This Panera is amazing. I've been to many Paneras before, and this is my favorite, by far. I'm not sure why it has such low ratings. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is great. The one true brunette who works there is exceptionally kind. I don't know her name but she is very friendly and bubbly. read more

Waiting more than 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, with no acknowledgment or apology, is unacceptable. This location clearly needs better management and customer service training. I hope corporate addresses these issues so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

Ordered via the ap. Ap duplicated my order. I brought it to the attention of the clerk. She said "It's an ap issue. I'll give you both" She then charged me both. I attempted to rectify via customer service who refused to refund the duplicate order. read more

Always! If you love fresh salads or a great sandwich- this is the place! Bakery choices include the best bagels too

Good was okay, the food was a lot smaller than the pictures. The steak sandwich was good enough and the bacon croissant the same. For a bread place the croissant wasn't as flaky as I feel one should be if cooked right. But, you can't normally go wrong with Panera. read more

Ordered 1/2 BLT and cup loaded potato soup and it was the perfect lunch. Service was fast and I ate outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. It would have been nice if there had been a trash bin with dish return outside but overall it was a nice lunch. read more

I really like this Panera. It's close to my house and centrally located. I normally do drive thru. I ordered a soup that I normally don't order but it's cold today and I'm like why not?! Sitting at home eating chicken and wild rice soup and all of a sudden I feel something odd in my mouth. At first I thought it was a onion skin but this is way harder than that. Looks like they cut open soup from a bag and the plastic fell in. Unlucky me :( I hope my chicken noodle doesn't have any surprises. read more

The Gm at this location basically followed behind me while I was going into the bathroom peeped in my stall and told me to leave because he basically thought I was showering there. I was washing my hands I believe I am allowed to do that. He had no right to invade my privacy. I spent money there every day as a customer and from the outset he had a problem with me. He is rude and unfriendly. Workers at this location don't do their best and the food doesn't come out the same way each time. This store is a horrible representation for the brand. I complained to Panera Corporate as well and they did nothing for me over the Gms actions. Stay away from this location and Panera in general. read more

Panera Bread - Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich & Creamy Tomato Soup Madagascar Vanilla Cream Cold Brew Mango Yuzu Citrus - With Guarana & Caffeine - Sandwiches Near Me - Mary Esther, Florida

Expensive microwave food. Staff was rude and got charged for items we didn't receive.

Becareful of the Parnera Bread on Mary Esther. They steal your bacon and don't know how to make French Onion Soup because it's different if you order from the drive through ? Not the same product They pick and choose if they like yo. Soup should be consisten. read more

Ordered $32.70 worth of food through the drive-through at 1 PM. The restaurant parking lot and drive through were full. I handed her $100 bill to pay for my $32.70 bill and she refused to take it saying they couldn't cash it. I asked why and she said they don't keep $20 bills in the cash register. I said I didn't bring my cards could she please take it, she still refused. Fortunately I was able to dig up enough change out of my car and purse to pay for it, while the line behind me got longer. If you don't have $100 worth of change at all time in your cash register then you should not be running a restaurant in my opinion. Bad business practices. Employee was at drive thru at 12:56 pm. Cashier name was not noted on receipt. read more

Would give it less if I could .. we keep thinking it would get better and it just never does . Never any hot coffee always have to ask for them to refill the creamers . I actually wonder if they make there bagels fresh daily it's like they have been a fridge and places into the bins. Today the everything bagel had little topping and had moisture / dampness on top. We arrived at 9:30 little if anything out to select from. I'm not sure if this is a corporate store or a franchise ( not that that's relevant) One way or the other it's definitely not up to the " normal " standards or quality that can be found at other Panera's Which leads me to believe it's time to either retrain or change their management team . Bathrooms are disgusting as well !! It's a sad sad situation there . I might add there were employees ( some management) standing around gabbing while one or two people were working . So there's no excuse or reason that they aren't taking better care of the product & customers read more

Got the steak and cheese sandwhich and it was all bread with very little meat. It was the most over priced piece of bread ever.

I would like to thank this Panera team for being extremely kind and accommodating to my needs. I explained my dietary situation to the person taking my order and she took the time to work with the staff in order to take care of me. Thank you team Panera! You made my day, truly. read more

Saw an ad for the relatively new chicken sandwich. The sandwich has good taste but the fried chicken breast wasn't even room temperature. I was expecting a lot more (HOT) out of Panera. I like most of their food but this sandwich is a loser. It should be made hot and fresh for every order. read more

Panera Bread - New Chicken Sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Mary Esther, Florida

My food was served to me in dirty bowls and it was disgusting. I asked for a remake and a refund and manger handled the situation quickly and gracefully at first but then the remake wasn't being made until my girlfriend checked in with them at the counter after a while of sitting around waiting for the food to pop up in the window and we found out it wasn't even being worked on yet with a pretty slow customer flow in the store. Overall, a very mediocre experience. The ambiance is nice though and the crew was kind. read more

Panera Bread - Me at Panera - Sandwiches Near Me - Mary Esther, Florida

I had never been to this location before, but service was great and the tomato's soup they have had been my favorite.

