Came home with my dream car today all thanks to Jeff Trautman. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and very helping and caring! It wasn't about just making a sale with him, he went out of his way to truly take care of me and made my very first car buying experience a memorable one! He looks out for friends and family, and treated us nothing less than family. I highly highly recommend him and encourage anyone in the market for a new car to go see him at Classic of Denton! He genuinely wanted to help me and helped me get the best deal possible. Thank you Jeff for all of your help!

These people are nuts. They lie to get you to come in from Dallas telling you that they will take off the price of free oil changes and car washes from your vehicle as I'm not driving up here every time I want a wash. Then they find you a vehicle you want. Now let's get to the great part. My USA car buyers service is super crooked which I had no idea was the case, so let me show you what the real trade in price of your 2014 loaded up black Chevy Silverado crew cab with 16,400 miles is worth. It's a V8, fully loaded with tubular side steps, hydro bed cover, front stabilizers so the front is lifted to be the same as the back. A couple little chips in the paint from road rocks and a tiny scratch on the back passenger door. But in the "Edmond" blue book on it, it's only allowed for "fair" condition so they offer me 21,000 for trade. Really??? I paid 43,000 in 2014, added the extra 3 things above after purchase, already have a cash purchase price at a dealership for 27,000 in Irving and these bozos want to rip me off without even looking at my truck. I got up to walk out and the sales "manager" wants to know what they can do to get my business. Umm nothing you dumba$&. What is with these stupid car salesmen that think every freaking woman walking in the door is stupid and they can rip them off cause they don't know what they are doing? I then drove to Allen Samuels Jeep in Ft Worth and bought my jeep. Classic, way to go!!! No wonder you have so many jeeps available. Who would want to buy from you. Every person you try to scam will tell at least 5 people their story and that's negative news for you. Here's more negative news and you must not realize the power of reviews!!!!

They are fake and they rip good hard working people off. Moral of the story my husband went to them to buy a car. They asked for $200 down to hold the car while they fixed up some issues we seen when we went to see the car the 1st time. On the photos online they didn't show the side of the car with bullet holes, they didn't show the bald tires, the broken windshield , missing driver door handle or how dirty it was inside the car . It's was not ready to be sold it was not presentable at all. My husband really wanted the car but with all that we decided we was going to walk away. They said no no we will fix all that for yall if yall really want the car. At no extra cost for you we will get it all fixed out of their own pocket. We couldnt turn it down at that point. It took them a week to fix everything then they call us in to to sign the paperwork and pay they remaining 800$ from the $1000 deposit to get the car. We pull up to the dealership my husband goes in to sign the contract while he was inside I decided to take a look at the car. I text him and told STOP don't sign the car is still dirty it was not cleaned and it looks like there is blood on splatter in the car. My husband said it was too late he already sign and that he would just get his own detail cleaning when we left. On the next day on the way to work husband noticed the Ac stopped working and what looked to be blood splats in the car was bothering him because he wanted to know if someone died in the car. He took the car to the mechanic to check the Ac and get an opinion on the stains in the car. The cost to fix the AC was over $1000 and the mechanic said the stain definitely looks like blood and they should have told us if it was and cleaned it due to bio hazard. Little did we know a few hours later the dealer ship would call us back that we need to go sign the contract over again because the 1st one was voided by the bank. We used that voided contract as a sign that we need to just give it back and get back our money. Less than 24 hrs with the car we was driving it back. We get up there and they thought we just going to resign the paperwork work but my husband stopped them and said sorry but we don't want it. They seemed disappointed and asked why and that's when we said the car is really dirty looks to have blood on the car and the AC doesn't work and the cost was over $1000 to fix. We said no we don't want it and they said well you a can return the car but you won't get the deposit cause we signed the contract. That's when we said well the contract technically isn't sign. It was voided so there is no contract. That's when they said no no we want to make yall happy. We will replace the whole inside and fix the AC for yall. Again we decided okay we will take the car if they fix the AC and replace the interior. But we will NOT sign the new contract until it's done and we see the car. They agreed It's now a week later and they are ready to draft up the paperwork. After long time to think about this deal my husband apologized and said we decided not to take the car and asked for the refund on the deposit. They said NO we will not refund you anything because of all the work they offered to put in the car. We explained to them that all they did was going to need to be done to sell the car for the price they was asking for it. And they pretty much screw yall. Yall won't be getting a refund. So now we are negative 1000 and we have no car. They made money off of us just like that and have no remorse stealing from good people

