Their produces are always fresh and they are very reasonable prices. I would find myself buy more then I need and it's great because they feel like a one stop shop. One time they were even selling their organic raspberries for $1. Perhaps it was the summer and raspberries were in season, but still, that was a steal. Inside their store, it's always brightly lite and they seem to have everything convenience things that one would need if they needed to pick up something quickly. Staff wise, they are always friendly to me and would say hi when I'm about to check out. For me, I feel this store is a gem to the neighborhood. A few of these in the area are opposite or very close to the Montefiore Hospital and the many offices of Montefiore in the area. During busy times, these places can get crowded and annoying with Montefiore staff. The one thing that separates Tita's over the rest their competitors that I've been to have been largely the staff and the quality of some of their makings. I've had breakfast sandwiches from several, and Tita's has always been consistent and more importantly, better. While some staff have been friendly in other locations, some haven't been. Thus far Tita's has been the friendliest. To me, Tita's stands out from the rest of their like-competition and it's those things that make a difference. Inside is small, but clean and stocked well. There is a very good beverage selection and snack/candy selection. The deli offerings are clean, look fresh, and there are plenty of options. I'm not one of those "juicers", but there is plenty of choices for that as well as a pretty varied menu for it. Again, staff have been friendly. So of all the places in the area that offer what they offer, Tita's is my personal favorite and one that will continue to get my business for just being better than the competition for the most important of things.

Owner Moe Chowdhury said just tell us where and when and we will take care of you. Coordinated by telephone, Wall Street Burgers told us their secret location. They parked a few blocks away from Union Square. We had our own private little burger party and they served 30 of us personal sample sized slider versions of their burgers with curly fries. I could not be more pleased. Wall Street Burgers was so organized and really nice. They are a family owned business and you could tell. But the office has just been too cray lately. The workload is not treating you kindly and a quick bite to eat is all you'll allow yourself. You run outside, knowing there are food options galore (some you've had so many times, the numbers may sicken you), but without much of a focus as to what you really crave. Enter Wall Street Burgers. A deep-orange food truck with detail of the Charging Bull sculpture sporting Nikes and riding a skateboard. Kind of looks like a party. And it's been out there a few times before, but as you turn the corner, you realize there's hardly a line. You take the chance. You go with the signature Wall Street Burger (100% grass-fed Black Angus beef, American cheese, romaine lettuce, red onions, pickles, tomatoes and something called Money Sauce) and make it into a combo (curly fries and a drink) for a cool nine bucks. The dudes in the truck are personable people, smiles all around. You peruse the limited menu and wonder about the Pacific Alaskan Salmon Burger (could it be any good and can you trust it from a truck?), but before you know it, your burger is ready, which is kind of perfect because you're on a time crunch, as is. Back at the office, you take that first bite and you're thinkin' about that backyard barbecue all over again. Because underneath all of the toppings and the Money Sauce (it's mayo-mustard based with some secret spice blend in between), the Wall Street is a cookout burger, plain and simple. The patty isn't very huge, the bun is soft potato, and it has a messy, charred-yet-soft-on-the-inside construction. And as satisfying as it is at your desk, who knows how much exponentially better this would taste under the summer sun, with a cold beer in hand? Throw gourmet expectations out the window, this is a down-and-dirty burger - but it'll hit the spot. So, you go back the following week for the Turkey Burger, which is surprisingly flavorful. It's almost certainly undercooked, but the Money Sauce is doing a number to mask that fact. And it's enough to warrant a repeat order. At a buck more than it's beefy brethren, it's exactly what you'd hope for from a $6 burger (ten with the combo). You will be back. Still, the truck itself is not without its shortcomings. American is the only type of cheese they'll offer (boring, but it'll do). Curly fries are their only side (but hey - they're A-OK). They will occasionally put pickles on your burger when you ask 'em to hold 'em. You will get the Turkey Burger with Money Sauce one day, and without it the next, and not because you ordered it that way. And the longer the line, the more frustrated you will see people become when the staff doesn't have the bandwidth to handle a crowd. Still, it won't stop you from returning. After all, between Excel charts and e-mails, you need something to transport you from your office walls to greener weekend pastures. Try picturing a rooftop party with your buddy manning the grill. Wall Street Burgers has that power.
