I was debating on writing this review because I know times are tough for many business owners right…read morenow but I did not appreciate the service I was given. I dropped off a white puffer coat, and before I left the owner and I examined the coat together for a good three minutes and she asked me what fabric it was. The coat was laid out on the counter facing up while she made me a customer profile. When I came to pick up the jacket, she told me that they had tried calling me bc they found "damage" and didn't dry clean the jacket. There was a huge straight gash on the jacket and looked like it was made w something very sharp. That gash was 10000% not there when I dropped it off. The jacket was cheap from forever 21 and it probably would have ended up costing me more to dry clean the white coat, rather than buy a new one. If the owner had been more honest I would have never gotten upset nor asked for any compensation bc the coat was not not expensive. Instead, I was looked at with guilty eyes that knew we literally looked at the coat together when I had dropped it off and a gash that big would have had the inside material all over had it been there prior. So now I'm out of a super cute cropped puffer & they lost a customer who in a week would have been bringing them weekly service. Save your time

I brought my coat here, and jacket and they do a descent job. It is a bit pricey but staff is really friendly and the place is clean! Ladies, they do not dry clean bras. I know its probably the least of many girls worries but when you spend close to 100 dollars on a bra you would think they would care for it but nope they wont take it and they'll advise you on how to wash it safely in a normal washer. Some items will cost more than others in general I'm content with the service they provide and the location being inside of the "keyfood mall" rules out any parking problems. A north face fleece will cost approx. 8 dollars to dry clean. Dresses/coats are more expensive. If anything gets damaged ie: you lost jewels that were attached to your dress, and you don't realize it until two weeks later they will fix it no questions asked! They really aim to please customers. They have a tailor on site and to be honest I am unsure of her work considering that the one time I needed something done she expressed that she only does work on the sewing machine so I am unable to comment on her job. Except that she fixed jewelry attached to a blouse that was damaged during dry cleaning and the work was amazing, so close to the original jewelry. All in all if you live in the Mill Basin area and your looking for a dry cleaner this is a reasonable place that will work with time constraints, and they are reliable.

First of all they come and pick up from your home, and can have the clothes delivered to you the next day. I have given them three giant bags of clothes and had them done by the next day. All of my clothes are clean, dry, and folded -- all of my shirts come back on hangers! My folded clothes come back in clear plastic bags -- they do not put the clothes back in the bags you sent them in, they are cleaned and folded as well! I re-use the clear bags, I use them for my recycling - I never have to buy recycling bags now. The only drawback is that they only pick up and deliver in the evening between 7 PM and 9 PM - I work far away so I have to make sure that I rush home to make the pick up and delivery, and make sure that I am not hanging out that evening. Otherwise this is an excellent laundromat. The few times I washed my own stuff at the location was fine.

I just started using the drop-off laundry service (75 cents a pound, 15-pound minimum), and it's amazing: you pick up your clothes the evening of the next day, washed, dried, and folded, so pefectly done that you don't even need to iron anything. I'm used to having in-building machines for laundry so maybe this is all just standard for laundromats, but the service and quality are better than I tend to expect in the area, especially given the modest prices, so four stars for sure.
