Pretty nice car wash here in Flagstaff with two locations, off Rt 66 and Woodland Village, I use both. They are both newer operations and do a solid job cleaning my 4-door lifted truck. I was able to get the unlimited wash offer for the extreme plan (supposed to be the best) for around $30 per month and bc I'm in the forest a lot for work I'll get my money's worth. Last time I was at the Rt 66 location they had a large crew of techs out watching and apparently make adjustments to the mechanisms which is a great sign they keep up on how things are operating. The vacuum bays are sometimes completely full and I've had to park next door to finish off the drying process which I always do bc the auto dryers at every carwash never get everything. Ocean Blue, sounds nice, right? Nope just another inadequate car wash in Flagstaff! Now there are a few things that make Ocean Blue unique, because they do offer towels, give you a dash wipe and air freshener and most of the vacuums work well. They are giving free basic car washes during their grand opening, but I signed up by for a free wash, which is their "perfect polish wash", $30 for a single wash and $59.99 for a monthly membership. Was excited to get my car cleaned! First time through my vehicle was still dirty! Go back around and talk to the guy and he doesn't understand what happened. Went through again, and still dirty as you can see from the pics! Luckily, the towels are kind of damp, so you can wipe the dirt off, but this is just another run of the mill car wash! You can do better going to a self-serve wash and scrubbing it down yourself! Paying $30 or a monthly $59.99 membership for this kind of wash is just a rip off! Don't do it! Our full service car wash, which was also inadequate, closed! Flagstaff needs a decent full service car wash, not these mediocre ones! Is anybody out there listening? Sedona has a pretty decent full service car wash, but as for Flagstaff, right now we are SOL! read more

This place washes any vehicle no matter the mud. While in line an ultimate member went through 2 times totally covered in mud over an inch thick. No thanks I reversed out and left. read more

Worse car wash I ever paid for. Poor quality. Thanks for the dashboard wipes. No one offered any towels, as mentioned in other reviews.. I live off of a dirt road, but when dirt that can wipe off with a finger does not come off, it is like I drove through and only the dryer worked. I am also disappointed with all the scratches. The black and plastic portions off my Bronco have circular fine scratches. I do not have money to get it all rubbed out and I feel very angry about this. I was thinking of purchasing unlimited washes and coming back every time I am in town, but never mind. That sh*t ain't happening. read more

My review history has always been complimentary as I appreciate and recognize businesses and staff for their service. My husband went to the new Ocean Blue car wash in Flagstaff a couple weeks back.he paid for the big Kahuna as he wanted to clean the under carriage of our Toyota Tacoma which he takes pride in. He got home and went to dry off the truck and realized the car wash took off the roof molding. He drove back over and the young man working said it was the car wash and they have a large overhead shammy which has previously done this to other patrons. My husband went inside and spoke to a young lady and left his contact information. Week one passed no call back. He went back over and was told to go inside and speak to the young man in the office. He again was assured someone would contact him. Week 2 and no call back. I decided I would step in and emailed to info@oceanbluecarwash.com which was connected to the Flagdtaff location this last Sunday. No response. I finally received a call from Morgan who claims they did not receive the email. I explained my husband previous attempts to reach out as to the damage. I also expressed my frustration as he physically went I Person twice and was assured someone would get in touch. Morgan stated she was not local and site manager would call. Today Seth called which I relayed a message to my husband. He was quick to point out the disclaimer sign. Basically they accept no liability for damage. My husband expressed concern as a on site employee stated it was the equipment and we were not the first to have damage and placed a complaint. After further research I found they are a franchise. You can certainly tell by their customer service and not seasoned management. They are desperate for help and have a 2.0 rating which makes sense.we were quite surprised as to the lack of acknowledgement and wanting a reasonable resolution they treated us this way. They may get by in states like CA but I can assure you it won't fly in our quaint mountain town. Our locals take care of the residents and pride themselves on reputation. I suggest they return to where they came from. Flagstaff is better than that. Many businesses come and go and I assure you it has everything to do with customer service. read more
