Cannot keep promise. These cleaners do not fully understand business ethics. I dropped off 1 piece…read moreof clothing to be repaired and cleaned on a Friday. The cashier ensured me that the garment will be ready on the following Tuesday. On my ticket it clearly said Ready by Tuesday. I arrived 15minutes before closing time on that day and the garment was not completed and was told to try again tomorrow. I arrived the next day to retrieve my garment 30 minutes before closing time and it was ready. However, I expected to not pay for it due to the fact that they broke their service contract that the garment was not completed on the given date. The store clerk argued with me that I have to pay full price but then changed it to a 10% discount which I was still not pleased. He did not want to back down after the fact that on the ticket and the word of the Friday's cashier, the pick up date is Tuesday and stuck by his conviction that he is correct and I am wrong. Meanwhile he keeps bringing up past incidents of his own with other business, (like I care) to further make his bogus argument. The clerk continued on about how it is their policy that if the service was unsatisfactory that a 10% discount will be offered. I asked where is that written and also I was not told. He replied, it is not written down anywhere. How can any business expect to cover their losses if they do not establish policies for everyone to access? All in all the garment was cleaned and repaired, but I do not recommend this place. It is a waste of time and poor customer service. I don't think 10% discount as a band-aid to not completing full service which is Cleaning, repairing and being on time is worth the reputation of that cleaners and also common business policies. If everyone operated business like this, what would be the point of conducting them if they cannot keep their word.

I put clothes in separate bags with brightly colored labels indictating the washing instructios for each bag. I pay a lot of money for my clothes and linens, and I do not want them abused or damaged. Twice now, I have received my laundry back with clear evidence that instructions were neither read nor followed. I sent expensive, highly concentrated laundry detergent, and the entire bottle was used on three loads. Wasting my money, TWICE. The disregard for my personal property is outrageous. I'm sure they have no intention of refunding me hundreds of dollars for the early destruction and replacement of my fine garments that I specifically said were meant to be hung up to dry. These included wool, cashmere, and silk. The advertising is a lie. You can send instructions, but you will be LUCKY if anyone reads or follows them. I will never use this company again. I am demanding a full refund -- not that it could ever cover the damage they have done. They also keep sending me wire hangers, that I have repeatedly told them I did not want. The message is clear: it doesn't matter what I want. They will do whatever they feel like and charge me extra for it. Completely irresponsible and careless launderers.
