I stopped by the Chandler showroom which was very nice. I think I had seen them online and clicked on "contact me". They did make an appointment pretty quickly, but the designer I was assigned has not communicated well at all. Very frustrating. They do the design work the old fashioned way - by hand. She told me after we talked she had to send the hand written drawing to someone to draw it up, and get back to me with an estimate. That was 5 days ago. I can't reach her easily. Sent email 2 days ago, left voice mail hours ago and still haven't heard. Called corporate office, can't reach people there either although they do have someone who answers the phone. Weeks later, the communication with the sales person has been awful. I decided to go ahead with one design, I sure hope this isn't a mistake! I would not recommend dealing with them unless you have lots of time. It was very frustrating. read more

We just moved into out new home and needed an entertainment wall and was referred by someone who lives in our housing community. I called and made an appointment for an in house consultation and received an email on 05/10/2022 for an appointment on 05/24/2022, no one ever showed up so I had to call and reschedule no reason given why no one showed up. So rescheduled for 05/31/2022 received confirmation email, was called again to reschedule for 06/07/2022. Today 05/31/2022 I called to confirm the appointment and they are unable to locate my appointment even though I have the email on who was going to be coming to the house. I advised the person I spoke that if they find my appointment to just cancel and we will go with another company. Very disappointed as I was so excited to work with Classy Closets based off the referral I was given. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I don't usually leave reviews for services provided. I am so pleased with my Classy Closets experience I had to share. My pantry was in desperate need of organization. I tried baskets and can goods racks, but that didn't very well. Items got lost in the baskets and the additional purchase of items out of sight happened regularly. We visited the Classy Closets showroom to check out various options available and made an appointment for a designer to come to our home for a consultation. Ewa was a total delight to work with, she was prompt for our appointment, she listened to what we wanted and made useful suggestions. She was extremely thorough, even measured all of my small appliances to make sure I would be able to store all of them in the cabinet we requested. We set an appointment to meet with her at the showroom less to review the 3D renderings. I expected one but Ewa had had created three different renderings for our review. Ewa explained the options walking us to different displays in the showroom to see cabinet doors, color choices and handles . On installation day Ewa called to wish us a good day and smooth installation. The install team of Nathan and Joshua arrived and began the task of bringing our dream pantry to life, they did an awesome job! They were respectful, and kept an organized and clean work area. It is hard to believe how much more storage and organization we now have in the same space. I have tilted with bar stops across the front for can goods, a pullout vegetable bin, 5 pull out drawers as well as a multitude of open shelving and of course,my small appliance cabinet. Our Wine cooler even has a new home. We could not be happier with the finished product. We owe it all to Ewa and her excellent listening and designing skills. If you are considering an upgrade to your pantry or your closet. I would highly recommend Classy Closets and Ewa, you will not be disappointed. read more

At this time, I cannot recommend hiring this company. I'm waiting to see how, and if, they will make things right for us after screwing up our order and then lying about our install dates. The lack of communication is inexcusable. How this gets resolved remains to be determined, so I'll update this review after I experience how management deals with the mess we have on hand. read more

We worked with Kat @ Classy Closets. Please note, this is our **SECOND** project with them. First was the master closet years ago and it was amazing. Second this time was shelving and a built in desk. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They are affordable, BELOW 2 other bids, had financing, and the sales woman was amazing. They clearly know what they are doing. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, clean, and did a remarkable job! What's more? They have been perfect since 2009! Well it started off pretty good, they had a better price then California Closets and the person that came out was great. That is where it stopped. The install crew was over 2 hours late and said they would be done before dinner. They were here until 7:30. I was then informed that my 6 drawers didn't fit and had to be remade. I have everything out of my closet in my guest room and have company coming this weekend. Thursday I was told that they knew they had to remake things and would get them done. No timeline, I called back and got transferred 3 times and was told someone would call me back shortly. No one ever did. Now I was told they could get it done next week, after I told them I would be out of town. The next date they can come is April 8th. So I have a master closet not done with all my stuff on the floor . read more

We had the standard builder installed closet and it did not maximize the space we have. Charity, our designer, listened to our needs for a more functional space and provided us with a design within a day. I love the new closet, it's clean and simple, and we have more room than before with the same amount of space. The product came in on time and the installers were quick, professional, and cleaned up. They explained warranty and how to adjust shelves before they left. I would highly recommend them and Charity for your design needs. And I love my shoe closet that's hidden behind clean doors, best thing ever!!!!! read more

