A few years ago we had our master closet done and she turned a drab walk in closet into a beautiful masterpiece! I even left the doors off the closet for months because I loved to look at it! Save yourself a headache and go to California Closets! I first started out with Charity until she went out of town, I was asked to wait until she got back. Told them I prefer not to wait and if there was another person that could help me, they put me in touch with Robert until he then went out of town, unexpectedly, for a week. I was then asked to wait, said no way! They put me back in touch with Charity. Fine. I had to send her over the design because she apparently didn't have it saved. Ok. We went back and forth on design, I finally just scanned over the design from California Closets and asked her to duplicate with their price. She only sent price. I then asked her to submit to me her final drawing with qoute to confirm accuracy. This is where I'm upset. She replied back " I'll get it over in the next few days" WHAT!? Does a few days mean 3or??? Bottom line is you have to BEG this company to take your money! By the way the difference between California Closets and Classy Closets was $328.00, it was the same exact specs and the only difference is the installation itself, which happens to be better with California Closets as it turns out. I'm gladly paying 328 more for a more professional company and better instalation! You should do the same! read more

I was checking out Classy Closets for my home. I walked into the Chandler store and was greeted by Brittany. She asked a few general questions of me. Not pushy but truly interested in helping me find what might work best for me. I explained that we had a house fire and were doing a rebuild. I mentioned we have a contractor and I might need to go through him. She checked and my contractor does business with Classy Closets. She gave me the name of the designer that works with him and showed me around the store. Such a wonderful experience. I will use them for my closets, kitchen and getting my sewing room back in shape..I would recommend them to anyone because of this wonderful employee. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. The sales representative, Carrie Dixon, was very slow and getting a quote, over 2.5 weeks and is even worse when it comes to responding to emails and follow up. As a customer, we feel like we are begging her to spend our $16,000 to remodel our closet. There's too much competition to settle for poor customer service. I wouldn't waste my time giving this company a call or getting a quote. Unbelievable! I'm still shaking my head. read more

Classy Closets has been an incredibly positive experience. After a bad experience with California Closets in another home, I was reluctant to use another "closet specialist". Lisa Peterson at Classy Closets proved me wrong. She arrived and immediately had great ideas for my never ending STUFF. Her suggestions were spot on. After living with my new closets for a few weeks, I had Lisa back to add some extra shelving and other tweaks. All of Lisa's suggestions on where to spend more and where to go with standard finishes were exactly right! The Classy Closet product is solid and good quality. Additionally, it is guaranteed forever. When moving into a new home or remodeling an old one, the amount of stress is unbearable. I've used Classy Closets in the past, so as soon as I moved into my new home I called and schedule an appointment. Not only did LISA PETERSON (my designer) show up on time, her design ideas perfectly integrated the space in my office with all my daily tasks and needs. I run a home-based business so the design and layout was super important. Within a few days, she emailed me the final design for approval...which I loved. In addition, my order was ready earlier than expected and installation went exactly as planned. Overall, the experience was perfect. I have used other closet companies in the past trying to save a little money, but the quality of their product and service never compared to Classy Closets. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for...so I'd rather pay a little bit more for the quality and service Lisa and Classy Closet provide. The first time I used Classy Closets was in 2008 when I needed to make more space in my tiny 1100 sq-ft. townhouse. I was lucky to have Charity Huston as my designer... she is always very responsive, friendly, and clearly knows what she's doing. The consultation is quick because she understands the needs of her customers. I ended up having her redesign 3 closets in that house for me. Fast forward to 2018... I reached out to her (specifically) to design the closets in my new house, while the closets she did in my townhouse was a major selling point... everyone loves them! We have seen the Classy Closets products in other homes and called for an estimate. Kerri met us at the showroom and was very informative. Like another reviewer's experience, she was thoughtful of price and gave us several options that put us in control of the price. When she came to our house to measure, she had professional plans of our kitchen drawn based on the photos we provided. She made some excellent suggestions, gave us detailed information about the process of building and installing, and the expected timeline. I recently had Classy Closets (Classy Kitchen and Bath) give my kitchen and bathrooms a facelift. They refaced my cabinets and installed soft-closing hinges, installed quartz countertops with new sinks and faucets, installed backsplash tiles in the kitchen and built custom mirrors for my bathrooms. I love it! I couldn't have done it without the help of their designer Azucena Vidal (Susy). She was wonderful to work with and has outstanding design skills! She was patient with me as I struggled to make decisions and provided suggestions when I needed her help (which was often!). I highly recommend her and will request her for any future projects. Several years ago, Classy Closets converted one of my bedrooms into an office, installing built-in desks and upper and lower cabinets. I was impressed with the quality of their products and work and am still enjoying my office today. My experience with all their staff and installers then and now was excellent. As a previous customer of Classy Closets while at a different home I wanted to go and see what was new in the world of closets. When I entered the Chandler showroom I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Brittany. Brittany was very friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. I was shocked when I started looking around because not only did I see displays for closets but also for kitchens and office space as well. With my amazement with their new offerings since I had purchased closets last time, Brittany toured me around the showroom to show me everything they now offer and expanded my vision quite a bit. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Robert, our designer/salesman, created a design that exactly matched our request. The visit to the showroom allowed us to select the color, hardware, etc. that further customized our closet. The two installers, Collin and Robert, arrived each day as scheduled, professionally installed the closet system and cleaned up when the project was complete. We now own a closet that holds much more and looks great too. Amazingly, Classic Closets had the lowest price of the three estimates we received. We moved into a home that needed some work and searched for a great partner to work with on our master bath. We found it in Classy Closets of Chandler. Carl & Jeff came to give us an estimate and worked with us to put a plan together. Anna became our everyday contact and any day the workers were in the house, she showed up to make sure we were happy. Thanks to Ryan, Matt, Jeff, Justin, Anna and many others the bathroom came out great. They made sure to clean after every visit, ask if we were happy and made some great suggestions. Based on how the bathroom turned out, the best thing I can say is we had them add granite to our kitchen. The existing cabinets had some issues and were no longer lever. Before installing the new granite they leveled the cabinets and now the kitchen also looks great. This is our 13 home and we've had a lot of experience working with contractors and I have to say, our experience with Classy has been the best. Both my wife and I highly recommend them! read more

