Their bowls used to come in different size bowls. Now their small, medium and large all come in the same size bowl but just more protein depending on what size you get. If you got a larger bowl you used to get more of everything. Pretty disappointing because I used to get a large bowl and it would be a meal for dinner and lunch the next day. If I pay for a large bowl I should get more base and veggies than if I paid for a small bowl, not just more protein. read more

I LOVE how fresh the food is and there is NO soda. Tea, diffused water and assortment of juices are your choices. I've only been to this restaurant twice but I already love it! This area is severely lacking in healthy food options and this restaurant fills that role perfectly! Everything on the menu is good for you and everything I've tried so far has not disappointed. Whether you're looking to cut carbs, calories, or even gain weight, they have the perfect menu items for you. They also have healthy, pre-prepared meals you can just grab and go or save for later, located in a fridge off to the side of the cash register. On top of all that, they also even do meal prep! You order online and in a couple days they do all the leg work in preparing and portioning out what you've requested, you just pay and pick up! I live few miles away and was excited that there was a place close by that I could buy healthy keto/low carb fast food. Unfortunately it was so disappointing. The bison burger ( no bun) was so overcooked and dry was unable to eat it and had veggie side with overripe tomato's that also pitched, so very tiny lunch. They have a variety of options from salads, wraps, burgers, and the option to create your own bowl based of proteins and vegetables to your liking. I saw a few posts about the serving size of a few of the food items, I just wanted to say that it is meant to be "portion-control" meals. The amount of protein and vegetables put into the bowls are specific, but they do allow for you to add more. I always have some leftovers for to eat at work if I come for lunch. My fiancé always recommends their bison burger, the cookies and cream protein shake, and one of my favorites is the hammerhead wrap. Everything is always made fresh and it is great to have a place like this in the area. I always enjoy their flavors of infused waters. Something that I have not tried before coming to eat here. Love this place!! I've gotten the meal plans for 2 weeks now and have my order in for a third. They have all been delicious and have been the solution to never knowing what to have for lunch during week. I have also ordered the Thai wrap with the yogurt parfait twice! It is amazing and so fresh! I was unsure if I'd like the yogurt but gave it a try and loved it. I think it has a touch of cinnamon making it really stand out. We drove down on our way to the beach just to try this place. We had the bison burger which is served with onion, lettuce and tomato only on 2 round flat breads. You have to ask for condiments which they have in the back. We chose the yogurt with apples, mandarin oranges and a touch of cinnamon for our side. The food was very good and the staff was helpful and polite. They have unsweetened tea and 2 kinds of flavored water for drinks. You can add stevia if you like sweet tea. Really surprised with this place. I had the honey mustard chicken panini and it had so much flavor! It is impossible to make poor food choices here which takes the pressure off when dining out. The prices are super reasonable, too. They also offer prepped meal services. And the menu changes weekly 21 meals for $128......that's about $6 per meal.
