Lance is a great business owner. He knows his product and he knows how to take care of his customers. I had a bunch of questions regarding the color tone, degree of darkness, durability, quality and he kindly answered them all without any sign of annoyance or air of superiority. I chose him because I got a good feel from him as a small business owner. And I've dealt with many business owners during my long career in banking. I'm super paranoid about my car and want to know every little detail whenever someone not me is anywhere near my car. And despite my constant hovering, he again showed no sign of annoyance. I hadn't planned on getting it done today but he apparently had a cancellation so he was able to do my car without a prior appointment. I do wish that his crew would've put down a towel or something in the trunk so that the liquid spray they use wouldn't drip all over the panel pieces he left sitting in the trunk but that's just me being me and wanting to control every detail of the process. All in all, they did a great job and was nice to take a closer look at every little bubble or whatever I pointed. The true verdict will come first in a few days once the film has fully set and again many years down the road to see how it's held up and if any bubbles creep in. But for now, I'm happy. And I'm not easy to please. read more

I did a lot of research before I brought my new car to Classic: Which tint brand to choose, how dark, etc. I narrowed it down to a few local shops based on Yelp reviews and the tint brands they carried but talking to Lance at Classic made the choice very obvious. I brought my car in the morning at 930am. He was patient with me as we reviewed and priced all the options. I left the shop feeling good about my choice to go with the 3M Color Stable option 20% tint. I came back to the shop around 12:30pm and my car was finished! It looked fantastic! They left the labels on the tint to assure me that the tint on my car was indeed the 3M Color Stable and then pulled the labels off to finish the job. I came in a few days ago to get tint on my front driver & passenger windows and spoke to Lance. I told him what car I had and that it already had factory tint on the rear windows... He knew pretty much which shades would match my car without really looking at the car. I'm pretty sure all window tinting companies would actually know what shades would match up. I called Lance this morning right at 9am and quickly setup an appointment for my little brothers car at 11am. He gave us detailed lesson on the different tint he offered and my brother picked one that he liked. Within two hours he was done and it looks great!! Awesome tint shop! It was my second time coming to this shop after being pleased with the first job they did years ago. The staff is very friendly and the owner is great (I forgot to ask for his name!). Being a college student on a budget, I have not had experience with any of their higher quality 3M tint, but only their basic selection. However, even their basic tint package screams quality over the tint at other shops I have been to. My front two windows were tinted by them about 4 years ago (maybe even longer) and they are just barely starting to fade when compared to the new tint they installed today on my back 3 windows (it had to get re-done because a different shop did the back 3; the old tint turned from 20% darkness to basically saran wrap). They also have a nice 150-gallon reef tank in the lobby which was nice to look at. I stayed there to do some work and the atmosphere was even better than going to the library. I purchased a new Focus on a Monday night and before I went through a tank of gas I had the windows tinted (March 26, 2015) Once again I was taken care of and they did a great job. This time I got the acrylic tint on the windshield and the 2 front windows and limo on the back 3. I can really tell the heat is being blocked out by the acrylic. This was a bit more than the basic med/limo I got last time ($500 total) but well worth the upgrade. I'll bring my next car here too. read more

The guys were very helpful and got us in the day we called (a Friday), they didn't make us feel like we were messing up their schedule. They were very knowledgeable with the products and made a few recommendations that made lots of sense. They answered all of the questions we had and made sure we were happy with our choices. Lance is awesome. I wanted to get my car windows tinted for a while but since I was about to take a road trip I was hoping he could squeeze me in the day before I had to go, and he did! He was very friendly on the phone and even cooler in person. SInce I work really close to the shop, he was kind enough to offer to drop me back to work - really above and beyond, not to mention he was going to let me take his own truck back to my work in the meantime since I didn't have a ride back. Wow, right! I felt bad about doing that, so he gave me a lift instead. such service!! He was easy to talk to, I could easily shoot the sh*t with Lance for days.