I wanted to give an update from my last review. I was finally scheduled & they came back out to finish the job. I need to have some work done such as adjustments, moving some hangers as I am too short to reach the rods they installed & have my hallway closet re done as I can no longer open my hallway closet door. I have been reaching out to Kenna ( the scheduler ) for a week & 2 days with absolutely no response. I have since reached out to the manager & have left 2 voicemails with no response either. This company really needs training on customer service. You can't go weeks without returning a phone call. So disappointed & would never recommend this company. read more

We recently moved into a new home with a large closet space that wasn't serving our needs. We knew we needed more ways to organize and utilize the space. We went into Classy Closets, and we were immediately greeted with a friendly smile by Kristyn. Kristyn showed us around their show room and then made us an appointment so that she could design our ideal closet. Once the plans were written we quickly agreed to move forward. Kristyn was exceptional at communicating during the whole process. When the installers came, she made sure to contact us to see how everything was going. The last day of installation (two days) she made an appearance to see the final project. We are very pleased with her knowledge and customer service. All our needs were exceeded, and we love how much storage we have. It is definitely a classy closet. read more

Worked with Kristyn at classy closets for my closet remodel. I just purchased my first home and was looking for an upgrade. She was amazing, knew what I wanted even when I didn't. She moved quickly and got me scheduled within a few weeks. The installation only took about an hour and they were exactly what I wanted. Kristyn checked in with me the morning of and after installation, she also followed up a few days after to make sure they were still what I wanted! I love my closet! Marie was such a fabulous consultant. I have a wonky shaped closet and I had no idea what to do. Marie came over for a consultation. Not only did she Stay within budget, but she came up with an excellent layout that I could not have even imagined. She stuck with everything that was important to me and explained why I needed certain hanging sizes based on my wardrobe. We ended up going to the show room and working with her to put the final touches on the custom closet. A month later, it was installed seamlessly. The closet is absolutely beautiful, beyond my wildest dreams. I can't believe that I got what I wanted for the budget that I allotted. My pantry was out of control! My closet was unorganized and out of control as well. I called Matt Monroy at Classy Closets. With just a few measurements, he designed a system that was almost what I needed - I asked him if he could make the shelves a little deeper and with a click of his key the software made it my dream pantry. It was an affordable and really clean looking design. On the installation day, the installers were professional and executed the design just as Matt envisioned it. SO disappointed! I requested an estimate on a bathroom cabinet and vertical jewelry panels for an existing closet. Wesley came to our condo to review the job and we were e-mailed the estimate on both projects. We had requested basic pull tabs for the bathroom cabinet to be consistent with the rest of the bathroom cabinetry. And that is when this went spiraling downward! We were told they would have to be special ordered (though these pieces are readily available on Amazon or any home improvement store!) In addition, the jewelry panels could not be cut as requested because it would require re-setting their machines. We contacted the store manager who talked a great game, promised to call back TWICE and never did! This was the best thing that could happen since we gave up on Classy Closets and contacted Closet & Storage Concepts. They were absolute pros completing the work exactly as we hoped without the compromises Classy Closets demanded. Not a complicated job but apparently more than Classy Closets could handle. read more

Classy Closets is truly a class act! We are super happy with the quality of the office we had installed.. From design to installation was better than imagined. We are in our home office all the time and the details the are included make working extremely functional! Josh did a great job with the design and follow up. I own a mobile and I called Classic closets I was interested in an office. I'm Prescott Valley, someone came to my home and said they would get back with me in 4 weeks its been 3 months and I haven't heard from anybody I guess the job was not big enough for them they weren't going to make enough money. Everything about the project went extremely smoothly. Marie greeted me warmly, helped me make selections that fit my design and budget. She set reasonable expectations for delivery and install, and she followed up to check on my satisfaction after the install. I really enjoyed my experience with Marie and Classy Closets. What a great result we got from Marie and Classy Closets! We expanded our master suite mostly to add closet and bath space. We spent a LOT of time trying to come up with a DIY design but even though our new closet footprint was 10'x11', we just couldn't find a way to utilize the space in a functional manner. We first met with the major (big name) competitor and then with Marie from Classy Closets. The proposed design from the competitor didn't come close to meeting our needs and the quote was outrageous. Marie came into our construction site, interviewed us with insightful questions and promised to have a design for us to review in a few days. Mind you this was the week in between Christmas and New Years. We met with her in the showroom and were blown away by what she had come up with. Things the competitor had told us were impossible, Marie found a way to incorporate into the design and her quote was 40% less! We could not be more pleased with the end result, although the process was not without problems. There were two incidents of the shop floor making incorrect cuts and the drawer pulls were not on hand at the time of installation. I feared that since the sale had already been made, Marie might be slow to return my calls but that was not the case at all. She was tenacious in escalating our problems and getting them resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Now all that's left is for us to start enjoying our new, beautiful closet! read more
