I've been coming here for years and am always greeted in a friendly manner by a man who I think is the owner. There is a little watch shop that I've gotten my watch fixed at a couple of times and I am always pleased with the work there. As for the cleaners portion of the store, I can drop off and my clothes are ready in a timely fashion. They usually do a good job but the one time they didn't, they took my item if clothing back and redid it at no extra cost to me. read more

I came here to get my work uniform tailored and cleaned. They were quick, affordable, and responsive. I was running late to pick up my clothes and they stayed to make sure I got them. A+ for customer service and a lovely dog. read more

Decent little cleaners From the outside of the business, the appearance looks a little unkempt. However, I have had only positive experiences from Friend John's. They are reasonably priced and they have a pretty fast turn around on dry cleaning. I have not had any issues with any lost or damaged items. read more

It never occurred to me that you can bring in your inseam to make your jeans skinnier and he did an amazing job with pants that I needed for a wedding and can't still just wear every day. This Cleaners should be shut down. The owner has a very nasty disposition. Oddly enough, he has been in business for years. I took 4 women pantsuits in to be cleaned and pressed, (no crease, specified). Upon receiving suits, all of the pants were wrinkled near the bottom half, both front and back and, the suit jackets had creases near inside of elbow! I called to complain about this and John, who is the owner, was very abrupt. I was in the process of explaining my dilemma, but, before I could complete my sentence of returning all suits for pressing, he hung up the phone. I hadn't the chance to speak about creases in jackets. When I arrived with the suits, he displayed his attitude and displeasure of my return. Upon returning to pick up my suits again, I stood to the side because my trust was out the window with him. Suits appeared decent but could have been better. Fast Forward: Just yesterday, I brought a Pantsuit to him for cleaning and pressing. There was no greeting. Just "phone number". Same attitude. I asked him what time the tailor was coming in on Thursday, his condescending response was, " I DON'T KNOW!!" How rude is this?!! Here's the kicker. A gentlemen was next in line behind me. Here's John greeting him, " Hello, how are you doing? Good to see you!!" Like to mention, he charging almost $20 bucks to clean 1 Pantsuit. Upon receiving this suit, I will be venturing to another Cleaners. Money is power and, my money speaks for me. I am certain other Cleaning facilities will appreciate my business. "Friend" in Title is a Profoundly Bogus statement! P.S. I've been hearing many other customers expressing their displeasure with this facility. read more

After they lost one of my favorite shirts 2 years ago I decided to give them a 2nd chance since it's so convenient to me. Just the other day I noticed a charge on my Debit card for $1,855.00 I immediately called the cleaners and all he said was "oh it's you" not one sorry or apology. He asked me to come in and "get a check " at this point I was already out of town and couldn't stop in. It took him about 4 days to credit my account and still charged me for the dry cleaning not even a discount or a sorry. Not sure why type is scam he's trying to run. read more

Beware. They have a nasty Moth problem. I recently brought home $70 worth of dry cleaning FULL of holes. Owner would not admit fault. He actually told ME that I have moths in MY home. WOW!Expensive clothes ruined. Will never return. Even if it is the most convenient location. read more

Just got some dry cleaning done here. Everything came back smelling soooo goood. And my sweaters were very soft. Usually when my stuff comes back from the cleaners it doesn't really smell like anything, but all my clothes smell and look so clean. It is very nice, I was excited to wear my new clean clothes. Prices are basically what you expect to pay for dry cleaning, no more no less. Dry cleaning is expensive. It's just the nature of the beast. If you don't want to pay for it, buy cotton clothes or handwash your stuff. read more

NEVER COME HERE. Terrible service. Thought it would be a decent place given the location is so convenient but I unfortunately did not read any reviews beforehand. My $700 suit was ruined. The suit jacket had a DIME SIZED HOLE IN IT. I can't believe you could do that if you tried. The guy gave me no explanation, apology, discount, or anything. If you want overpriced dry cleaning that ruins your clothes, this is the place. read more

Prices are double what the competitor offers and John is not your friend. Two garments have been lost and all he did was shrug and point to the sign that he is not responsible for lost articles. After living around the corner for a year and giving him my business weekly I will now be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I had three shirts cleaned here. When I got them back they weren't clean. The sleeves around the cuffs and shoulders had a yellowish tint. The owner claimed they used some process that preserved the material better, which is why the shirt was not clean. I don't really care about the material, but I need a clean professional looking shirt. They removed all my collar stays and refused to return them. They cost 1USD more per shirt than the cleaners I usually use in manhattan. I will not go back to this place even though they are around the corner from my house. read more
