We had the good fortune of selecting a remodeling contractor that uses Classy Cabinets for counter tops and cabinets. We were most surprised to find out that we were assigned a designer from Classy to work with us to select colors, finishes and even floor tile. My wife and I are hopeless when it comes to those things so we were thrilled. Our designer, Melissa Trottier, was patient, professional, easy to work with and had an uncanny ability to reconcile my wife's and my different tastes and opinions. Her attention to detail amazed us. She visited our house at least 6 times and we met with her in her showroom 3 or 4 times and at the tile shop 3 times as she helped us select colors, tile and paint - she was invaluable. Our job was sizable - 1500 sf of tile, completely gutted and rebuilt kitchen with all new cabinets, counters and appliances, moved two walls, all new lighting, outlets and switches, completely painted the interior walls and ceiling. Melissa's design layout has proven to be spot on, efficient and gave my wife her dream kitchen. I got a fair price and we have a house we are proud of. What more could you want? I told Dan Stewart, our project manager from Classy, that while their cabinets are really nice and the counter tops went in without a hitch, the absolute best thing about working with Classy Cabinets was Melissa Trottier. read more

I met with the salesperson to go over some additions that I wanted from their original installation plus an additional closet done. He made all the adjustments & gave me pricing & I paid whatever was required for the down payment. Getting scheduled was the first bit of annoyance. I asked for a specific date & my sales person stated he was going to check & get back with me. The day before the day I requested, I reached back out to my sales representative who informed me that the day I requested wasn't going to work. So I had to schedule another day. I was told the installer was going to be there between 9:30 am to 10:30 am. The installer didn't show up until 12:10 pm. After he moved all the product into my house he didn't get started until shortly after 1pm. He worked until 5:30pm & didn't finish my master bedroom closet. I had an appointment I had to make & couldn't allow him to continue working until late at night. It has been exactly one week & I have not even been able to get on the schedule to even have my master bedroom closet finished, let alone the additional closet. This wouldn't be a big issue except that I had to move everything out of the closet & now my clothes & belongings are in different locations in my house. My master bedroom is acting like a storage unit & its an obstacle course to move around it. read more

I want others to know about my experience with Classy Closets in Chandler. They were great!! The staff was very pleasant and professional and were able to schedule our designer Charity around our schedule. Charity arrived at our home in Gilbert on time and was prepared with great suggestions and ideas to meet our closet storage needs and the budget we told her, and also to match the rest of our bedroom. Very functional and stylish. I was able to get an installation scheduled in about 8 days on the day and time I wanted. John and DJ arrived at our home on time and worked very hard all day long to finish the installation of our closets in one day. Just like I was told they would do. I also felt very comfortable after having visited the showroom in Chandler. I was able to see before hand all of the colors and systems that were going into our home. Visiting the Chandler showroom was well worth my time. It was great to see a local company of their size give me such personal attention. When I was in the showroom I was also able to talk to one of the owners about my project and that also gave me some peace of mind before we started the project. I love my closets and feel very confident referring Classy Closets to others. read more

After what began with dissatisfaction, I am writing once more to say that Classy Closets definitely stepped up and "made it right". As per my last review, the owner asked for the opportunity to show us that the negative experience we initially had was not their norm. We met with him and a second designer. That designer came to our home and made some helpful, space-saving suggestions to the initial closet design. The new closet system was installed a few weeks ago. We'd just had our hardwood floors refinished, so we were concerned about protecting them during installation. The two installers blanketed the newly refinished stairs, entire bedroom and closet floors - no one has ever been as diligent about protecting our home during their work. We couldn't be happier with the new closet system! Everything previously stored in the closet is now neat and organized ... AND in addition, we now each have a set of drawers in the closet eliminating the need for two dressers in the bedroom! Awesome! We had no idea just how much space had been wasted in the old closet. My husband wants to leave the closet door open to show it off! LOL. Thank you, Classy Closets, we highly recommend! read more

We moved into our new house and one of our first items on our list were closet organizers in our daughters room since we had them in our last house. Last time we went through Costco, which they were no longer offering this service so we contacted a couple companies to come out and provide some quotes. When Charity came out she listened to what my daughter was looking for in her closet and then provided feedback for the second closet since that was going to be used as a gym/game room she suggested a few modifications to make it more useful. When we got the designs and estimate we were so excited. Compared to the others we decided to work with Charity with Classy Closets and based on the pricing and timeline to get them installed quickly we were also able to complete our garage workbench too. As soon as the closet organizers were in my daughter was ready to put her stuff away. She is truly excited for the shoe rack and loves everything about the organizers. We are so happy with the garage install, very nice cabinets / workspace area. read more

We used Classy Closets to help us design and organize our master bedroom closet. The shelving is beautiful, the drawers open and close easily, and I have so much more usable space! Loved their work! So we used Classy Closets to build cabinets in our garage. Love the cabinets! Our garage looks neat and clean all the time and the shelves and cabinets are strong and durable. So when my husband wanted to get new cabinets, file drawers, desk, and cradenza for his study, we naturally thought of Classy Closets. Lori Hamblin, one of their designers, came to our home and helped us design the perfect office for my husband. She was so easy to work with, and she had some great suggestions that we hadn't even considered. She worked with us until the design and color of the cabinetry was just what we wanted. The installers were professional and precise in their work. The quality is top grade. We couldn't be happier! We are happy to recommend Lori and Classy Closets to all our friends and family! Linda Ash read more

