This laundromat is in the wrong section. It nice extremely clean and well lit. The washing machines have water you do not have to add water your clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. It does not take long for ones' clothes to wash nor dry. The dryers are huge. The downside is Laundry Bee is expensive be prepared to spend at least 30.00 on a small load. read more

I been coming here since it opened & reviewed this laundromat several years ago while it was under different management. So I am updating my review. First, it's no longer 24 hours as a safety measure. Which is ok. The business is open more than 12 hours a day with the last wash about 8:30 pm and close at 10 pm. Lots of washers & dryers. The current management & workers keep it cleaner than the previous workers. Before the current management came I noticed homeless guys would be hanging out which has ended. For these two reasons this is why older reviews was not positive. Good amount of choices of laundry products to purchase. You get $2 bonus when you load your card with $20 from the vending machine. I have always had respectful encounters with the staff. Ample parking. Free WiFi. Last few times I went the tv was off. Seating & folding tables available. read more

I was a bit apprehensive to visit this laundromat based on the previous reviews; HOWEVER, I'm glad I gave it a chance. Being so close to my new home, I was definitely keeping my fingers crossed for the best. It's very basic, but in a good way. There are washing machines in three sizes... (don't use the middle size, because you may as well use two of the small sizes and save 50¢). Dryers are 25¢ for 8 minutes, so it's fairly inexpensive to do a full load. The best part: the machines are on a card system, so you don't have to save of quarters just to do your weekly wash. The worst part: not a 24-hour laundromat, so make sure you don't wait until the last minute. read more

The worst customer service I have ever had at a laundromat. And it's pretty hard to mess up service in self-service. The one primary task there is to allow us to be able to service ourselves. I don't know if the guy was having a bad day or doesn't understand what he was doing or what. But it's no excuse. Laundry Etiquette 101 When you are done using a machine, you free it up for the next guy. And they do the same and the cycle goes on. It's just practical considerate common sense. Everyone knows this! It is simply inconsiderate to be done using a machine and hold it hostage. And that's as a customer. So to be the attendee and block not just 1, not 2 but 10 dryers!!! ...during what he agrees was the *busiest* time of day is irresponsible and unprofessional. Not to mention multiple dryers were also unavailable from being out of order. He was also incredibly rude and bothered about even being asked to use one of the 10 machines he had completely dry clothes in, indefinitely. After waiting 15 minutes with there being no available dryers, I finally asked how long it would be til the finished ones were unloaded. After he refused to share the 10 dryers that had been done drying for a while (over an hour total) he ended up finding one here then later on one more for me. It would've taken me hours to finish drying everything. "You can't just get what you want." he said. To him it made complete sense that his customers should have to spend hours drying their clothes just so he as the attendee doesn't have to wait 5 minutes for the natural order of things using common sense practical laundromat etiquette. I left with 5 bags worth of wet laundry. All the dryers in the photo were being held except 1 with a note that said "OFF" and the one at the bottom left that had a broken door that wouldn't stay closed. read more

As of January 2017, it's no longer 24/7 which was an unfortunate surprise. Nonetheless, this place doesn't disappoint. There's a wide breadth of machines available, a television to watch, wifi, and space to be seated if you wish to wait with your laundry. I came during an off peak time (Thursday after 8:30p) so my impressions of the place will obviously differ from someone who comes on a weekend, but regardless I was satisfied. I was able to do a lot of laundry I had foolishly put off in just under 4 hours, way less time than it used to take me to do the same amount of laundry in my old apartment. All in all, great place to wash if you so choose. The only downside is they have laundry cards which you have to reload. Those always throw me off because I tend to overfill and be stuck with it for a while. I'll probably go to closer places in the future, but it was great in a pinch when I had a lot to wash and because of the card, I'll definitely be back for larger loads. This is, quite possibly, the greatest laundromat I've ever been to. First off, it's huge. And not like big-for-NYC huge; like big-even-for-the-suburbs huge. Tons of machines available all the time. Secondly, they have those little cards you load up with money instead of pumping quarters into the machine. I have, in the past, made it all the way to the laundromat before remembering I left a jar of quarters on the counter at home, so this solves my problem nicely. I still use my quarters, though, to play their video games because they have like, four different machines there. Play Street Fighter until the wash ends? OH MY YES. Aw, but now all the laundering and Street Fighter-ing has you hungry and/or thirsty? Vending machines ahoy! Funyun and Coke calories do not count when you buy them from vending machine so indulge to your high fructose corn syrup heart's delight. Also? TVs, places to sit, and plenty of space to stand and fold clothes without feeling like your stuff is starting to creep too close to the person next to you. read more

I've been coming here for over five years now and love this place. I use the wash and fold service and my laundry is always available within 24 hours and comes back fresh and clean. Laundry Queen is big, CLEAN, has lots of dryers and washers, and it's well organized. The best part is that it's open 24/7. Very huge and clean laundry mat; I'm quite impressed ! I only had $5 and my credit card and it costs $5 cash to rent a money card. I was upset and about to gather my items and be on my way. Then a nice Asian gentleman who worked there let me pay him the $5 and use his card. His customer service transformed my experience. There's about 100 machines here and ample seating. The park lot is also HUGE and there's a door that lets you take the carts out right to your car; very helpful! The wifi is free. I will come back again ! 5 stars read more

I tried this place yesterday, after waiting an entire week for the rains to subside. My take: It's a really spacious laundromat, open 24/7, has a huge flat screen tv and various seating areas. Free soap Mon-Fri and free parking...cool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you get hungry, the Asian Buffet is just a 1/2 block away (check out my review). You pay $5 (refundable deposit) to get a plastic card where you then load up the amount of money you want to use in the machines. A definite plus is that I no longer have to down quarters or carry a heavy change purse. I've been going to this laundry for years and that's why I know the other reviews are true. However, the laundry has new ownership and they have just put in new washers and dryers and I could not be more pleased with how clean my clothes were. I did not have to rush home and put up the wet clothes the way I had to in the past being worried that the clothes would get a musty smell if they were put out to dry immediately. And you don't have to spend a fortune on the dryers to make sure your clothes are dry because the new dryers work very well. While I was there yesterday, they were in the process of getting the parking lot repaved. If you have stopped going to this laundry give them another try, you won't be disappointed. read more

This Laundromat is big, it has a parking lot and lots of machines (@30% don't work correctly) Video games and TV's. Laundry Queen is not that clean.The machines are coated w/ old detergent and hair, the detergent receptacles, and door gaskets are mouldy and cruddy. There are fruit flies, the floor and machine tops always have wads of lint and hair emptied from the dryers. The staff is helpful, but unmotivated. The old Carribean man who is on duty thursday mornings is hostile, lazy , rude and absent, if you want help you can find him smoking in the parking lot. Perhaps he is the reason this place is empty much of the time. With just a little effort this place could be really good read more
