Giving this place 4 stars due to the competition in the neighborhood...and because this place is pretty cool for a laundromat... They actually have a small store in here and sell beer! They also have a massage chair and you can play new york lottery. Another bonus is that they are open 24/7 and have tons of machines. Amongst the washing machines and dryers one or two of them is bound to be broken and a few of them half working and some bad smells. One of the times I went the washing machine seemed to work in the beginning but after the final step the water did not drain out of the washer. The water was still filled about a third looking through the glass after it said it was done. The water spilled out and my clothes needed extra drying from being soaked. The worker used a mop to dry the floor. read more

This place has been here for a very, very long time. There's plenty of parking. There's a store within the laundromat, as well as dry cleaning service, but they both close at about 10-11pm. These are not coin operated machines but are card operated. You can get a laundry card from any one of the three machines that are located along the wall that borders the dry cleaning area. These machines accept bills only, and only accepts up to $20 bills. If you have a bigger bill, and the dry cleaning area is open, they can exchange bills. If not, you can probably run across the street to the deli. Pricing as follows: $2.75 Small washer $5 Medium washer $6.50 Large washer 24 small dryers 18 medium 6 large dryers 60 dryers 7 folding tables $0.30 buys you 7 minutes of drying time. All in all, they keep this in respectable shape, but don't expect super clean it anything. They clean out the lint traps say the end of the night. read more

For self-service this place isn't bad. It's 24 hours. The machines somehow weighs what's inside bc my towels always get a few extra minutes of spin time added (I'm guessing bc the load is heavier), which is a nice feature. I've never had any problems with machines, except one time where my clothes were drenched after spin but the employee there helped me out, so that's a plus. There are lots of machines. Certain times of the day are busier than others, I'm usually a night person, it's never crowded after 8pm. It's a card system where the card is a $3 deposit. As with all card system laundromat it's a bit more money than the coin operated places. There is a creepy guy that hangs around there wheeling a fake laundry bag - I say fake bc I've never seen him actually do any laundry (I usually do huge loads, so I'm here for a while). Worst laundry mat ever and they have the worst attitude and service. My cousin drop off her laundry here to wash every week. I slept over so I threw my white Levi's jeans in her laundry. Few days later... she picked it up and found out my white jeans was all messed up. There's coloring stain from other clothing, which means they were not professional and did not separate the colors. How do you own a laundry mat and not knowing you're suppose to separate color clothing. We went back and told them, they blame it back on us like it was our fault to give white clothing for them to wash. Saying we have some good quantity and bad quality clothes, basically they blame us for their guilt. They did not take responsibility for their unprofessional job and did not apologize. Worst service and business. After what happened, I came here to wash my clothes with my cousin after midnight. The machines are old and it's pricey. The drying machine does not work well! I put three times the amount of money I usually put to dry my cousin blankets here at clean 88. And unbelievably, it is still SO SO WET. The drying machine is taking more money and it does not dry well at all! We end up wasting more money and time. read more

A 24 hour laundromat 5 blocks from my house... priceless! They use a card system for their machines. This means you purchase a plastic card (like a credit card) for $2 and then you add money to the card in order to use the machines. The card is refundable if you return it or you just keep it to use on subsequent visits. This is much easier than carrying 100 quarters in your pocket at most places. There is even a $2 bonus if you add $20 at one time. Free money always works for me! The place is huge too so there are always machines available. I happen to always do my own laundry so I am not sure how their prices are for drop-offs but I'm sure they next person who reviews this place can elaborate on that aspect. They also have 3 different size machines with different prices so you have a choice depending on the size of your load. The dryers take up the entire back and side walls so unless it is crowded, they are always available as well. 7 minutes for 25 cents (I cant remember the washing machine prices at this time but I know they are competitive with other laundromats around) They have what you would call a play room for kids and a couple of arcade machines but nothing special. They also have a few candy/toy machines but I stay away from those things as there is never anything good anyway. What I do like are the picnic like tables and benches so I can bring food and have a comfy place to eat without being disturbed. There are a few scattered loose chairs around too so there is usually always a place for me to sit and read my book as well. Not sure if this would be a separate review but attached to the laundromat, same owners and no separation wall, is a small deli. The deli has snacks, drinks, lotto and everything else you would need during your laundry duties. Of course they also sell detergent, fabric softener and laundry bags. Love the fact I could get what I want without leaving the laundromat. One big negative is that there is no A/C and this place can get HOT. They leave the doors open sometimes to get fresh air in but it doesnt help much. Although plenty around, most of the time, the TVs do not show anything I want to watch or sometimes they don't even have sound. This is why I bring a book. Can beat the conveninece and 24 hour availability though and even better, they have their own private parking lot! read more

