The pedicure was ok but surprisingly very little massage was included. One of the other technicians was talking to others and the f- word (which I use on a regular basis myself, just not in public places with strangers) was falling out of her mouth at least 5-10 times. We had great conversation, and I was even offered Vietnamese coffee, which was so delicious and such a thoughtful touch. My pedicure was also done beautifully. I don't understand the poor reviews, because this is a very busy salon. They are always busy, which is why making an appointment is so important. We lucked out as we only had a short wait -- even though they were exceptionally busy for a Wednesday afternoon. The shop was bright and clean. I picked out my polishes from the racks up front and found the perfect blue for my toes. I did the pedicure first. It was lovely to relax and be pampered. And the hot towels and leg massage were an added plus. Then I had a manicure as well. Henry (English name for Huigh?) was my technician for both procedures. He was gentle on my sensitive skin. And took time to do everything just right. I felt like a new person afterwards. We also got to meet the"new" owner, Amy, who was very welcoming and personable. She did my husband's pedicure.
