I was unable to pick up my phone when they called but when I realized what had happened I called right back from the hospital. They do not answer their phone so I left a message and sent an email explaining what happened, I received no response and they charged me $185.00 for missing the appt. My message stated that I understood I would need to pay a cancellation fee and asked if under the circumstances if they could refund part of the $185.00 Well as I said there was no response. I would have been a very good client for these people as I would have utilized a number of their services on an ongoing basis. I did make a mistake but I think this is a very bad way to do business and a terrible way to take advantage of someone. Sometimes things just happen!