This place is huge ! Came here after an accumulation of a month worth of laundry (holidays and pure laziness lol) because I was told they have big load machines which they do ! The largest is 5.00 for I think it was an hour wash The medium was 4.00 for 45 minutes The smaller one was 2.00 for 30 minutes The wash I loved because it rinsed so much. On the other hand the drying was a bit on the sucky side. I seperted my clothing from thin material and denims and anything thicker and it took each machine about an hour (.25 = 7 minutes.) that was the annoying part having to make my load of 10 pieces each so it can dry ! I'm going to return because of the wash and maybe a regular load won't take so long to dry. The card technology here sucks. $3.00 a card and then you have to play with the card so it can actually work. Quite frustrating. The crowd is very mixed here and since there's vending machines a convenience store And tables -- it's probably a hang out place for locals. Idk. Either way it's an alright place. I'll stick to my place from now unless we get lazy again and let our load accumulate hahaha. read more

My boyfriend took me to Clean 88 Super Wash since it's near his home and a 24 hour laundromat/dry cleaning and I wanted to get a wool coat dry cleaned. The women that work behind the counter don't seem to speak English too well and don't seem very professional, but they do get the job done. My coat looked clean and better than what it did before. The night we went back to the laundromat to pick up my coat, the woman behind the counter was multi-tasking on the phone and helping with us which I wasn't too happy with. I may come back here only because it is 24 hours, but I do prefer my regular dry cleaning place near my house. read more

Just recently started hitting this place up. My first time there, I made a mistake with one of the dryers and didn't close the lint tray all the way. As a result, one of my dryers didn't dry at ALL. The guy behind the counter noticed my mistake after I'd left, fixed the problem and threw some more money into the machine. When I returned, he told me what happened and I thanked him for the help. Very cool of him, and very appreciated. I've been here a couple of times now, and because of the flexible hours, I've been able to avoid the frustration of trying to get laundry done in a packed mat. Less stressful for sure. Glad to finally have checked this place out. Lots of machines. Not the most visually appealing of places, but who cares. The machines work. The dryers actually dry the clothes. And Blue Agave is across the street so I can grab a bite of delicious Mexican food while I wait. read more

Nice laundromat but apparently it's also a bar for illegal Mexicans to come in and drink and nobody says anything to them. Smh don't bring your kids here you never know when they will snap and start fighting themselves. read more

You know, I never thought much about this laundromat. It seems like another chain store, but the guy who helped me dry clean my coats was not bad. He had a little attitude, but he was straight forward and told me the price right off the bat. Some places always say, oh this one is a little more expensive now because..." This guy never changed the price. read more

This place is open 24 Hours a day and has plenty of washers, dryers, and also parking spaces. It's a little more expensive then my neighborhood place but when its late and I need a load done I come here. I'm a little iffy on the card but it is nice to not have to run around with a pocket crammed with quarters. read more

The only good part is that they're open late. Staff is never helpful. Machines use cards instead of quarters, but half the patrons are always having a problem getting them to work. Smell test machines first, lots are mildewy smelling. Always little kids running around at all hours. read more

This place is open 24 hours. Their bathroom isn't open at all, ever. You need to buy their card to use machines. Prices are on the high side. During busy times its almost impossible to find empty machines. read more