I want recommend Classy Closets as a company that I enjoyed working with. Recently we had Classy Closets add several storage cabinets to our house. We had a member of their Sales Team come and measure the various places we wanted to add storage to. He gave us several options for the limited space we had. He was very patient with us and tried to balance functionality with our limited budget. We had our master bedroom closets redone, cabinets added in two bathrooms over the toilet, cabinets over the Washer and Dryer, and large cabinets in the family room. This provided a lot more space in areas of our house that was really needed. It only took one day for the two installers to install all of the cabinets listed above. It looks great and has added value to our home. Classy Closets did a great job, they were very professional, what they installed looks great, and I would recommend them. read more

Walked in thinking I could get some ideas about 'some day' re doing my master closets...stunned to see this most beautiful kitchen in the showroom. Was not in the market for a kitchen but....then I saw the design, construction, and quality of their cabinetry...wow! Initially planned to reface but was offered a chance to replace at such a terrific price I could not refuse. Enter my oh so talented designer, Cristin Young, and the result is a beautiful exquisitely detailed kitchen exceeding all my original expectations. I was given enough time to budget and save with absolutely no pressure which of course I was grateful for. Everyone who came into my home was professional, courteous and respectful. Thanks so much Classy Closets, and a special thank you to Cristin Young for a beautiful job...well done!! read more

We cannot say enough positive things about our recent experience with Classy Closets. Our original wall bed unit, installed by Classy Closets in 2003, was destroyed by a slow water heater leak 3 about months ago. Getting the now ruined unit out and replaced ASAP was imperative for us because out of town guests were due to arrive in short order. We had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Johnson, who pulled out all the stops in order to get us up and running in the shortest possible amount of time. The new unit was professionally installed, looks and functions great. Chris was particularly attentive to our needs and stayed in frequent contact with updates. We give Classy Closets our highest possible recommendation. Thanks Chris! read more

I worked through the Scottsdale location and Fawn was my consultant and Rich was my installer. Despite everything else going wrong with my extensive remodel, Fawn was fabulous to work with and Rich was a top-notch installer. My working with Fawn has spanned over a two year period. She has been patient, understanding and allowed for all my picky design inputs and spent all the time necessary to get things just the way I wanted them. I recommend requesting her, as you won't be disappointed. I'm SO IMPRESSED, that this is my 1st time ever writing a review on Yelp! Thank you so much Fawn and Rich, I appreciate all that went into making my closets come out just the way I wanted them. :-) A++++ read more

We just had our kitchen cabinets refaced, with an added tall cabinet and island done by Classy Closets in Chandler AZ. The first designer measured the island wrong and when it was built it was too small and we were not satisfied and called the office and they sent out Cris and he looked at it and made a new one for us with the right measurement and it looks so nice and we are well satisfied with the finished job, we liked it so much we had Classy Closets do our laundry room and Chris was so helpful in designing it, and with suggestion to make the flow go easier. We will used Classic Closets again when need more work done. read more

I was very impressed with my designer Charity. I felt she understood my needs and related to my tastes. She was awesome to work with and she knew her stuff! I am very happy with the design. The installation crew was really good. Burt was very knowledgeable and extremely detailed oriented. He knew how to make on-the-spot corrections for an unlevel floor. He worked so hard - non stop. I was impressed with his and Jamie's work ethic and abilities to the job done. I didn't feel like they were rushing or cutting corners like I have experienced with previous companies. read more

We had an excellent experience working with Kat...it went beyond our expectations. She handled the designs for our master closet and garage quickly and professionally, from start to finish. Kat Maack was our designer and did a great job listening to what we wanted in our master closet design. Ever since we moved to our house in Chandler, we needed to improve the organization of our very long closet. Classy closets are amazing! In short... never use DEA renovations! What a shoddy company. We actually had DEA install our bedroom wardrobe and pantry. After seeing the childlike, unprofessional Lego cabinets they installed. We immediately had them remove them. We ended walking into Classy Closets showroom and were sold on their product! This company was professional and did an awesome job! Thank you for doing a stand up job! Big shout out to the installers TJ and Mike! You juys rocked it! read more

Super Great Experience. We remodeled our kitchen. Ricardo was the best. Anything we asked about he told us Classy Closets could do it, and they did. Ricardo was always available anytime we had a question or concern. Adam and his crew were wonderful to have in our home. They did a fantastic job and even cleaned up after themselves! Cory worked miracles with the granite slab we selected and it looks beautiful. We would recommend Classy Closets to anyone thinking of a remodel. read more

We redesigned our basement and had Azucena Vidal work with us to install a wet bar. "Suzy" was so professional and helpful from start to finish. She was always available to answer our questions and finished the project in a timely fashion. She ensured the design and the measurements were consistent with our overall design plan. The counter top and cabinet finishes are absolutely beautiful and of high quality. We would definately use Classy Closets for future projects. read more
