Cash only. You don't need quarters, that's a big plus for me because I don't like carrying cash, let alone change. It's much easier to get cash from the ATM than to get cash AND get change for a machine. Double load washer= $2.25 Triple load washer= $3.95 Giant load washer= $5.35 Dryer= $0.30 for 8 minutes Tons of machines. 50 washers & 50 dryers. Cable TV. Another plus. You don't know how many times I have been stuck watching Chinese soap operas at the laundromat because that's what the owners wanted to watch. Free WiFi for those of you who don't have unlimited data plans. Just ask for the password. Video games for kids to play. Vending machines are reasonably priced. There's a machine to get quarters for the video games next to the card machine. Has parking lot but it's very small. 5-6 cars max that's if people park properly. If you show up after 7 when there are no meters you can just park on the street. Save 10% off dry cleaning when you prepay. There's a rewards program so don't lose your card. I haven't quite figured out how to keep track of how many points you have though. Maybe when you refill it tells you on the screen? For some reason the door on the first machine I chose wouldn't close & I didn't know where the attendant was so I just moved my clothes to another machine. I saw a sign that said no refunds, so I didn't even bother trying to get my money back. When I found the attendant I told her that the door on machine 28 wasn't working. She said next time just called her over & she'll close it. I didn't lose my money, I got my $3.95 back to dry my clothes. It's a little bit more than my other laundromat, but the customer service here is way better, it's way cleaner, & it's open all the time so no more rushing to get in for last wash. Store is clean, staff is very helpful and polite. We need better clothes dryers. They look worn and rusty inside, really don't like to use them, but have no choice. Will not put delicate clothes inside them. PLEASE talk to owner we NEED NEW DRYERS.... read more

Dropped my clothes off here a few days ago. I had been using a place on church Ave for a few years but I needed a place closer to home. The laundry station had parking, allows credit card usage and my clothes not only were folded perfectly(they smelled amazing). Plus they are open 24/7. I recommend this place to all and I will continue to use them. read more

Very disappointed with one of the night employees. As oppose to being understanding she was very dismissive. Unfortunately, I left a bag of laundry and did not realize until later in the evening. When asked her response was cold and dismissive. Which is really odd because I've been going to the laundromat for at least 4 years and all the employees have been very nice. This is my neighborhood Laundry Mat. I used to come here to do my laundry myself but due to my busy schedule like most of us, I now drop off my clothes. The kicker is they do a better job than I do. My clothes smell wayyy better than when I come and struggle with doing it myself. I use the most popular soap brands and fabric softener but for some reason it doesn't match up to when they do it. I know most Laundry Centers provide the same services but I've tried several before and have had issues with customer service. I smile when I come here because they workers are very nice and helpful. smell them because it smells great and it's well folded. The price is very reasonable per machine and per pound if you do Drop-off laundry service. They wash your clothes quickly as well, the wait is usually 24 hrs. The place is always clean and the machines have so far never given me an issue. I know Im probably gushing over this place but it's really a breathe of fresh air when you can have a place in your neighborhood which has great service. P.S. I came in to wash my bathroom rugs only and only had $3.30 after pushing my card in after so long I won $5.00, today makes it my 3rd time winning $5.00. This laundromat has everything I need when doing laundry for 6. It's always clean. I think that's really important since I usually wait while my families clothes are washing and drying. And now I am concerned with Covid19, but at this laundrymat the staff is always cleaning with Lysol. They constantly wipe down all surfaces as well as door knobs and washing and drying machine handles and controls. The tables for folding clothes are spacious. The staff at this laundromat are friendly and helpfull. They. Are ready to solve any clothes issues you may have. They are constantly keeping up with repairs, cleaning and service to there customers. The owner offers free WiFi which I love. I can get work done while I get my families clothes clean. In the winter the owner is quick to clear the parking lot from snow and ice making parking a breeze when the last thing you want to do is laundry. The store if friendly, well lit, comfortable, and clean! Sometimes I look forward to doing my laundry and having a little relax time without the children. Something meditative about watching the clothes in the washer and dryer. This place is the best! read more