We used CC for the remodel of our master bath. We were promised "30 days max" and it turned out to be over 60 days. The final product was less our vision than the sales person / designer. The sales person lied telling us it was a sub that was holding up progress when it was CC's cabinet shop. He also lied to a sub saying we were on a budget when it was CC trying to save a dime. I should add that they also did garage cabinets for us and that was a definite positive experience. They turned out just as planned and on time. Just don't use this company for remodeling! read more

Classy Closets more than met our expectations! We put in an entire new kitchen, new floors throughout our home, painted the entire inside, refaced bathroom/closet cabinets, and rebuilt a master bath vanity with double sinks. They coordinated everything that needed to be done. On request, they raised our kitchen cabinets by 2 inches to accommodate tall chefs! They were very accommodating and did all the work in a very timely fashion. The workmen were professional and all work areas were left tidy at the end of each work day. We had a working fridge and a TV throughout the whole project. We are more than pleased with the final outcome. We would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

I was not impressed with their service. The desiger or representative who provided the estimate was late, condescending and dare I say lazy. He wanted to do the least possible with regard to his design yet provided a very expensive estimate. Based on that experience, we chose not to go with them and went with another firm and they provided much better service and professionalism. read more

These folks are worthless. We stopped by their design office and got the promise that Jeff Gaylord will call to look at our bath room. After a week he did not call. I called him and he promised to show up. He never called or showed up. I called again today and got the same runaround. I will never recommend them to any one. read more

Contacted Classy Closets for a quote, they came out and said they would have my quote within 48 hours. Two weeks later I contacted the salesman and after a number of excuses he said I would have a quote in less than 24 hour. 2 weeks latter no quote. They wasted my time waiting for their quote. read more

What sets them apart was their professionalism, attention to detail, very reasonable pricing and their ability to deliver what was promised on time with zero rework or installation problems for our Carlsbad condo closets. I'm writing a follow-up to my original review as I ended up purchasing a closet system from Classy Closets. I wanted to give them a second chance since they had come highly recommended from several people I know. I did speak with several other companies and they were hundreds of dollars more for a similar closet design. The good thing about getting the other quotes was finding some design features that I wanted incorporated with the Classy Closet design. I contacted my sales rep and asked for the changes in the design. He complied and gave me a new proposal. As I negotiated with each of the companies, I found Classy Closets to be the most flexible in their pricing. After agreeing to their final proposal, Classy Closets was out within 2 weeks and had my closet completed in a day. The results were great and my wife and I love the new closet! read more
