Went for supper & ordered appetizer of hummus. It was very flavorful along with the warm pita bread. I had the Gyro wrap. It was ok. The meat had very little flavor & seemed old. Another in our party had the falafel wrap. It was better than the Gyro. One had the stuffed pepper said it was good. Service was prompt & friendly & their prices are reasonable. If I go back won't have the Gyro. It has a nice atmosphere nothing fancy. Forgot to snap any pics. read more

Been coming here for a few years and I truly enjoy their food. Their stuffed peppers are great, lamb is great, tzatziki is fantastic and made in house and having their traditional gyro at lunch is fantastic. I truly enjoy coming here for their food. read more

I had the traditional gyro here and let me just say this is the best food I've eaten in my entire life. I took one bite and I thought I had ascended to another plane of existence. This is THE BEST restaurant out there that I have ever had and could not recommend it enough. read more

This a fave. Food is always good and at a very reasonable price. Pork chops are yummmm. I had the beef stroganoff last week and it was the best I ever had. I highly recommend it. And I would agree the ambiance while not fancy has been redone and is relaxing - not a noisy loud place read more

Love this place.. you can order anything and won't go wrong. My son loves the gyros and having tasted it I can see why. Plus it's filled to perfection. I love their moussaka. It's so delicious- a bit light on eggplant and heavy on potatoes but never the less excellent . The tomato sauce on it is amazing. I'm tempted to try something else with it to try something new. My kids love the fancy cakes that are brought in from somewhere. I love love LOVE the cheesecake. Count yourself lucky if they have a slice waiting for you! Sometimes they run out! Service varies. Some of the young kids could use some training. But at least they are working! For the most part service is good and always friendly! read more

Food was 10/10!! Wanted a quick bite to eat before catching a flight and this was perfect. I loved my traditional gyro. read more

5 months since my last review and this place still never disappoints. The chicken kabobs, Greek stuffed meatloaf, and Greek bolognese are absolutely to die for. Honestly, I can't say I've ever had anything here that wasn't good. The servers are always wonderful and friendly. read more

First, the food and service is Five Stars, but the facility is Four Stars. To dine in, ordered Mousaka, large Greek salad, chicken lemon soup, and Greek potatoes. To take out, ordered cabbage rolls, large Greek salad, two bowls of chicken lemon soup, and two slices of cake (coconut and carrot). When in town, we try to stop here. Delicious food. Highly recommend read more

We were recently on vacation nearby and someone we know who lives in the area recommended we try out this restaurant. She warned us that it doesn't look like much on the outside , but that we'd get a good meal. We went on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't anything fancy at all, BUT being near a military base there was lots of service members there eating. I always take that as a good sign when you find lots of locals in a restaurant. We ordered our meals...I got the pastichio which was huge and delicious, my husband got the beef souvlaki, my daughter got the spanakopita, my son in law got the pork chop dinner (which was 2 giant pork chops) and the kids got chicken finger dinner to share along with hummus and pita bread. All our meals were delicious and good portions. We got some desserts that were good too. I would definitely go here again on our next visit. read more

We were visiting our son, when we happened to pass Aegean. It looked like an intetesting place so the next day, we decided to try it for lunch. The outside if the building doesn't do the inside justice. The inside is a sit down family style restaurant that really makes you feel at home. The service was great and the wait staff were very positive and friendly. I ordered the Roasted Greek chicken which was a HUGE half chicken served with Greek potatoes and a salad. With this size of a meal, there were plenty of leftovers. The meal was delicious, it was interesting however, the way they served their potatoes was very unique. Good but something I had not experienced. read more

I love the new location. Food was great. Service was even better. They've done a really nice job transforming the new restaurant food was great menu nice it'll be nice to have it on driftwood. read more

Waitress was friendly. Decor was out of date and could use a freshen up. Our booth that we sat in was horrible. No padding and it was like sitting on hard wood. Inside had a weird smell, maybe because it was an old building My salad was just that... the worst part of it was that the whole thing was made from iceberg lettuce which is horrible. The add on of the gyro meat was just plain and no flavor. The Greek dip was tasty and had a good flavor and texture. Feta cheese and tomato was just as good as the Greek dip. My girlfriend had the gyro and again no flavor. We more then likely wouldn't come back which is terrible because we enjoy Greek food. read more

Came here with a good friend, service was quick and food came out fast as well. Greek Coffee was also really good, but a bit small though. Flavor of moussaka and dolmades was great and the prices weren't bad especially for the portions. Interior is very cute with Agean sea paintings and can accommodate a lot of people. Will definitely be back to try other Greek favorites of mine. read more

One of our long time enjoyable spots to eat at. Consistently good food. Flavors and variety are good. Locally owned. Friendly wait staff. read more

