I did get an email receipt with itemized charges. Service fee charges were part of the taxes. It just feels shady. I think you should let a customer know that you are including a service fee in their total. And, it's a food truck. No one waited on me at a table. And my burger was supposed to come with chips and they didn't give them to me. I had to go back and ask for some.

The person taking our order was very friendly and gave us a bit of info about the area since it was our first time in Seaside / Santa Rosa Beach.
