First time, the wash was horrible, barely got my vehicle clean. Gave it a second chance and they still suck. I paid a little extra to see if it would improve the quality of the car wash but it didnt. There were several spots missed on my vehicle and it didnt even touch the back of it. Not only has this car wash failed to deliver a decent wash, it also severely scratched my wife's vehicle. Folks, if you go here, document your vehicle with photos or video before you utilize their services, hopefully that will help you fight these car scratching thieves. read more

Was a first timer for this company. Took my 2018 Dodge Charger to get wash. Came back out with tons of scratches on my car. The GM said it's not there fault, it's my fault. Basically told me they can't do nothing about it. I will figure a way to pay for the damages. Because my car is brand new! read more

5 min. out of the wash i noticed an odor of soap or something. Kept my windows open all afternoon. Then when the sun shone on the rear window it had a film of dirty wash water. Stopped at a gas station to squeege it clean. This is not what i expect from a car wash. read more
