The only thing that would make this place better is a designated seating area that is out of the way of other customers. The seats are tucked at the end of each table so as other people walk by with their carts, it's a tight space.

As for alterations, I used them once to adjust the length of a pair of pants and had a mixed experience. Initially they came back too long, and on the second attempt - ended up too short.