While I didn't purchase it from them, I did service it there for the entire time I owned it. Generally, I had positive experiences. Unfortunately, our experience at AutoNation Denton on July 3, 2026, was very different. We visited to test drive a 2018 Subaru Forester with 101k miles for my niece, who is a first-time driver and college student. From our initial online inquiry, we were transparent about budget and made it clear we were not interested in add-on packages or upselling. The car was listed online at $16,722. Jacob, assisted with the test drive, was outstanding. He was patient, professional, and made my nervous new driver feel comfortable. Josiah (turns out the rep who had texted in the AM) was also courteous and respectful throughout the process. The initial quote, exceeding $20k, included several add-on packages we had already said we didn't want. Even after those packages were removed, the numbers still weren't competitive given the vehicle's year/trim/condition, including a broken lift gate. Nevertheless, no harm...no foul. We understand it's a process. We thanked Josiah and proceeded to leave. Josiah asked for a number to take to his manager to reconsider. Bryan, Sales Manager soon entered and proceeded to ruin a 10-year reputation. Bryan had emailed me a promo packet on the Forester earlier in the morning. At which time, I let him know our case. So we should have all been on the same page. He proceeded to give an updated quote of around $18k, with a barked "cash or finance." We indicated neither. We said we would keep the quote in consideration in case something changes. As I went to take a picture of the quote, Bryan SNATCHED it from my hand stating it was confidential to his office. What in the actual?!? My husband and I have purchased multiple cars, and never have we had a sales team SNATCH ANYTHING FROM OUR HANDS! Let alone a quote to represent a good faith offer. That behavior simply REINFORCED that we had indeed made the correct decision. It was unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. We thanked everyone for their time and left. We ended up finding 2 comparable vehicles in better condition at more reasonable prices across the street. That dealership wasn't originally in our plan to visit. It's unfortunate because Jacob and Josiah represented the dealership well, but the management interaction overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. We won't be returning to AutoNation Denton. In the DFW, we have MANY choices in the businesses we support. No need to accept disrespect under any circumstance. Proceed with caution if you must and Good Luck!

HARLEY my service advisor has no communication skills. I tried calling multiple times and texting her service number and I got no response to my questions. I called and asked for pricing and was told they had a $59.95 oil change special. I asked how long it would take to get an oil change today if I come in at 1pm and was told it should be about 30 to 45 minutes. (Normal timing) I got there and the price was different, asked about the special and was told there isn't one. I told her I had just spoken to someone that told me they had a special. She seemed annoyed that they told me they had a special. (That that was a call center who told me about the special and that they shouldn't be doing that). Then she proceed to try to upsell me an oil change package. When I asked questions about the package she had no answers to my basic questions regarding the package. IT TOOK THEM 3 HOURS to do a basic oil change. I have friends that express similar concerns with they took their vehicles in for service.

