I went to Classique Nails for the first time today and I'm definitely coming back soon. Linda is absolutely amazing! She took her time doing my Deluxe Mani/Pedi and did a marvelous job! The whole experience was very enjoyable. Linda was very friendly, she gave me some very good advice on how to properly take care of my skin and nails, and was very honest when providing me with recommendations on manicure. You could tell she really cared about the customer being happy with the end result and not just trying to sell services. The place is clean, quiet, and has plenty of parking. I came here for a gel manicure got the best Manicure I have ever gotten from Linda. She is great and whatever you ask for she delivers. I work in food service and my hands tend to get banged up and I cannot have bright colors on my nails. I went here for an appointment and wonder how long it would have taken if I wouldn't have had an appointment at all. The women were very sweet that worked at the place or i probably wouldn't go back. The truth is they are so slow I feel sorry for them. What normally takes me an hour and 15 minutes in any other salon took half of my day. But they are so nice I will go back. I just have to make sure I have a free day with zero appointments. I don't know how they will ever stay in business if they take this long. read more

I agree with all the others who rate this business as a one star* If I could rate this place with no star, I would! This nail salon has a purpose for treating their customers to a low price. They say their price for manicure or pedicure is a "promotion", but from what I experienced it was not a promotion at all! They need to set their price low! REALLY LOW because they do not have any experience with nail art at all! The vietnamese lady named Lynda did all the cleaning, filing, and buffing of my nails. I was really hesitant because she seemed very inexperienced. The moment she punctured my skin....I WAS PISSED!!! It bled so much that she pressed it down with a towel without ever apologizing for her mistake! All I wanted was to finish my nails and get out of the place ASAP! So I asked for pink ombre gel art. Lynda told me that the Armenian lady, the owner, was an art teacher who would do the design for me. When Lynda switched positions with the Armenian lady, I told myself that things would get better. I told the lady I wanted pink ombre gel art, which she replied with an "okay". She got sponges and dabbed different shades of pink on my nail......which did not show any ombre whatsoever! She told me that sponges for ombre were not working out so well so she erased my nail. She tried again with just brushes, but still no ombre! I was so fed up that I told her I will like to paint my nails with one color and no designs. She erased my nail again..then directed me towards their airbrush machine to try out for the last time. BUT I sat their for the next 7 minutes waiting for her to fix the airbrush machine. The airbrush was not cleaned out from the last session that the nail paint dried up inside. I reached a limit for being patient so I told her again that I will go for one color and no design because OBVIOUSLY this nail salon does not know how to do the most basic ombre nail design! I couldn't believe I came to a nail salon that does not know how to do various designs. It took two hours!!!!! Two hours to get my nails done..... *My gel nails are coming off in less than a week* [Note to Lynda: Art teacher and nail artist are two different careers! I know because I am a fine arts major.] This comment is directing toward Cece D review! Madeline Y's review is spot on! This nail salon takes appointments, but makes their customer wait for the next 30 minutes. I witnessed such bad customer service while being there. Plus, this nail salon never apologizes for their mistakes! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! At first I did not believe Sela K's review with the one star, but I now know from experience that this nail salon does not know how to run a business!!! I am a DEAL HUNTER! I went into Classique Nails because they had a buy a pedicure get a manicure free deal for $20. I wanted a french manicure and knew it would cost extra, but it was only $10 extra for both mani/pedi - GOOD DEAL. Linda - the manicurist was SO SWEET! She was very friendly and accommodating. She gave me a great tip on soaking my feet in vinegar and water for 5 minutes every day for 2 weeks to help restore my nail health. The salon is clean and comfortable and you get to sit in massage chairs the whole time - yay! If you don't have a coupon - their services can be a little pricey. read more

I really enjoyed the Royal mani - pedi treatment I received yesterday. It includes a scrub, mask, paraffin wax, the works. It was an amazing experience. Linda was great. Looked at the Yelp reviews before I made an appointment. I was kind of hesitant because it had 5 stars, but only 7 reviews. I'm glad I went with my gut. The two ladies here were SO nice and sweet. I got the Groupon for the $30 royal mani/pedi and it was wonderful. I had trouble choosing a good color (I wanted a white glitter color by OPI, but it wasn't thick enough to look nice. The consistency made it look kind of off). The lady suggested that I do a white color and top it off with the white glitter and it looked so nice! Then, I left the place and I guess my nails weren't dry enough, so when I pulled up my jeans, I messed up my thumb and index finger. I immediately called back and asked if they could fix it, even though it was my fault. I drove back (I live three blocks away) and they happily did those two fingers again. My boyfriend got a regular manicure as well, and he loved the service. The ladies were both nice and attentive. I will be coming back! read more

I've been going to classique nail salon for a while now, and I can easily say this is my favorite nail salon. The salon itself has a very modern european look to it. Their service and workers are super nice while you're waiting for your worker, offering candy and coffee. I have very small, short nails, yet Linda always does a great job. Linda is by far the best manicurist that I have been to. Even if you want to get acrylics, they make them look so natural no one can tell it's fake. Overall, this nail salon is the best place to go for a quick mani pedi that has no flaws whatsoever. read more

Perhaps I just got someone who isn't that good at giving pedicures, but this was a painful experience. She put so much pressure on my nail beds when she was removing my cuticle. When she filed my nails she burned my skin. The foot massage was not a massage at all. She simply rubbed oil on my feet for like ten seconds. I think she was sick because she kept pausing to blow her nose. The massage chairs are terrible. I won't be back. The staff is friendly, which is why I didn't give one star. read more