Service was great; our waitress was kind, friendly and attentive. My daughter had the chicken gyro which was huge and overstuffed with chicken. I had the chicken meal with potatoes. The portion size was huge but lacked authentic flavor. My daughter and I both agreed our food tasted like cafeteria food, which was a bummer because we both had expectations. Baklava was decent but was doused in cinnamon (which I've never had on baklava before).. honestly, it could have gone without. 3 stars for our fantastic waitress but -2 for lack of flavor and authenticity. read more

Great food, great service! I've been here during busy times and not-so-busy times. The service is always timely with friendly servers. The food is awesome! They have lots of different choices - not just Greek food. The portions are sizable as well. You definitely get a good value for your money. If you're looking for something different, give the Aegean Restaurant a try. Try something new in the menu. You don't be disappointed! read more

Food is worth every penny, first time eating Greek food and I was a bit worried. I don't eat dairy and the staff were so thoughtful and offered alternatives. And that made me feel so relieved!! Amazing food. Great prices for the quality. Excellent and attentive service staff. Consistently good experience every time.

Stopped in for take out last night for dinner. Ordered gyro, dolmathas , and side of falafel. Adorable hostess took my order and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. Wonder smells permeated the entire restaurant when I first walked in so it was a good thing that I knew what I wanted to order when I got there. As I was waiting, I noticed that at 7pm on Thursday night it wasn't crazy busy but there was a steady stream of customers walking in. Nice music playing and most tables filled. 1st falafel didn't make it out of the parking lot!!! Oh so delish, hot and flavorful!!! Gyro was so legit! Tzatziki was def homemade and I'm glad I asked for extra on the side!! Falafel was the best I've had here and rivals that of NYC!! Total flavor bomb. Dolmathes with the lemon sauce was just as incredible. I could have had an entire cup of the sauce alone, it was that delicious. The flavor of the rice and meat in the rolls was truly authentic. The portions were large enough that I was able to have 2 1/2 meals from my order. To be sure, I Will Be Be Back!! I Am A Local! Y'all Rock!!! read more

Good fresh food with lots of options for everyone. Service is good orders come out quickly so perfect for on the go lunch.

Best Greek cuisine in Northwest Florida. Say no more! The service was amazing. Moussaka melted in my mouth and the portion could have fed a party of three. The gyro was as authentic as it gets! read more

We had takeout ( as we have done before). Food was greasy; calamari was rubbery; zucchini was overcooked and the french fries were missing. The trigger fish looked good but the portion sure has gotten small. We have been there many times but in the last year the quality has steadily gotten worse. We will not ever be returning. read more

Sooo good! We had Greek dip and pita bread for an appetizer, the bread was warm it practically melted in your mouth, it was probably my favorite part! For lunch he had the traditional gyro i had the fried chicken Gyro. I ask for it with no lettuce and extra sauce, but that was not how it came. Other then that the food was good, the service was good, the price point was good. We will visit again. read more

It's a little dive of a restaurant. Good Greek food fast with excellent service even when they were packed for lunch. Had the Gyro wrap. Lots of well seasoned lamb and beef mix with great crispy fries. It will fill you. They had a very large specials list on a white board with several non Greek items. read more

Ordered the Salmon plate. Came out raw. Sent it back. Came our medium rare. Sent it back to the kitchen. Came back apparently microwaved - steaming hot and rubbery. As a chef whose been cooking salmon for over 40 years, I'm well qualified to make this post. Service was fantastic. The other three meals were 5 star. I highly recommend the chef receive proper training to how to prepare fish, especially salmon. read more

We didn't stay to eat only because we wanted a decent gyros. they had the spit on but no gyro meat on it. but they had pre-sliced gyro meat sitting there in a plastic bag waiting to be put on the grill. It's not the same when it's done that way. read more

Currently traveling for business and decided to try out this Greek Restaurant. Visited on a Saturday during lunchtime and the restaurant was mostly empty. After perusing the menu, I settled for a Traditional Gyro Wrap with an order of fries, which came out fairly fast. I was impressed with the size of the wrap, but felt the flavor of the meats was a little lacking and more tzatziki would have been better. Overall, very good service with average food and fair prices. read more

I did not enjoy any of the items I ordered. The portions were huge, but not well prepared. I'd prefer better quality ingredients and smaller portions. The Greek meatballs were large balls of dry meat, the pita was hard, even the hummus was dry. The dolmas were unappetizing as well. I will not return. read more

Great food, great service. They always have interesting specials available. The prices are very fair considering the quality of the food.

Been driving by this place for over a year after having a great Greek cafe I loved in Charlotte, NC (Mad Greek Cafe). Glad I stopped here. Service was great from beginning to end. Food came out fast and hot. No liquor license so no ouzo which I love. It's not really traditional Greek that I truly enjoyed while in Germany but close. Hard to get traditional ingredients when you're 6000 miles from Athens. Glad I stopped and tried it. Will certainly stop by again. read more
