There is a snall parking lot, lots of machines, tvs and a few chairs. Though incredibly crowded and and a lot going on (children, activities, food, crazy families, giveaways, free laundry, detergent and bags), it was still a well run event with everyone getting their laundry clean and dry. I met one of the owners and one of the managers and they both were very kind in response to the hiccups doing my laundry. It was nice to see they are also aware of all reviews on various sites regarding all their stores. I will definitely keep going to my local Clean Rite as they have opened another one even closer to my home.

They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

They charge about .70 cents per lb. My clothes always come out very clean, smells sooooo fresh and are folded to perfection. Mr. Li and his wife are very nice people that don't speak much English but who cares they get the job done. He is always helpful and when I am struggling with laundry he comes out to my car to get my bags. I have used their machines to do my own laundry once before and the machines are new and efficient. Dryers were not to hot to roast my clothes, burning out the fabric softener. They also still use quarters, not a card you have to pay for before you even start washing. ugghhh annoying. No complaints about the customers either, mostly South American immigrants and carribean folks. This place is clean and cozy (aka small), good time on the machines, cool customers, and friendly management.
