Disinfect the spa after every customer. Atmosphere is nice too. Soft music in the background, two large TV's, each turned to a different station, with subtitles on if you're interested in following the show. First and foremost though, they are meticulous. I almost wanted to say, "That's good enough, it's only my toes." The technician took such great care in getting it just right. Lovely leg and foot massage as well. But wait, there's more! As you sit waiting for your nails to dry there is a bonus shoulder massage as well. Honestly, there have been times when I have received 3 different massages! Monica, an owner, is so welcoming also. She makes you feel like their best customer, even if you haven't been in for awhile. They simply nail manicures and pedicures. (Found out today you can get a gel pedicure. I didn't know that. Regardless, I am in my 20's my mom in her 50's and my granny in her 90's and all three of us love this place. The owner is Moon and she and her talented and friendly staff are wonderful! They are gentle yet firm with their mani/pedis and they took such amazing care of my 95 year old granny. They were so sweet and made her feel so pampered. They place is warm feeling and very clean, spotless even. No worries in that department. Everyone can get their own personal box with files and other tools to ensure a personal and "sterile" experience. Additionally I got a bikini wax (brazilian to be exact) and Moon and another lady worked with me and it was as a good wax should be. It took a little while, they did not rush to get me in and out of there in 10 minutes like other places I have been. They made sure I was always comfortable, making sure nothing was too hot and so forth. They even gave me a heated towel to put under my back to make me even more comfortable and were able to give me one of the best wax jobs I have ever had. (I do not have difficult areas so if you have thick, hard to work with areas I cannot speak directly to that, but I bet you'd be in good hands). For the first time I had almost zero ingrown after a wax as well. The prices were average and 100% worth it. The staff will get to learn your name and face and you will be so happy they did.

But the experience is like none other. Check their Instagram page if you don't believe me. Just a warning, if you make an appointment be prepared to wait and not get seated immediately. If they have a lot of walk-ins that's bound to happen, so just be patient and know that you'll get called on eventually! That's what happened at my appointment today. I got there about a half hour early 12:30 and waited for longer than I'd like to (my appointment was at 1) but I got seated! Katie took care of me. She is absolutely amazing and super sweet! I was getting the rest of my gel fill taken off (after cutting my fake nails myself) and replacing it with a regular gel manicure. Katie is super intelligent when it comes to nails and how to properly take care of them. She told me that it would be a little difficult to put my nails back to the way they were before I started getting them done but that she'd file them down a little bit to the point where all I had was only a small amount of the gel fill left on it, and the next time I came in to let whoever is taking care of me know to fill down the rest. These keeps your nails stronger over time than just filing it off all at once. This more you know! She finished with my nails and I couldn't be happier. She even said she doesn't do manicures all that much, so she kind of forgot the process with them but she did a great job regardless!!! As I was leaving and getting ready to pay Katie said that because I waited to so long that she'd give me a 20% discount. I told her that she didn't have to as I was willing to pay the full price. But she sincerely apologized for the amount of time I waited and cut my total by 20%. If that doesn't show you GREAT customer service then I don't know what does. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, without a doubt! Thank you guys for constantly taking great care of me! You deserve all the awards!
