I just left Classic Nails in the center of Simsbury, and came here to announce I've found my new nail salon "home"! Today I got a gel manicure and a green tea pedicure ($65)... my bill was a few dollars over $100, plus I tipped $20. Rachel did my nails today and she did an outstanding job! My gel Polish is perfectly & thinly brushed on my finger nails. My toes feel and look happy. My pedicure included a foot massage and callous removal, I received a nice back & shoulder massage after my finger nails were done. The salon is clean, bright and cheerful. They line the pedicure sinks which I've grown to love (just guarantees that your water will be sanitary), they sanitize the tools. Also super nice was the music they played inside the salon. Classic Nails truly created a relaxing environment for Pampering! I also appreciate and am so grateful that the staff only spoke in their native language once and it was clearly to ask about supplies, not conversations throughout that can make you wonder if you're being discussed. I have gotten a dip manicure here 2x. Within 48 hours the sides are cracked and chipped and catching on things . The first time I went back and rhe edges were repaired. No one has the time to sit through a repair of freshly done nails that took an hour and 20 minutes just 48 hours ago and made to feel badly about it. I was treated like basically, they are fine - but we will humor you. read more

Clean facility, I got a gel callous pedicure. The pedicure was ok, nothing special. I did enjoy the massage and hot stones. I was upset that I had to ask for the tech to clean under my toenails. When he did he proceeded to show me all the dirt under them. I could visibly see the dirt before he completed that step. The main reason I go to get a pedicure is to get my nails cleaned and shaped because I can't always bend down to my toes. Left paying $75 for a basic pedicure with gel polish. Felt like a rip off for the basic pedicure. The gel did last a long time but nothing special. Won't be back. read more

Love this nail salon! From the second you walk in you feel welcome. There are extremely friendly staff that get to know you personally on a first name basis. I called at the last minute and they were able to fit me in, even staying a little past closing time to complete my manicure. At no point were they rushing just to close the shop on time. Went here because I was given a gift certificate. I was totally impressed. Had a mani/pedi, just the ordinary ones, and felt like I'd had a spa day. Next time I may try a 'special' pedicure with 10 -15 minutes of reflexology. Staff are well trained, treat clients like royalty. I will be going back. read more

I'm a regular here and have never had any issues getting my nails done, even on a walk in basis. The ladies and guys in here are always willing to help, even if they have to make a call out to bring more people in to help! I absolutely love this nail salon! Everyone is always so kind and they do a phenomenal job. I am very picky when it comes to my gel manicures and pedicures, as I did my own for years. Michelle does the best pedicure and Erin has done phenomenal gel manicures for me as well. The salon is so clean and they always greet you by name when you walk in. They follow all social distancing guidelines so I'm always happy and comfortable to be there. Even when moving from Simsbury to Farmington, I still drive to this salon for their services. I heard two ladies talking about this so I thought I'd try it out. I had some bad luck at other places. I got an appointment and had no wait. My favorite nail salon in Simsbury. It has the most friendly staff, it is extremely clean (single use buffer and file) and the staff is attentive to detail. Classic nails in Simsbury is awesome! The owners are very accommodating and take walk-ins or appointments. They have a large selection of gel manicures (i.e OPI, Shellac, Gelish), various pedicure options depending on how much you want to spend, and even do eyelash extensions. Started my daughters 10th birthday party at Classic Nails. 12 girls and as promissed they were able to get all 12 girls nails painted in less then one hour. the girls had a great time. Then we went to down the stairs to One Bite Cafe for a make your own Sundae Party. A perfect girl combo. read more
