We have used Classy Closets twice and will look for a different company in the future. The first time, a year ago, the person who did the original measurements made a mistake, so that when the installers arrived the pieces didn't fit, and they had to return to make new parts and set up another date to install. The second time was more recent to construct cabinets for our utility room. The person came out and measured, and we explained that we needed to have the tall cabinet to store our vacuum and floor cleaner. He measured them and said no problem the cabinet would have an inch at least of room. The final drawings were emailed to us to approve with all the measurements noted, and we approved the drawings. The installation date was set for 9:00 to 11:00 and on that day we get a phone call they can't come, and we will have to reschedule, which we did, which was another two weeks. When the installers finally came, they installed the cabinets and left when done. We tried to put the vacuum and floor cleaner in their cabinet, but it was 2 inches shorter than the drawing, so we had to place them in at an angle. We contacted our designer, and he and his boss came up with two fixes, one costing $100 the other $400, neither fix was acceptable. They also charged our credit card for the final payment before a decision was made, let alone completed. We passed on the fixes and decided to make others aware of our problems dealing with this company. read more

Kat is amazing to work with and we have used her services many times over. We love our closet and storage solutions. Highly recommend Classy Closets to anyone looking for a custom solution. read more

Save yourself a headache and go to California Closets! I first started out with Charity until she went out of town, I was asked to wait until she got back. Told them I prefer not to wait and if there was another person that could help me, they put me in touch with Robert until he then went out of town, unexpectedly, for a week. I was then asked to wait, said no way! They put me back in touch with Charity. Fine. I had to send her over the design because she apparently didn't have it saved. Ok. We went back and forth on design, I finally just scanned over the design from California Closets and asked her to duplicate with their price. She only sent price. I then asked her to submit to me her final drawing with qoute to confirm accuracy. This is where I'm upset. She replied back " I'll get it over in the next few days" WHAT!? Does a few days mean 3or??? Bottom line is you have to BEG this company to take your money! By the way the difference between California Closets and Classy Closets was $328.00, it was the same exact specs and the only difference is the installation itself, which happens to be better with California Closets as it turns out. I'm gladly paying 328 more for a more professional company and better instalation! You should do the same! read more

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. The sales representative, Carrie Dixon, was very slow and getting a quote, over 2.5 weeks and is even worse when it comes to responding to emails and follow up. As a customer, we feel like we are begging her to spend our $16,000 to remodel our closet. There's too much competition to settle for poor customer service. I wouldn't waste my time giving this company a call or getting a quote. Unbelievable! I'm still shaking my head. read more

Awhile back I had the privilege of working with Pete Espinoza on designing some closets for my home. I couldn't be happier with his design ideas and the final product. Anybody looking for superb service, great craftsmanship, and attention to detail, don't hesitate to use Classy Closets. If Pete can help out, I assure that you will be in great hands! read more

This is our second time using Cristin Young at Classy Closets and we couldn't be happier.. again! A few years ago we had our master closet done and she turned a drab walk in closet into a beautiful masterpiece! I even left the doors off the closet for months because I loved to look at it! So when we found ourself in a new home doing remodeling I knew exactly where to turn! We had Cristin design FOUR bedroom closets (two walk in's and two sliding door), a pantry and a hall closet. She did an amazing job again! Plenty of storage in convenient places, great design and beautiful features. The installation team was timely and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Cristin Young and Classy Closets for your next remodel!! read more

Wow! This place is not only the best eye candy for anyone addicted to organizing their stuff in a fashionable and individual way, but he people that work there were friendly, and knew their stuff. I have an odd shaped closet and they had not hesitations of how and what we could do to make it work for me. I would totally go back there when I buy my next home. Worth every penny. read more

I called on 03/19 to set up an appt. I got measured and received a quote on 03/21 from Charity. I ordered on 3/25 (appx). The new closets were installed on Monday 04/01. Pretty quick turnaround, the closets look amazing, my installers TJ & Justin were prompt, respectful, well spoken and very professional. I would do business with them again. read more