Ordered a couple sandwiches and chips through Door Dash. When the order arrived, the sandwiches were there, but instead of the two bags of chips, there were two hunks of french bread just torn off and tossed in the top of the bag. When we tried to call Panera to inquire what the hell, we were told by message that we had to call Door Dash. Door Dash didn't throw those two torn off pieces of bread in the bag. Panera did. Disappointed. Won't be ordering again from this location . Do better Panera. And no we didn't eat the damn bread that wasn't wrapped, just tossed in the bag on top of the sandwiches. Makes you wonder about the management and supervision at this location. If I could choose no stars, I would read more

I love Panera, where food tastes like it used to! From the first bite to the last, delicious! My faves are Green Goddess Salad, Warm Mediterranean Bowl, Almond Chicken Salad sandwich! Drive in is well checked. Delivery is quick and always exact. read more

Absolutely awful. I've had some great Panera over 7-8 states. And this is by far the worse. Limp salad, brown avocados, just gross.

8:30 am and out of bagels??? In the five minutes I was there, a half dozens folks came In disappointed.

I really enjoy Panera Bread and this location is very convenient and the staff is friendly and efficient, especially Melissa. She was very attentive and personable. My order came out quickly and the smoothie and pumpkin muffie were very tasty. Plenty of parking and the location is clean and organized. Free WiFi and plenty of seating. Make sure you get the Panera Rewards card for extra discounts and specials. read more

Hit or miss. Ordered cinnamon grains and oatmeal (drive-thru) on my way to work and had to turnaround because they used tomato quinoa instead of plain quinoa. Beyond gross! It made me late...and usually companies offer a discount or something extra in return of the inconvenience, but they didn't even apologize at the very least. For the price you would think their customer service would be a little better. But their soups are still a safe bet. read more

Went to Panera this morning, 4-10-24, for a sesame bagel. The lady at the counter told me that they have been discontinued! Argh! No way. The number one bagel is gone, finitó, discontinued. No way. Me and a bajillion others are very disappointed. read more

I decided to go inside to place my order since the drive thru was very busy. Mind you, I always go through the drive thru. My order consisted of 1 small cinnamon crunch latte and a pastry. I'm not kidding when I say it took 25 minutes to get my drink after asking several times. Employee from kitchen comes out to say they're busy and doing the best they can. Then, she says shish as she's walking. I finally got my coffee and as I'm driving I take a sip and it's just black coffee and not the actual drink I paid for. My order was more than $10.00. Employees don't understand the definition of providing good customer service. Without customers they got no job. This is my last time going to this Panera in Mary Esther. I rather continue going to the small business coffee shops. read more

Ordered here 3 times in the past 3 weeks due to the virus lock down and the food gradually got worse. Sandwiches had a hint of meat , literally about 1/4 Oz and French onion soup had no cheese or croutons , just onions in broth...... totally garbage after 3 tries I'm done !!! read more

Ordered from DoorDash only to have a Panera Driver show up with the food and it cost me an ADDITIONAL $13 for the Panera Employee to deliver a DoorDash order. That is absurd !!! I used DoorDash because I don't agree with Panera's Delivery policies to businesses in the area. DoorDash has different policies so THAT is why I ordered from DoorDash only to have a Panera employee show up and inconvenience me and pay more money ! NO THANKS I think it is very unethical and misleading by both companies ! The condescending driver didn't help matters ! What happened to the good Panera we all loved ?!?!? read more

Been here three times in the past two weeks at around 6:30 and they weren't open . Suppose to open at 6am ! All three times they had a different excuse when asked why . Uh .. tmro is the holiday not today ‍. Makes no sense ! read more

Gross. One star is for the food. Pretty decent. The place is a pigsty. Totally trashed. Who wants to eat in others people's messes? Clean your own tables and the dark carpet doesn't help hide the massive amount of scraps, crumbs and trash on the floor. I think I've lost my appetite.... read more

I ordered a half sandwich that comes with a bag of chips. They made the order but someone took it. I asked about it and they said no worries - they would make me another sandwich. They gave me a whole sandwich with 2 bags of chips. All the staff especially the kitchen peeps are AWESOME!! They all deserve a raise! LOVE this store read more

I went through this drive thru and what a disappointment... This bagel is cut less than 1/4in thick so when toasted it became a rock solid chip. The other half was about twice that thickness and still rock solid. Tried to eat that half out of hunger and desperation and I am dead serious when I say it cut my gums and they started to bleed. ROCK SOLID. I've tried this Panera location more than once and never had a good experience but this one takes the cake. read more

Today I went to the drive-through and not only did I wait a long time I specifically specified my allergy to Chicken Letting the person at the drive-through know that I cannot have any in my salad when I paid for my meal I drove off and then realize that I had chicken all over my salad.
