The pump was also a bit slow. Shell prices that day: Regular = $3.30 Plus = $3.60 V-POWER Nitro = $3.90 After pumping fuel and cleaning up, I re-parked my Jeep where my dog and I could share a quick lunch from a local restaurant nearby. This car wash put tons of huge scratches all over my car from the big spinning brushes - they must have had debris trapped in them. I reported the problem to management within 48 hours of it happening and they (Caleb and Dean) refused to take responsibility. They just kept saying "it didn't happen here" - Right, like I got symmetrical scratches on both sides of the vehicle in the same travel pattern as your brushes from someplace else even though I haven't driven this vehicle anywhere else in that time. I asked to see the camera footage from when my car went through but they refused - so they say their equipment didn't do it but are too afraid to prove it. Sadly, I could tell by talking to them that this is a common conversation that they have with customers, they even said that they have to tell people this all the time and "good luck proving it in a court of law." Just from talking to friends, I've already found 3 other people whose vehicles were scratched at this car wash! The problem is there is not always an attendant at the start of the wash so really muddy/dirty vehicles are able to go through and the dirt then gets stuck on the rollers/brushes and scratches up the following cars that are unfortunate to come along after. I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection & Advocacy Section) and would encourage others who have had their cars damaged here to do the same as well as leave reviews all over. I stopped here with my husband and this short guy with spiked hair was rude to me beyond words. Not only did he make me feel uncomfortable in my own skin but I watched as he treated other people that looked like him better than me. It's 2025 we shouldn't be treating people like this. This is the worst place to do any business with. I've called the Flagstaff one stop car wash several times and no one has returned my phone calls to address an issue whereby they took money out of my credit card and now will not return my phone calls to get this taken care of. I don't understand what's so hard about calling them yesterday and submitting my comments to them online whereby they responded saying they will get back to me but nobody has called me back. On August 6th my son and daughter stopped at this location to buy a few things in the store. When they went to leave the vehicle they were driving (which was mine) snapped the lower ball joint and drive axle while backing out of the parking space. This left the vehicle half in the parking space and half out however, the vehicle at that point was completely inoperable. The front suspension was literally sitting on the pavement with the wheel completely flipped up into the fender. My son contacted me immediately for help. Since my kids were driving my car I had no immediate way of getting there so I called my girlfriend to come and get me to take me there. I also called a few of the wrecker services but due to accidents on highway 40 the wrecker companies were telling me they couldn't get there for another 2 to 3 hours. Despite these facts the manager at this Shell location named Dean decided none of this was good enough. Dean decided to stand at the window of the vehicle and berate my kids relentlessly even though my son told Dean several times that I was on the way. We have the entire episode on video. Customers were walking by telling Dean to relax and lay off but Dean couldn't resist proceeding to be a jerk and insisting the vehicle be moved immediately. Dean didn't even offer to help. When I arrived a while later I walked up to Dean and asked him what was the problem? Dean's immediate response was "for that I'm calling the police". I told him to go ahead. I brought a car jack with me so i could lift the front end and my kids and I pushed the vehicle fully into the parking space so we could wait for the wrecker. A Flagstaff police officer showed up in the mean time and got all the information and had us proceed as we were already doing. A wrecker finally showed up and towed my vehicle home. As an added update the ball joints on this vehicle were all replaced a little over a year ago. A front end alignment was also performed about 2 months ago with no problems noted. This manager, Dean, made a huge scene despite customers walking by telling him to calm down. Dean is completely incompetent at being a manager and the Shell Corporation should be embarrassed to hire people like this. Myself and no one I know will ever do business at this location again. Best car wash and absolute life savers. Car got caked and splashed with mud, staff were nice enough to put us through the machine a bit slower than the usual. Car went in and came out completely clean minus the wheel wells (as expected), we'll have to take a hose or something to take car of that but couldn't believe that all the exterior mud managed to be washed off. I needed to write a review because Brandon and Seth were awesome to work with! I came in to get my truck washed (after not having it washed it a lot longer than I should have) and Seth immediately took notice to that. He proceeded to hose down my truck with a power wash to try to get some of the hardened mud off, and with not much success, he told me after I went through the first time, that I should go through one more time. He then followed my truck through the wash and when he noticed that it still wasn't perfectly clean, he had me go through again, free of charge. They didn't have to do that; especially since it was my own fault for not cleaning my truck as often as it needs to be clean. Self service bay is made for smart cars and they close the garage door on one side and they won't let you open it. If you're washing anything bigger than a bicycle then you're screwed. Also every fitting on the handle and hose leaks so you also get soaked on top of all of it. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the free vacuum. read more

We called & were told to go online to cancel a service he never signed up for, only for THAT form to say "customer not found". Huh? I would give this business negative stars if it were possible. When we tried a month in February, our card was swiped by an attendant at the pay point and nothing more was said other than a camera would recognize our licence plate and let us in for future visits during the month. And we signed nothing. Same story with a different credit card and car, also in February. Come March, both cards were charged via manual entry by a manager (confirmed by the credit card companies) without any notice to us. In early March, before we knew about the bogus charge, my spouse took one of our cars through the car wash and was charged the regular, high-priced single car was rate. So One Stop wants your money coming and going. This is fraud and I am contacting the Flagstaff Police to file a report after I have a report from one of the credit card companies. read more

Used my card ONCE at this location heading through to Vegas. They continued to charge my credit card monthly. I have many cards and unfortunately prior to this incident , I was not keeping track of charges well enough. From January through November I was charged. I reached out and spoke to the manager. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do but MAYBE refund one of the eleven months. Then lectured me on tracking my finances. I asked if they could provide me with my signature authorizing the charges which he declined. I was told he would reach out to the owner but have received no reply. I stopped in for a wash this morning and it looked like the facility was closed. It was after 8:30a, so I walked into the store and was told it was open and to go on through. I filled up my car first and then drove over. I waited and waited, until eventually, I got out of my car and attempted to find someone. A frustrated looking young man came out holding an i-pad-device, and curtly told me "WE'RE CLOSED!" I informed him the manager told me they were open and I needed a car wash. He said no one charged the i-pad, and he couldn't turn the machines on. He said I'd have to wait for 20 minutes. I said I really needed my car wash now. He raised his voice and said "I'M SORRY! WE ARE HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES, YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT!" I went into the convenience store to talk to the manager and this young man was already in there telling the manager that I was yelling at him. I asked the manager to cancel my membership and he hassled me for a while, then said I'd have to cancel it on the website. The website said it did not recognize my plate number or e-mail address. So this location turns off their car wash during certain hours but yet when I'm filling up for gas it's still offers me a car wash. Why is that? I bought a car wash and I couldn't even have my car washed. I'm told that the car wash is only on during certain times.