I was checking out Classy Closets for my home. I walked into the Chandler store and was greeted by Brittany. She asked a few general questions of me. Not pushy but truly interested in helping me find what might work best for me. I explained that we had a house fire and were doing a rebuild. I mentioned we have a contractor and I might need to go through him. She checked and my contractor does business with Classy Closets. She gave me the name of the designer that works with him and showed me around the store. Such a wonderful experience. I will use them for my closets, kitchen and getting my sewing room back in shape..I would recommend them to anyone because of this wonderful employee. If all their employees are this pleasant it should be a good experience. read more

Classy Closets has been an incredibly positive experience. After a bad experience with California Closets in another home, I was reluctant to use another "closet specialist". Lisa Peterson at Classy Closets proved me wrong. She arrived and immediately had great ideas for my never ending STUFF. Her suggestions were spot on. After living with my new closets for a few weeks, I had Lisa back to add some extra shelving and other tweaks. All of Lisa's suggestions on where to spend more and where to go with standard finishes were exactly right! The Classy Closet product is solid and good quality. Additionally, it is guaranteed forever. When moving into a new home or remodeling an old one, the amount of stress is unbearable. Lisa removed a tremendous burden with her professionalism and thoughtful personality. The entire experience was great and excellent value as well. read more

We have seen the Classy Closets products in other homes and called for an estimate. Kerri met us at the showroom and was very informative. Like another reviewer's experience, she was thoughtful of price and gave us several options that put us in control of the price. When she came to our house to measure, she had professional plans of our kitchen drawn based on the photos we provided. She made some excellent suggestions, gave us detailed information about the process of building and installing, and the expected timeline. We look forward to working with her more in the future. read more

I've used Classy Closets in the past, so as soon as I moved into my new home I called and schedule an appointment. Not only did LISA PETERSON (my designer) show up on time, her design ideas perfectly integrated the space in my office with all my daily tasks and needs. I run a home-based business so the design and layout was super important. Within a few days, she emailed me the final design for approval...which I loved. In addition, my order was ready earlier than expected and installation went exactly as planned. Overall, the experience was perfect. I have used other closet companies in the past trying to save a little money, but the quality of their product and service never compared to Classy Closets. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for...so I'd rather pay a little bit more for the quality and service Lisa and Classy Closet provide. All of that being said, I highly recommend Lisa and Classy Closets to everyone! read more

Classy Closets, Chandler is as good as it gets. I had the pleasure to meet the showroom manager, Brittany who far exceeded my expectations. She was extremely helpful in every way. I went in unannounced and she bent over backwards to help me out answering questions, showing me samples, making phone calls to check on materials, etc. I was deciding between Classy Closets and a competitor, however, after the service I received there, I new they were the one for me. Thanks, Brittany...you're a real asset to your company!! read more

The first time I used Classy Closets was in 2008 when I needed to make more space in my tiny 1100 sq-ft. townhouse. I was lucky to have Charity Huston as my designer... she is always very responsive, friendly, and clearly knows what she's doing. The consultation is quick because she understands the needs of her customers. I ended up having her redesign 3 closets in that house for me. Fast forward to 2018... I reached out to her (specifically) to design the closets in my new house, while the closets she did in my townhouse was a major selling point... everyone loves them! I reached out to her specifically because I completely trust her and her skills! Bottom line... use Classy Closets and ask for Charity! read more

I recently had Classy Closets (Classy Kitchen and Bath) give my kitchen and bathrooms a facelift. They refaced my cabinets and installed soft-closing hinges, installed quartz countertops with new sinks and faucets, installed backsplash tiles in the kitchen and built custom mirrors for my bathrooms. I love it! I couldn't have done it without the help of their designer Azucena Vidal (Susy). She was wonderful to work with and has outstanding design skills! She was patient with me as I struggled to make decisions and provided suggestions when I needed her help (which was often!). I highly recommend her and will request her for any future projects. Several years ago, Classy Closets converted one of my bedrooms into an office, installing built-in desks and upper and lower cabinets. I was impressed with the quality of their products and work and am still enjoying my office today. My experience with all their staff and installers then and now was excellent. Everyone was very professional and did quality work and cleanup afterwards. Classy Closets is the best! read more