A few months ago, I brought my 2022 Raptor in for The Works service package. After getting home, I noticed part of my splash shield had been left off during the oil change. I called the dealership, and they asked me to come back. When I arrived, they couldn't locate the missing piece and told me they would order a replacement. A few days later, they called to let me know the part had arrived. I told them I wouldn't be able to bring the truck back for a few days, and when I finally did, I explained the entire situation to the service advisor. He seemed confused at first, but eventually told me he had figured everything out and that they'd take care of it. I waited in the lobby for two hours. When the advisor came to get me, he said my truck was ready. Given my previous experience, I decided to verify the repair before leaving. To my surprise, the splash shield was still missing. I had just spent two hours waiting for absolutely nothing to be done, yet I was told the repair had been completed. That completely destroyed my confidence in the service department. Fast forward to today. I had no choice but to return for another The Works service since there aren't many Ford dealerships in my area. Before handing over my keys, I explained what had happened during my previous visit and emphasized that I simply wanted the work done correctly. The service advisor assured me everything would be handled properly. A few hours later, I received a call informing me that the technician had forgotten to put my wheel lock key back in my truck. At this point, it's no longer an isolated mistake, it's a pattern of carelessness and a lack of quality control. When customers are paying to have their vehicles serviced, they should be able to trust that basic procedures are followed and that their vehicle is returned complete. The service advisors have generally been polite, but the repeated mistakes and apparent lack of oversight reflect poorly on the leadership of the service department. Based on my experiences, management needs to take a much more active role in ensuring work is completed correctly before vehicles are returned to customers.

Finally getting a chance to write a review about a car that my husband and I recently purchased through enterprise, it is a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. My husband and I were very excited to get a new car after we sold his tiny Hyundai Elantra, since we have a toddler and a baby on the way, we went to enterprise in Corinth hoping that we would find our dream family vehicle. We worked closely with an extremely nice individual and he helped us find our car almost instantly the manager of this establishment is named Ryan (remember this). Ryan is not the nicest of individuals, our first interaction that made me realize this is, we were going to sign for our car before we sold our Hyundai, we told Ryan that we were not selling our vehicle with enterprise anymore since a different facility has offered us double the price. He asks if we could show him the appraisal to see if he could match the price for our Hyundai. Sadly for Ryan, he could not match the price, so then later on as we're signing on our van, he makes a cocky and rude remark saying that the car facility that offered us double than what Ryan offered us was going to offer us $3000 and when they did if we were still going to be able to purchase our van. Firstly, that is none of his business and Second that is extremely rude and unprofessional. Well long story short we DID purchase our 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and a week into buying, our car gets a service light on our dash that says service shifter light. This light keeps going on and off and a second service light that is for our automatic start/stop. AND OUR AIR FILTER HAD MILDEW SMELL!!! This enterprise location down right USED us just for our money not only are we getting TWO service lights but our brakes are RUSTED and GRINDING!!!! I would also like to add after doing some research, selling us a vehicle with defective brakes is against Lemon laws and Like I said before my husband and I bought this car in hopes that it would be a dream to help us luggage around our family and it's been the opposite. Almost 3 weeks after purchasing our vehicle, Ryan gives us a call and tells us that we don't have enough financial information ( even though he's the one that filled out our information to find us a finance company) and the finance company that we are using is trying to change the down payment $1400 more than what we've already put down on the vehicle he goes on saying, that if the financial company does not receive the information on getting a better look into our financial that they were going to raise the down payment which did not sound right to me because we had already paid the down payment and signed a contract with enterprise. So, I told Ryan that is illegal and he proceeded to tell me that is not illegal and there are certain ways that finance companies do things and it takes seven days to process information IT HAD ALREADY BEEN TWO WEEKS AT THIS POINT so I called a lawyer. The lawyer told me that is very illegal so not only has enterprise scammed me one time but they were trying to scam me twice. We HAVENT even made our FIRST PAYMENT on our vehicle!!!! Our payment isn't due until November 21 and we already have SO MANY PROBLEMS with this vehicle not only am I upset that we were sold a vehicle with GRINDING and RUSTED brakes that we had to spend almost $200 to get fixed out of OUR pocket no coverage but now, two service lights and a carpet that is ripping up in the back. Luckily for enterprise, they sorted out the whole finance company situation, but I am still very upset with EVERY last interaction that I've had with enterprise. I highly DO NOT recommend getting a car from this company!!!! ESPECIALLY the CORINTH LOCATION!!