Classy closets recently completed a home office project in my home. Before committing to them, I did receive other bids. No other business was capable of taking my ideas and designing the office as I specified. From start to finish, Classy Closets was fantastic! I received a friendly greeting the moment I stepped into their business. Moments later I was guided to a interior designer to discuss my needs. Our designer, Christin Young, was able to capture my ideas on paper and sketch out a design. Shortly thereafter, I received a very professional rendering of the project with a very reasonable quote. The custom built office was installed a few weeks later. Mike and Angel worked with such precision and attention to every detail during the installation. The office looks so professional and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I highly recommend Classy Closets -you won't be disappointed!! read more

Charity delivered wonderful service and produced a truly functional closet that is even better than I expected. Classy Closets completed a 2 day job in our home today. We could not be happier. Charity, our sales person, helped us figure out what would work in the master closet. This is the second time she has helped us out. The first time she designed shelving and drawers for my art room which was both functional and attractive. I can't say enough about her knowledge and professionalism. The two men who did the installation did a great job. Everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. Based on two excellent installations, we highly recommend Classy Closets. read more

Love my new kitchen. The designer came when scheduled and helped me to design what I wanted, not what he wanted. Very refreshing to have him work with me. I was given excellent suggestions for a couple areas that I was unsure of. The price was fair for the quality. No cheap product, but still affordable.Once the design was done, I had my new kitchen quick. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality and courtesy. read more

We had a master bath remodel and from Carl (my initial contact/designer) to Jeff the job manager, we had a wonderful experience. All were especially attentive to our wants/needs and most importantly were responsive to questions/calls. We selected all materials and they installed beautifully. We are most pleased with our experience and would highly recommend for small to large projects. If we decide to pursue other upgrades to baths, kitchen, we will use Classy Closets. read more

My husband and I have used Classy Closets 4 different times and are about to have our kitchen cabinets redone by them. We cannot say enough good things about their consultant/designer Charity Huston , She is not only professional, but so helpful and caring in making sure the customer gets what they want and she gives great advice and ideas. The installers are courteous, clean and professional. They make your room look brand new! We are obviously beyond satisfied with Classy Closets in Chandler, since we are about to call them back for the 5 th job! Check them out! They are reasonably priced and you'll be very satisfied with the finished product Mary and Syl Gilbert Az read more

Everything about our experience was wonderful. Robert, our designer/salesman, created a design that exactly matched our request. The visit to the showroom allowed us to select the color, hardware, etc. that further customized our closet. The two installers, Collin and Robert, arrived each day as scheduled, professionally installed the closet system and cleaned up when the project was complete. We now own a closet that holds much more and looks great too. Amazingly, Classic Closets had the lowest price of the three estimates we received. The closet they created would have been a great value even if they had been the highest price! read more

They did and excellent job! I designed the closet, then went over everything carefully with Cristin and double check measurements. It was as perfect as perfect can be! I used CC once before in Fountain Hills, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great closet! read more

My husband and I worked with Cristin who helped make our master closet come to life and then some. She was phenomenal and we could not have been happier that she was the one to help us create our dream closet! She is very thorough and very creative and made such good suggestions on the ideas we already had and made it even better. Everything was explained thoroughly and concisely. We added some fantastic bells and whistles to our project which I could not be more happy with. Overall our experience could not have been better from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Cristin and Classy Closets to do any designing and follow through on any project you have coming up. read more

As a previous customer of Classy Closets while at a different home I wanted to go and see what was new in the world of closets. When I entered the Chandler showroom I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Brittany. Brittany was very friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. I was shocked when I started looking around because not only did I see displays for closets but also for kitchens and office space as well. With my amazement with their new offerings since I had purchased closets last time, Brittany toured me around the showroom to show me everything they now offer and expanded my vision quite a bit. I left the store not only prepared with ideas for closets but for my kitchen and office space as well. Thank you Brittany for helping to create a pleasant experience where I was educated but not pressured. Rest assured when the time is right, I will be asking for Brittany when I return. read more

We used CC for the remodel of our master bath. We were promised "30 days max" and it turned out to be over 60 days. The final product was less our vision than the sales person / designer. The sales person lied telling us it was a sub that was holding up progress when it was CC's cabinet shop. He also lied to a sub saying we were on a budget when it was CC trying to save a dime. I should add that they also did garage cabinets for us and that was a definite positive experience. They turned out just as planned and on time. Just don't use this company for remodeling! read more

Charity was our designer and was super helpful in suggesting alternate ways to make what we had work and maximize our space. She did all of our bedroom closets including a master. We also used her for garage shelving. Everything was beautiful. The installers were also great and very professional. I would highly recommend this team. read more

I worked with Charity on designing several pieces in our home. We were so impressed with the first one, she did for us. We reach out to her for a few other projects / ideas we had and asked her to design a few more for us. We moved into a home that needed some work and searched for a great partner to work with on our master bath. We found it in Classy Closets of Chandler. Carl & Jeff came to give us an estimate and worked with us to put a plan together. Anna became our everyday contact and any day the workers were in the house, she showed up to make sure we were happy. Thanks to Ryan, Matt, Jeff, Justin, Anna and many others the bathroom came out great. They made sure to clean after every visit, ask if we were happy and made some great suggestions. Based on how the bathroom turned out, the best thing I can say is we had them add granite to our kitchen. The existing cabinets had some issues and were no longer lever. Before installing the new granite they leveled the cabinets and now the kitchen also looks great. This is our 13 home and we've had a lot of experience working with contractors and I have to say, our experience with Classy has been the best. Both my wife and I highly recommend them! read more

I was not impressed with their service. The desiger or representative who provided the estimate was late, condescending and dare I say lazy. He wanted to do the least possible with regard to his design yet provided a very expensive estimate. Based on that experience, we chose not to go with them and went with another firm and they provided much better service and professionalism. read more

These folks are worthless. We stopped by their design office and got the promise that Jeff Gaylord will call to look at our bath room. After a week he did not call. I called him and he promised to show up. He never called or showed up. I called again today and got the same runaround. I will never recommend them to any one. read more

Contacted Classy Closets for a quote, they came out and said they would have my quote within 48 hours. They wasted my time waiting for their quote. read more

I'm writing a follow-up to my original review as I ended up purchasing a closet system from Classy Closets. I wanted to give them a second chance since they had come highly recommended from several people I know. I did speak with several other companies and they were hundreds of dollars more for a similar closet design. The good thing about getting the other quotes was finding some design features that I wanted incorporated with the Classy Closet design. I contacted my sales rep and asked for the changes in the design. He complied and gave me a new proposal. As I negotiated with each of the companies, I found Classy Closets to be the most flexible in their pricing. After agreeing to their final proposal, Classy Closets was out within 2 weeks and had my closet completed in a day. The results were great and my wife and I love the new closet! read more

Classy Closets more than met our expectations! We put in an entire new kitchen, new floors throughout our home, painted the entire inside, refaced bathroom/closet cabinets, and rebuilt a master bath vanity with double sinks. They coordinated everything that needed to be done. On request, they raised our kitchen cabinets by 2 inches to accommodate tall chefs! They were very accommodating and did all the work in a very timely fashion. The workmen were professional and all work areas were left tidy at the end of each work day. We had a working fridge and a TV throughout the whole project. We are more than pleased with the final outcome. We would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

I could not disagree less with the previous reviewer. I have used 7 subs in the last 4 months and Classy Closets are the only ones that I would recommend to anybody. Carrie, the designer, could not have been more professional, courteous and customer service oriented. The installation staff worked extremely cleanly and left my home immaculate. I had one dealing with the office on some accessories and found the same level of superlative service. Coupled to all the above is the fact that they delivered exactly on the date promised and finished earlier than promised. Highest recommendation. read more
